As the clones blew up, Lars would find himself becoming delusional. He would see things that werent there and he would begin to get extremely sick. There was no way he could target anything and hit in his condition. Although he moved forward at rapid speeds, Haku could do the same. He activated his own Lightning Step, although it was incomplete, and moved out of the way. 'All right, you're on the offensive. Or so it looks. Put an end to him.' Haku seemingly disappeared and reappeared behind a delusional Lars and aimed to impale him in one smooth move. Without proper awareness of the situation, due to the smoke screen and the poison the clones produced, Lars' ability to dodge, let alone counter, was cut into many little pieces. 'End him!'
"... strikes again!"

Lars was stabbed in the back, yet, he merely grinned and tightened his back muscles so that the blade was stuck inside of him, not being able to be pulled out without effort. Those of the Heiland spit on poisons and made them their b****. He smirked and pulled Haku in with a tungsten-metal-covered fist reeled back and with a quick delay to the punch, it was brought to his jaw seconds later than expected. The fist would've probably broken his jaw if it connected.

((Mm... with no trace of where he is, while he was moving at [near] teleportation speed, how is it that he can simply turn on time and grab the sword before it pierces him? I understand that the poison doesn't affect him, but there would need to be multiple things he did before he could just turn and stop something at that speed, ESPECIALLY with no way of knowing where he was in the first place (there's super dense smoke, well, everywhere).))

[Okay I edited to say that he was stabbed yet tightened his muscles to keep the blade stuck within him, then pulled Haku in and punched him in the jaw still. Haku CANNOT move at near teleportation speed not even AT teleportation speed, no one can, not even Lars. Just saying.]

"The Crimson Dragon..."

Haku found himself unable to move the blade from Lars' back. However, the blade inside his back would prove crippling when he tried to move. He would need to reach back and yank it out of the middle of his back, which would be hard for even one of the most flexible Shinobi. While he had him there, the Jounin unleashed a wave of flames into the back of his opponent. If left unchecked it would be deadly. The fist was something that the Jounin didn't expect. However, he had protection for such things. He brought his hand up and instead it took the force of the punch. The scales Keza had wrapped around his body combined with the Katon chakra would greatly reduce the damage of the metal fist, but not completely. It still hurt like hell. Instantly after the clash, Haku sped back into the clouds of smoke, dropping some sort of pellets behind him along the way.

Lars formed the handseals needed and created a large wall of multiple shadow clones as the flames came in to destroy him. As the flames stopped and the smoke rose, he pulled the blade out, letting out a yell in pain YET the blade was removed with eased. He fell to one knee and had metal cover over the wound to make sure that it wouldn't be able to be reached without effort. Lars started moving at lightning-like speed using the lightning step...he made his way to a nearby wall, or at least, feeling for a wall. He soon finds one and punches a hole straight through, doing a dodge roll and panting heavily as he could now see clearly within the hallway, which he busted his way into.

Haku used his eye to track Lars to the wall, for the most part. His speed was still somewhat unchecked by his eye at certain points. 'He went into the hallway. He's in deep pain, you know. There was a sword in the middle of his back. Even with it out of him, he'll mess with it every time he moves his arms, since the muscles connect to his back and they'll be moving quite often. Go.' The Jounin walked to his blade and removed it, then headed through the smoke and toward the hole in the wall. Another closed in hallway that was too long for its own good. Plus, there was a door at the end. He blew fire into the hallway and, this time, it actually targetted Lars. He could surely outrun the fire if he wanted to, but then there was always opening the door, moving to the side and exiting. All while the fire was right on his trail. It wasn't some complicated strategy that he usual thought of, but he was tired of seeing Lars escape him.

Lars ran quickly, to Haku's eye, Lars would've became a streak of lightning as he ran, he looked back and noticed that the flames were coming for him, he needed to move and act quick, he aimed his fist for the ground and punched a hole through it, jumping to the next floor...which was a dining hall. Lars landed on the dinner table and fell to a seated position while Perfection, his specter, exited his body, "Perfection, take on Haku for a moment," he nodded as Lars stayed there in order to simply gather energy and chakra to use the Lightning Sage jutsu along with the 6th gate, his body remained still. Underneath Haku, a strong fist burst through the ground and soon after that, an electrical burst released from said fist...not to harm, but to blind as the electrical burst was bright and blinding.

Haku stared at Lars as he broke through the ground. He let out a sigh and stood for a moment. Then, the ground began to shake. As quickly as the shaking had began, a fist slammed through the ground from underneath him. He moved back, but that wasn't all. Soon, he was blind. What had caused this? The brightness, of course, but was this some sort of technique. 'Leave this place.' Keza's body suddenly flew up toward the roof. Wings had sprouted from his back and, not long after, he was a full dragon, pounding through the roof of the throne room. "What was all that...?" His sight had returned for the most part, but there was still a bright streak in the middle of everything he saw. Looking toward the hole he had left, he realized that something was attacking him. It wasn't Lars, though. Or it didn't seem like it. 'This is boring... You had him in that room. You should have sealed off the exit.' The Shinobi turned back into his human form and sighed. "Right. I lost my motivation." Now, he would just wait for whatever had attacked him to do it again.

Lars was fully charged as he activated not only the Lightning sage jutsu but also the Sixth gate. He busted through two ceilings and reached Haku in no time with Perfection following him. Lars grinned as, when he rose up from the ground to meet up with Haku at the room that he was in, he came up and struck at Haku's underbelly with all of his might and speed. Lars was moving at colossal speeds and had that of near herculean strength now.

Haku scowled as the punch came and was knocked back down into the castle. He hit the ground of the throne room directly next to the whole that had been punched into it and looked at his stomach. He couldn't help but smile. If it weren't for him transforming back into a Human, which was where all of his defense had been set, he would have been a lot worse off, especially taking a hit directly to his underbelly. 'Ha! Boy, he hit you good didn't hit. Hm... if that works the right way... Create a clone and then drop the Gates. Right when you do, enter again. You'll see what happens.' He did just as his blade told him. A clone appeared before him and he exited then entered the Fourth Gate. 'It's an increase of one fifth of your current speed, strength and Taijutsu. So how fast, strong and how high of a level you are in Taijutsu would be increased by one fifth from where you currently were, right?' It said so right on the scroll for the Gates. 'Now. He broke through your Katon chakra and your scales. Reform them. I have an idea, but you're going to need to be prepared.'

Lars would give Haku NO time to think, as he was doing all of this, he soon reached Haku and sent a violent and destructive kick for his underbelly, still going at colossal speeds with an electric-augmented leg.
