The Apartment


Although they didn't wish for it, Alicia and Claude's grandparents managed to accommodate them with the biggest apartment the building had to offer. They insisted, though heavily rejected, to redecorate the apartment complex to their, the grandparent's, liking that would befit their grandchildren. So now, they have this stylish, modern apartment with two bedrooms, a guest room, and a small music room for Claude's personal enjoyment, kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. Since only Alicia and Claude live here, their rooms also accommodates their individual tastes and personalities.

Claude quickly had his apartment key ready and was able to open the door in a flash. Wasting no time, he went into his music room, grabbed his guitar, put it in its case, and was about to leave through the door. That is until something on the kitchen counter top caught his eye. Walking over to the item, Claude could feel his anger increasing. Sitting on the counter top was Alicia’s cell phone. “…That idiot!” he said grabbing and placing it in his pocket; “I swear. Well, she’ll have to come find me now.” Quickly checking that everything in the apartment was in order, he left locking the door behind him and ran back to town.
