DO NOT POST AN NPC WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF A GUILD MODERATOR!
An NPC is a 'non-playable character' that is used to fill gaps in the story line and help move things along, and can be used by all players. BUT when an NPC is made, all players must use that NPC in the fashion it was created. this means a crazy NPC should continually act in crazy ways as it was meant to, and a violent one should be violent, just as it was intended by the creator. If you do not understand what this means PM one of the guild moderators that is their function after all.

James got citizenship and is very active with all gangs. He runs a booze/ gun running operation of the coast by Chicago.

Personality: Kind, very good at business, and numbers making her able to fudge numbers and make money disapere with no trace.
Extra info: Secretly does a lot of the Mob's and Beer Hall's finances, despite the fact that women weren't allowed to work very often, especially once married.
She was also being courted by Dietrich Heimbrecht before the marriage. She still has feelings for him.

He was a soldier in his youth, but was injured and found his way to Shanghai where he refined his rudimentary sewing skills. He eventually traveled through San Fransisco to Chicago and with the help of Yu's father opened his own shop. He has been a family friend ever since. He is good friends with Xun Xue Yu and is makes all of his clothes, a fact he takes great pride in.

Personality: Stand-offish and slightly bitter due to being rejected by both her nationalities. She can be caddy and competitive because of her performance, but she is very independent, and has issues with real relationships. However to her friends she is sweet and loyal.
Extra info: She is a performer and friend of Roxy. While being both German and Irish, Kelly is trusted by neither force and often feels alone.
