He then invited their leaders to the turf of a neutral party, the Shān Yún Nánhái Tong, to discuss the dispute so that no further blood was shed. Yu had not expected them to arrive, much less with so few bodyguards. Yu was pleased with how careless and arrogant they had become. Thanks to the German the ambush, as well as the chaos that followed, had been short, bloody, and complete. In thanks for their assistance Yu gifted the Shān Yún Nánhái Tong most of the Wanqu Weixiao territory. Since then there was peace in Chinatown, despite rumblings that an outside force was going to try something.
After the all the excitement the the preceding month, Xun Xue Yu had decided that he would focus on running his legitimate businesses for a while. He had been informed by one of his waitresses that the American woman he had eaten with before had been in quite frequently as of late. He had asked to be informed of the next time she had come in and today was that time. The waitress informed him after receiving Ms. Fagan's order.
"Ms. Fagan, a pleasure to see you again. I have been told we keep missing one another." Yu seemed to appear next to the table and gave Shayla smile and a bow. "I hope the food has continued to be as good as the first time."
