I'm serious, turn back now if bathroom humor isn't your thing.
Or if, you know, you have ate, plan to eat... ever.
Or if you cook with ragu.
I've got to do colon prep for my colon endoscopy tomorrow afternoon (You are done reading. Noooo?)
My parents gave me the business about how awful this would be, and It seems to be so far, some of the most mild cleaning my bowels have ever gotten.
I might ask my mom if she ever noticed I had an abnormal amount of diarrhea as a child. I think my problems might not have really started at 17 like I thought.
When I was 3 or 4 I had already figured out not to eat the cookies that my late aunt Mary brought to every party ever, because I suffered almost immediate painful diarrhea every time I ate them. (I never shared this info. In fact, pooping is one of the only things I wouldn't talk about. I was trained to be ashamed of my bodily functions very early.) By my teens I figured out that ragu was the cause of a lot of my bowel related distress. Being new yorkers, we ate a lot of pasta sauce.
Here is what Ragu stands for:

that blows, one of my friends has IBS, we go to eat subway or something he doesn't usually eat he has to go home and destroy his toilet.

My butt is A-okay. They suggested I might need more fiber, and then I described my diet to them, and they said that it's probably a food allergy, then.
They don't call me beanman for nothing.
Oh god, what if it's something I really like?

How about, "Hey guys, tomorrow I'm going to get sedated while someone pokes a tiny camera up my butt" My late Aunt Mary, the one who loved the cookies that gave me the squirts, died because of a reaction to anesthesia. It's creepy to think that I didn't think of this when I mentioned her. Anyway, as I already mentioned, I am dandy and I don't have chrons or ulcerative colitis smile Now I need blood work to find the shitty culprit. If I don't, I can live my life in mild discomfort, atleast knowing that I'm not dying of it.
