[U.A.F.] Occupation of Rain

As per the terms of surrender, several U.A.F. platoons have moved in. The conditions of the surrender are as follows:

Any military organizations of Rain are dissolved.
Any manipulation of chakra is outlawed and violators will be dealt with.
There is a strict curfew to stay inside as soon as the sun sets.
Outside communication with the other major four villages is blocked.

At every street corner, there are at least two U.A.F. soldiers posted. Shinobi of Rain have a brief chance to flee the village by August 20th. After that, you will be confined unless a special circumstance appears.
