Bouquet... is kindness. She adores flowers, of all kinds, and adorns herself in them whenever she can. There's a reason she meanders in the groves of By the Roots, knows Timorous and By the Roots like the back of her hand, they let her pick and choose and create what she wants so long as she replaces (which she always does anyways). There's something sweet about her, a smile whenever you meet her and a kindness in the way she'll always offer you a flower or a happy thought or just listen to your worries. But there's a sad, delicate loneliness around her too that no one can really touch.

Name: Keep Guard

Keep Guard... is quiet. His mother's guardian, he tries to watch out for her and ease her fear of other kin. A guardian in nature, he doesn't mind trying to protect others and be their watch. While not a talker, he cares about other kin and hopes for their happiness and safety. He's often on the lookout to make sure there isn't any trouble, anyone he'll have to crash into and help.

A lot of his time is spent with Fragile, making sure she's alright. He's not her constant vigilante though and comes and goes with time, but most of the time he finds herself back with her in the groves. He cares about his mother, although her poetry doesn't interest him in the slightest. Occasionally he'll be with his half sister Last Rose, whom'll accompany him when he's not with Fragile. He likes her, even if she is somewhat weird, and tries to lead her to things she'll find interesting.

He's not much of a personality in the grove, since they maintain themselves quite fine, but he'll sometimes help shoo out a particularly destructive animal or another, groups even if he must. Timorous and By the Roots never know who to thank then they find a particularly destructive colony gone.

Cumin... is determined. Growing up, Cumin had been very aware of his small size. His sisters had made it obvious in all the ways they doted upon him throughout childhood, babied him and made sure that he was alright. It had been frustrating, to say the least, ("No Cumin, you can't come, you're too small!!" and "Cumin you're too little, you'll get hurt!!") which had made his growth spurt and change into his full stature all the sweeter.

Even though he's stronger now, he still finds himself doted upon by his sisters, which is why he spends most of his time trying to prove that he is capable of taking care of himself now. But either they just don't notice or are stalwartly ignoring his attempts, because he still finds himself under their care. While he takes it good-naturedly, he cares about his sisters and know they're only doing it for his protection (as he does for theirs), he really would like them to see he's no longer the tiny brother they once had. He has a great deal of patience and commitment towards this cause though, and won't be giving up soon.

Name: Last Rose

Last Rose... is contemplative. Her mother's fearful nature is not her own, but neither is her fanciful love of poetry. Rather she's a drifter, interested in everything but not one to go for it until the last moment, until it's all but passed everyone's sight. Last to come, last to leave, it doesn't bother Rose one bit. She's more interested in what there's to behold than the crowd's attention.

She talks with her mother and her half brother, but she doesn't keep their company often. Her mother is a kind doe, but she's more often than not inscrutable to Rose. She far prefers her half brother and will accompany him on journeys, even if he doesn't talk much. He's always one to find interesting things and he's protective, a comfort.

Last Rose is in the groves, but not often, and anytime she is usually Decay is following her. She acts as a spot for removing flowers or plants that have died and is able to distinguish the late bloomers from the plants who simply haven't made it. She is always gone before she can be thanked by the grove's owners though.

Decay was a gift from Fragile, who got it from Timorous. While the wolf was free to stay with Keep Guard or Fragile, they ended up becoming attached to Last Rose so her mother let them go. They're a comfort to Rose, oddly reminiscent of her half brother when not around and they have a rather interesting talent of managing to find death in the groves, hence the namesake.

Come Again... doesn't know what love is. His mother is lovely, if sad, his father an enigma (but he's heard stories) and while he dreams of love, he isn't quite sure of what it is. He craves companionship, wishes he could find another, but is always willing to let go for the sake of the other. He just hopes they'll come around again.
