Description:
The blade was not forged by the gods, or by the demigods, not even by lesser gods. Nope, just by Tsume Rionne. Tsume killed a weapon specialist on her own as a child and used them to make a blade for herself for any situation. The weapon erodes chakra if it comes near the opponent, much like Samehada except instead of taking chakra...it erodes it, causing it to fade piece by piece as the blade hits the opponent. Chakra weapons(weapons that ARE, at that moment, infused with chakra) that clash with the weapon will have the chakra eroded through the weapon. 10 pts. of the opponent's chakra is eroded each time the blade hits or connects with a chakra-infused weapon while the chakra is infused into the weapon(Demons/Angels have it cut to 5 pts. each time the blade strikes since their chakra is very strong). It also takes 20 pts. of chakra to keep the blade stable for 10 posts. and then it takes 5 extra pts. after the 10 to keep it stable. The weapon is also made with that of tungsten and can be broken but not by that of simple means, its very durable and very strong. Also, another odd tidbit, the blade looks like a giant kunai.

-Weapon cannot be used to harm anyone UNLESS in the higher form of the blade called Judgement Weapon: Death.
-The weapon can heal cuts but internal organs is only for Sp. Jounin Medics and up
-The weapon is easy to control at a young age and rank because it doesn't take that much chakra to heal and such BUT when the rank becomes higher, so does the user's difficulty in controlling the blade.
Description:
The weapon, Life, can heal other's wounds in order to fill up a certain meter upon the blade. This meter, when filled, can activate the weapon's second form...that of death. The weapon heals from small cuts to deep wounds but CANNOT repair heal internal organs(unless at Sp. Jounin rank BUT cannot repair a decapitated head nor can it fix severed limbs(NO RANK GIVES THAT) ) Also combinations can be made of how you heal the target in order to raise points faster. To activate stage 2, 10 pts. of chakra(+5 pts. chakra consumption as the rank rises) must be taken from the user in order to activate the second stage.

Description:
The weapon's second form, Death, can harm enemies severely once the meter of life is raised to maximum capacity through healed wounds and repaired internal organs(only for Sp. Jounin medics and up). The weapon becomes longer and stronger, able to harm and kill if need be. The weapon of death only does this and is strong enough to fight a shinobi 1 rank higher than the user and surely maim a shinobi thats of lower rank. The time limit of how long the blade stays in this state is 5 posts. BUT it can be lengthened by how many limbs are taken from opponents OR by how many casualties are made by the blade and only one post is given to lengthen the time, no more, no less. Once the # of posts are up, the blade becomes that of life again and the user must wait until the next battle situation in order to fill the meter up again.

As he grew older, he learned the language of business, and the brutality that sometimes took place in the streets for its sake. This shocked him, but he came to accept it as something that simply happened. Once his father found out about his genetic deformity via the tendrils, Rilos’s father attempted to have him disposed of out of fear and embarrassment. Rilos managed to steal a large sum of money from his father and flee the country where he had based his business and associates. Soon, he encountered Mist, which accepted him with open arms because of his obvious abilities that could be used in combat. He volunteered to be enrolled in the Mist shinobi in order to begin to live on his own.

Hi there." He began, catching her attention. His voice was deep...very deep. Not quite Morgan Freeman, but almost there. He had normal features, but would be considered attractive by many young women. His eyes were green in one, and blue in the other...the boy had heterochromia. "Alright...I don't like these kinda situations...but I need to take you in. Or out. You gonna comply or am I gonna have to rip your heart out for my own benefit?" Already, he had taken off the long jacket and let it drop to the ground. He was tall, and wore nothing but dark blue jeans and a shortsleeved black shirt. A scratched and battle-worn headband draped around his neck. "I'm waiting." Upon further inspection...he seemed to have stitches on his major joints.

Making a few seals, mud began to fly from the ground. The streets had been rained on the night before, giving Rilos some room to maneuver. They launched at Alice's arms and legs in an attempt to attach and weight her down. "Kajuu No Doro (Mud Weights)!"

With a few seals, he had several mudballs fly out of the ground and intercept the oncoming bullets. Still restraining himself, he felt a wave of heat as the fireball flew out the doorway. "Really dodged something there..." Without facing the doorway, he made a few seals. "Doton: Doryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon Blast)!" The head of a dragon appeared in the doorway from the ground and began firing large earth cannonballs at high speeds at Alice. Turning a few feet behind him, he used his elbow to break a window and slip in, locating Alice. He made his attempt to grab a kunai from his pouch and throw it at her forehead.

"Doton: Ishi no Yari (Earth Release: Stone Spear)!" The tiling erupted off the floor as a stone spear burst through it, set on impaling Alice through the back.

Upon seeing that the kill was not earned, Rilos began to jump back as her spines protruded. "Ohitsuji Kashira (Ram head)!" In front of Rilos, a curved wall of stone rose up and stopped the bones dead in their tracks. The wall was thick enough to block them. "You're fighting a one-sided battle, woman! Just give up." With a few more seals from behind the wall, he calculated Alice's approximate position, and executed another jutsu. Chemicals were drawn up from the ground, mixed together, and then ignited. This would blow up the floor beneath her in violent eruption. Doton Bakudan (Earth Release Bomb).

The kunai had paper tags attached to them and the shuriken had a chakra edge added to them for a more...slicing advantage.

Rilos threw himself back as the projectiles collided with the still-standing structure of stone. It crumbled from the combined forces of the weapons and explosives. Though, the shuriken continued to fly straight at him. "Doton: Tamaishi Danmaku (Earth Release: Pebble barrage)!" Rilos had the pebbles fly from the rubble and strike the shuriken, knocking them off course. He tried to figure out the next course of action. Next he tried something...different. He seemed to change his body to shift at an angle as he threw a punch at the air. This seemed to be a futile effort, but the stitching on his joint undid itself. His fist, accompanied by a load of black tendrils, flew straight at Alice's face at an alarming rate, hoping to catch her by surprise.
