As normal milk 2% or higher (anything under 2% is hyper processed and bad for you)

or Chocolate, Strawberry, Coffee in terms of flavoured.

NZ has so many different kinds of coffee flavoured milk. Sooooo goood.

i love skim.... heart heart heart heart i hate 2% texture... but my dad drinks it so i'll get u some cause he'll drink it also

And thats works, but also I am not picky, I didnt what ever there is, its only when I have a choice I will exercise my right to choose.

You may research it as much as you wish. But virtually all studys show that skim milk makes you fatter than whole. Because basically skim is more sugary and basically whole has the good fats which arent stored but actually encourage weight loss.

Calories arent just calories, theres a lot more to it. So to say 150 calories is worse than 80 calories withoutlooking at the two things is flawed, the 150 calories can indeed be way healhtier and burn off way faster.

I really like milk products but Im not supposed to have them. sad

If that's what skim is than that explains why I can have a little of it every so often. I cannot digest milk fat.
My lactose intolerance is pretty bad, its crossing into a full blown allergy.*pouts *
I keep eating the stuffs though.*shifty eyes* nothing better than oreos and a cup of milk.

My mum has a similar effect, though there are some pills she can take and its not so bad.

But yep so many good things have milk in them.

But yep, skim milk is hardly milk XD
