From the look Samson was giving Shio it was clear his partner wanted to take her out first. Nodding to confirm this Zarud pulled his kunia from the cieling and threw them both at her. He intended to miss in order to distract her and then once they hit the wall use them to slingshot himself at her, using the speed increase to his advantage.

Samson wasn't touching the ground, even with 0 or near-0 g's, it wouldn't matter. Samson was floating in mid-air thanks to the Wind Manipulation. "Nii-san," Shinatobe called out from within Samson, "wait, are you saying that she-?" spoke in return to her, "yes, she holds the nine-winged within her, Samson, be on your guard," he nodded and manipulated the wind...no...the very air itself within the room to his advantage. The air all around them would become thick at first, turning dangerous as the glare that Samson gave off was frightening. He bit his thumb and pulled out two small fans from his person, placing the blood on both and swinging the fans with serious fury. The chakra added to the fans summoned a weasel riding upon a sickle with other smaller sickles accompanying him, with one mighty swing, he sent grand slashing winds everywhere(or rather, all throughout the room) with Samson's help via wind manipulation and Zarud wouldn't get hurt from this thanks to his fellow teammate. The strength of the wind was further strengthen and to make matters worse, those who attempted to dodge the wind as it was launched EVERYWHERE would also feel the wrath of flower petals their way, as Samson was also a Chiru clan member. Finally, to add more to this battle, a tattoo brightened upon Samson's back, signaling something interesting that would come about in the near future.

(Everyone in the room except for Zarud is in danger of being cut by S-rank winds and Chiru flower petals with razor edges, to put a long story short)

Rad enjoyed the spectacle. Perhaps with this man "helping" defeating the young nine wings lady would be possible. Rad merged with the bone slowly spreading behind him. It had covered about 7 feet of space so far and was spreading at about a foot per minute in each direction. While inside the bone he activated the Fire fists jutsu. His arms became flaming tendrils with hands on the ends. He wouldnt do anything quite yet, but it was dangerous nonetheless.

[just like to start out with saying that anyone who posted themselves "Standing" or "stepping" in my blood has had their feet sliced all to hell.]

At the sound of the announced team shift, Shion switched her misery resistance to her new partner. As the gust of wind ripped towards her, Shion would bring her hands up in front of her to fount misery in the form of a small wall to take the blow. As the wind crashed against her defenses, any petals within the wind would be slashed and broken down into small bits. She knew that the others would be preoccupied by Samson's early bomb shell, so Shion prepared her own move. The misery from all around the room would form into hundreds of small, hand sized balls and rise about halfway into the room. Without a moment's notice, the balls would erupt into a blast of thousands of smaller pellets, which shot in every direction. Up, down, left, right, there was no safe place from the barrage of pellets.

[so...imagine you're surrounded my hundreds of grenades on all sides, and they just went off. Now imagine the shrapnel was made from misery, which cuts up just about anything. Enjoy our butthurt]

[PS. the pellets dont vanish. They are still active, just bouncing off the walls with each rebound. It's currently a constant threat.]

Rei now found herself facing a razor sharp petals flying at her at high speeds.
"Well, crap" was all she was able to say as the petals cut into her skin. She
manage to dodge the more deadly one, but her body looked like a mess. As
the wind hit she used it to her advantage, She would get hit by a petal and
start spinning. The Wind pushed her back and then she jumped forward, right
in front of Shion, right in Zarud's way. She had one leg out and aimed her at
his gut. She knew that due to his speed, plus being pushed by the wind it
would be very difficult to dodge in mid air.

Zarud smirked as Rei moved in front of him. Turning into his smoke form Zarud moved in and was hit by Rei, exploding into a cloud of toxic smoke and combined with Samson's wind jutsu was spread around the room in his toxic form. If anyone breathed in his smoke they would certainly suffer from his poison.

These objects that Shion flung towards everyone, a miniscule obstacle in Shinatobe's eyes but Samson was cringing as they came close. As it seemed that Samson had been hit by the projectiles, sharp razor wind protected him from the projectiles. That was a close call, he aimed for right behind Shion, right in the back of her head, and the air behind her compressed and then burst. This attack would be near invisible and would happen at an instant, it wouldn't harm her but would catch her off guard. The flower petals that managed to move about the room then rushed straight for her back and aimed there, the speed of the flower petals incoming would be faster, coming in on her by mere seconds. As for Zarud's poison, the razor wind along with a manipulated wind barrier, he'd defend himself from the poison of his teammate.

Rad felt the bullet projectiles fly through his body. Anger seeped through him and he felt the injuries begin to undo themselves. Kaguya repaired his bones and the former nine tails energy restored the muscle. His arms were uninjured for another reason. Rad threw two punches, one aimed directly at Samsons midsection, and the other aimed at Zaruds poison gas. Rad didnt know if it would have any effect on him, but it was entirely possible. The punch aimed at the gas grew in size to be the size of three normal fists.
