THE BASICS:
The ninja classes determine the type of shinobi you are. They determine how you do battle, which limits and restrictions you have... and what type of fighter you develop into. Some of them can even influence your moral choices; for example, Samurai are trained to be disciplined and merciful. Medics are trained to be kind-hearted and cool-headed. Each class greatly affects what type of person your character is and will become.

The reason the classes were implemented was to add limitations, so that characters couldn't become masters of literally everything in the guild (this ain't the Elder Scrolls: Oblivion). When you choose your class, of which each character can only have one, you choose what you'll be able to access. It's an important choice, so choose wisely, because you'll often times be unable to redecide.

Classes don't affect your bloodline and clan techniques, however. They're sort of the basis of your ninja, and although they have influence over almost anything you can do, they're not tied in with bloodlines and clans (the exception being Freelancer). This simply means that, for example, if a class says you can only learn five genjutsu, this restriction has no effect on how many bloodline genjutsu you can learn.

PHYSICAL CLASS EXTENDED RULES:
1. Physical classes have a hard cap of 18/18, instead of 15/15.
2. An active style can break one single soft cap; multiple styles being active will not allow multiple soft caps to be broken. For example, if I have the Phantom Mirage active (+3) speed and have a base speed of 15, but have a soft cap extending only to 16, I may break that cap and reach 18; but this will only be possible due to the style, and I could not also have strength exceed my soft cap as well.

NOTE: Untapped powers do not cost chakra, meaning chakra sensing does not work on them.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXNINJUTSU CLASS

Born with more elements and more chakra than others, the members of the Ninjutsu class seem to have everything going for them. Not only are they the only class that can obtain three elements, albeit late in their development, but with the most chakra out of any class, they can wreak elemental havoc.

XXXSTRENGTHS
HANDSEALS -- Because of their great control of the elements, they can use shortcuts and simplifications of seals and reduce the time needed to use seals. When combined with the chakra control perk, the time it takes them to use techniques is extremely low in comparison to most everyone else.

JUTSU POTENCY -- Ninjutsu classmen's techniques are naturally faster and wider than those of their opposition. Opponents who aren't ready to defend with some amount of chakra will find themselves hard-pressed to repeatedly dodge techniques from a ninjutsu class shinobi.


THREE ELEMENT SAGES
These ninjutsuists have a +1 to three elements and may choose one element every battle that they need to use no handseals for.

Then, there are:
TRUE SAGES
These ninjutsuists get a +1 to a single element and every single combo element related to it. Thus, if they were a water sage, they'd have a +1 to boil, hyoton, mokuton, ranton, and anything else with water as a required element. They only have no handseals for water, but their seals for the combo elements are simplified.


XXXWEAKNESSES
NINJUTSU RELIANCE -- Enemies with high defense against ninjutsu and good chakra conservation can easily wear down this class. Without their ninjutsu, they're pretty easy to fight, so if you can take that out of the game by intelligently defending against it, you have the advantage.

XXXBONUSES
Not listed above;
Ninjutsu classmen have a +25 bonus to chakra
Ninjutsu classmen have a -2 training reduction on all ninjutsu
Ninjutsu classmen have no limit to how many ninjutsu they can learn, meaning some of them can have hundreds of techniques if they've trained hard enough

XXXLIMITATIONS
This class can only learn 20 genjutsu abilities at Kage, and 10 genjutsu abilities at lower ranks
One more post is required to learn taijutsu style stages
You cannot learn medical, puppetry or sealing unless you have a Bloodline or Clan that gives it to you.
You can learn 2 styles of any type, weapon or taijutsu
You learn your first and second ninjutsu elements at Genin, your final one at Jounin.


XXXUNTAPPED POWER
The ninjutsu class untapped power allows them to double-cast one technique per fight without any chakra or set-up for it. This must be done right after the initial cast of the technique.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXTAIJUTSU CLASS

With their bodies, the Taijutsu class shinobi are almost unstoppable. They possess the most brute physical force, speed hard to challenge, and stone-hard bodies difficult to bruise and puncture. They are like stone soldiers in strength and physique, and are forces to be reckoned with.

XXXSTRENGTHS

PHYSICAL TOUGHNESS -- The Taijutsu class not only teaches you to ignore pain, but can also make you immune to damage from weak attacks, based on your rank, making you almost immune to damage 2 ranks below you:

Chuunin taijutsu classmen are immune to academy jutsu damage
Jounin taijutsu classmen are immune to genin jutsu damage
Sannin taijutsu classmen are immune to chuunin jutsu damage
Kage taijutsu classmen are immune to jounin jutsu damage

Anything lower than that rank also applies.
XXXWEAKNESSES
CHAKRA CONTROL -- To be honest Taijutsu users pretty much have down syndrome when it comes to chakra control. They can barely use any genjutsu, and their ninjutsu arsenal is very limited. This makes them kind of predictable and also means they have little reinforcement from their jutsu.

XXXBONUSES
You can learn styles that are one rank above you, unlike other ninja
You are immune to damage from jutsu or styles two ranks below you, and one rank below you or equivalent rank is reduced in pain and injury
You can learn infinite taijutsu styles

XXXLIMITATIONS
The only genjutsu you can learn is Kai.
You cannot learn medical jutsu, puppetry, or sealing
You can only learn 2 weapon styles, one at Genin, and one at Jounin.
You can only learn 30 ninjutsu abilities
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
You can't learn your second element's jutsu past Jounin rank

XXXUNTAPPED POWER
Taijutsu users can completely nullify a technique that is triggered upon physical contact. This makes them almost impossible to deal with in close-quarters combat, because the techniques that people make to counter them cannot be used to admirable effect. If the technique was nullified, it cannot be used again during the same "contact". This can be used twice per battle.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXGENJUTSU CLASS

With both brilliant and twisted minds, the ones who fight almost solely with genjutsu have made their reputation as the most horrific of opponents. Nightmares become like life in their eyes; they imagine death, pain, damnation. And they exploit human fear to destroy their target. They may not revel in pain but they compose pain. They are the storywriters of the exact magnificently terrifying way they want to destroy your mind. Genjutsu users are indeed the most nightmarish opponents, and some of the most powerful.

XXXSTRENGTHS
IRRESISTIBLE GENJUTSU -- Not a single ninja in the guild can ever be fully immune to a Genjutsu user's genjutsu. Although they can be resistant, it's never the point where they'll be able to instantly recognize your genjutsu upon them.
CHAKRA CONTROL -- Your field genjutsu (such as Bringer of Darkness) may be activated on targets you select. You can choose to not infiltrate the system of certain shinobi.

Also, genjutsu cost less. SS ranked genjutsu cost 40 chakra.
S rank genjutsu cost 25
A rank cost 15
B rank cost 7
C rank cost 3
D rank cost 1

XXXWEAKNESSES
WEAK BODIES -- Genjutsu users have frail bodies compared to most other ninja. Although they can endure more pain than your average human, the amount of pain they can sustain before death is significantly lower than other classes.

Genjutsu training is reduced by 2 posts
Genjutsu users can learn limitless amounts of genjutsu
Enemies of lower rank than you cannot Kai out of your genjutsu

XXXLIMITATIONS
Two taijutsu styles, one at Jounin and one at S
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
You can completely master 2 elements
No puppetry or sealing; you may learn medical jutsu
Jounin can learn (and master) 1 weapon style, S ranks can learn (and master) 2 weapon styles


XXXUNTAPPED POWER
Genjutsu users have a choice between that untapped power and this second one. For enemies who don't even use genjutsu, the genjutsu class may instead enter a world of slight freedom in terms of how they move. The genjutsuists may simply edit the perceived reality of their movements; they can move faster, hit harder, though not outrageously so in either aspect (+2 to both stats for the duration). Along with the increase of stats, their movements seem hard to follow; it's like the images leap from one frame to a different one, and so fighting them in close combat can be pretty confusing like this. This is to emphasize how Genjutsu users can use their genjutsu prowess to make up for their physical shortcomings. This lasts for a maximum of nine posts (which can be split through the fight).

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXWEAPONS CLASS

Some of the fastest, most ruthless, the strongest, most deadliest shinobi of all are the weapon specialists. With a wide, almost infinite variety of weapons at their disposal, and almost unmatched skill at every type of weapons; whether projectiles, swinging blades or swiping scythes, the weapon specialists are the most offensive of classes that will constantly keep you on your toes.

XXXSTRENGTHS
FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY -- The weapon users are perhaps the very best at dodging, especially in close combat. Not only are they the second fastest of classes, only behind Assassins, but their flexibility, their reaction and their varied movements keeps them quick to evade and also quick to strike. Although not the absolute fastest, they move so quickly and with so much ferocity in combat that they can easily dance around their foes.


HYBRIDS -- The weapon specialists are perfect at nothing, but are by far the most varied class. They can learn almost limitless amounts of ninjutsu, they have some genjutsu (very little, but more than the taijutsu class), they possess many styles, can channel elements into their weapons, and have many custom weapon slots on their person.

XXXWEAKNESSES
AVERAGE STAMINA/STRENGTH -- Lower than most of the other physical classes is their strength. They aren't as strong as the others, and they also grow tired easier when trying to use taijutsu. They rely almost completely on their weapons when it comes to physical combat, so although their taijutsu is probably better than your average ninja's, it's nothing to admire.

LOW DEFENSE -- As an extremely offensive class, the Weapon Specialists lack variety in defense. Very few genjutsu, somewhat weak bodies, and unspectacular taijutsu means that they rely 100% on ninjutsu for defense, considering weapons are difficult to defend with. It is important to note, however, that they do have higher perception than other shinobi, so their reaction time is still better.


XXXBONUSES
Can have up to six custom weapons on person, and as many normal weapons as you can carry
Weapon Specialists can use techniques with one hand so that they don't have to weaken their hold of their weapon while they perform jutsu
You can channel your elements into your weapons, which will make them sharper, deadlier, and harder to destroy
All weapon jutsu are one rank stronger
Capable of using hidden weapons
You can learn weapon style stages of up to one rank above

XXXLIMITATIONS
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
Total of 30 Ninjutsu between your elements.
One Taijutsu Style at Genin, and you obtain a second one at Jounin.
You can only learn 6 genjutsu
You cannot learn Medical, Sealing and Puppetry


XXXUNTAPPED POWER
Every three posts, you gain a charge of "Berserk" which allows you to essentially enter an adrenaline mode during its usage. You may use charges of this ability consecutively.

Berserk is an ability that lasts for one post, during which time your base speed is improved by two and your perception becomes hyper-aware. Your strikes become more precise, deadly, vicious; you become a superior swordsman and physical fighter for the post that it is active.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXMEDICAL CLASS

Sporting high stength and the ability to heal their allies with the most efficiency, Medical shinobi prove to be the utility of any squad.

XXXSTRENGTHS
CHAKRA CONTROL -- Medical shinobi have exceptional chakra control. For this reason, jutsu that shinobi of this class perform have a (-5) chakra point discount. This does not apply to Academy or Genin-ranked techniques. No technique can be free when using this passive.


XXXWEAKNESSES

LOW DIVERSITY -- Because of their powerful physiques and close-range techniques, Medical shinobi typically experience difficulty when facing off against a long-ranged opponent.

XXXBONUSES
Medical shinobi have a -1 training reduction in Medical Jutsu
Because of their chakra control, Medical shinobi are highly resistant to the effects of Genjutsu
Only Non-Bloodline class able to utilize 'Sealing Jutsu' at Jounin or higher. (Unlocks Sealing Sub-Element at Jounin Rank)

XXXLIMITATIONS
May only learn 3 Taijutsu styles and 1 Weapon style
Sealing takes up your Sub-Element slot
No puppetry
May only learn 5 Genjutsu that are below your rank
May only have one other element besides Medical until S-rank. (You start with two at Genin rank--Medical and whichever other element you choose)


XXXUNTAPPED POWER
The Medical shinobi have what is--arguably--the most potent untapped power of all. By supercharging their body with medical chakra, they enter a state of absolute regeneration. Wounds inflicted upon the medic--even normally fatal ones--are regenerated almost instantly. Even limbs. The only way to kill the medic in this time frame of five posts is to totally obliterate their body (destroying all of their organs, even discluding the brain would count for this).

While this power is active, the medical ninja gains tattoos across their body, styled to their preference. They gain a one rank boost in speed, and their maximum speed cap is temporarily increased by one point. This ability can only be done once a fight.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXPUPPET CLASS

Puppeteers sport creative and brilliant minds. They're masters of the human body, master tacticians, and probably the most morbid of designers. They picture how each of their wooden machines will work together to trap their target and tear them apart, mercilessly. Their dolls are all extensions of who they are; it's their identity, their trademark, their story.

XXXSTRENGTHS
HUGE DIVERSITY/UNPREDICTABILITY -- The puppeteers have perhaps the widest range of weapons; they have things in their disposal that couldn't have been imagined. From simple puppeteers having several completely different puppets with different powers and traits, to human puppets with their rockets, their streams of fire and water, to true puppet masters with their whole divisions of creations; they're the absolute best class at never giving their enemy a break, and never letting the enemy think they understand your fighting style.

DEADLY, ONE-SHOT FIGHTING STYLE -- Although battles with puppeteers can go on for hours as you are forced to destroy their puppets, strategize, and sometimes even relocate, they don't have that same issue; usually it only takes one hit from a puppet user, and you're dead. Most of their puppets are laced in poison, and this poison is usually fatal. Puppeteers are ruthless and merciless, and battles with them have to be done right or you'll die.

XXXWEAKNESSES
LONG-RANGE ONLY -- Getting close to a puppet user could easily be a checkmate, if you didn't do it stupidly. Close in on them, and you can rip their weak a** apart. Without their puppets, they're almost nothing.

XXXBONUSES
You can replace your limbs with puppet limbs, though the new limbs must be approved in the custom puppet thread
You can learn both ninjutsu and genjutsu (but only 50 ninjutsu and 10 genjutsu)
Can learn all puppetry techniques, limitlessly
Can learn all medical techniques up to Jounin rank, and only 30 of these
XXXLIMITATIONS
No taijutsu whatsoever.
No weapon styles whatsoever. You may use weapons up close but you will be OWNED
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
You may have two ninjutsu elements but your second element can only be mastered up to Jounin.

The Human Puppet
Human puppets may use the special secret red technique. This allows them to use one-hundred puppets, but only extremely weak puppets. This is a massive army, however with the puppets being weaker than your average academy student, it's nothing huge. This technique costs 75 chakra and lasts until all puppets are dead or 10 posts.

The more important side of becoming a human puppet is the fact that you can now not only control your puppets decently better, but you can also make yourself into a living weapon. You can install weapons inside of your body, increase your physical resistance, etc. Although your stats won't increase, the utility given by body modifiers makes up for it.

XXXUNTAPPED POWER
The puppeteer can, every five posts, unleash a massive lion head at the target with a sealing jutsu inside of it. This is essentially the only sealing jutsu puppeteers can use. It costs no chakra to release, as it's considered a tool. It can be released from the body of any A ranked (or higher) puppet, and if the lion's head manages to latch onto the target with its sharp teeth, their ability to use chakra will be sealed and they're at your mercy. This cannot be escaped with substitution, because it cancels the technique if it hits you. It is essentially Chiyo's ability.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXANIMAL TAMER/SUMMONER CLASS

Animal Tamers and Summoners possess a deep connection to nature nurtured through time. Although they're not primal or wild, they do have a powerful bond with the world's other inhabitants, who admire and praise them for their worldly way of life. They are very humble people. They've known to be kind and they almost all desire peace. Like animals, they understand the concept of survival, but because of their love for life, they would wish this upon everyone. However, they're still brutally powerful, and would not spare their enemies if it came down to it.

XXXSTRENGTHS
MULTIPLE SUMMONS AND SUMMON PATHS -- Animal Tamers can have two summoning paths, and can summon up to two summons at once. This puts them above every other class pure and simple in terms of summoning potency. In a Summoning Sage state, they can have 3.

ADVANCED SAGE MODE -- Their sage mode lasts three posts longer, and takes one post less in length to gather the energy for.

CONNECTION TO NATURAL ENERGY -- Animal Tamers are like sages in many aspects. Because of their connection to nature, they also have a connection to natural energy, and can therefore feel disturbances in the natural flow of energy; the releasing and charging of very powerful (S-SS) techniques will alert them, so they have a warning when large bodies of energy are being formed.
XXXWEAKNESSES
RELIANCE ON SUMMONS -- The Animal Tamers only excel at one thing: their summoning prowess. If you can take their summons out of combat, or prove them to be useless, then they have little to fall back on. Their summons are also their main form of protection while they enter Sage Mode, so bypassing them prevents one of their main strengths from entering the field.


XXXBONUSES
Animal tamers can summon at Gennin, instead of waiting till Chuunin like the rest of the guild. They can summon for 25% less charka cost than everyone else.
Animal tamers can summon any of the members of a summoning hierarchy regardless of their position in the line of summoners, if they have the chakra to do so
You can have two custom pets/partners that act similarly to summons and possess a significant level of power depending on your rank. You may only ever have two animal companions out at once though, so either two summons, or two pets, or one pet and one summon. This animal pet cannot use the Sage Mode, and can only use combination techniques (like the Fang over Fang). The pet is generally not as strong as summons, however, but is always available.

XXXLIMITATIONS
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
Can only learn 50 ninjutsu techniques (2 elements)
A maximum of five styles total.
They cannot learn medical jutsu, genjutsu (except for Kai), puppetry or sealing
Although you use summons at Genin, you can only use the average summons of a hierarchy and cannot perform Sage Mode until Jounin

XXXUNTAPPED POWER
Once per battle, and only for four posts, the Animal Tamer as well as one of their summons can enter the Sage Mode. This will increase the summons strength and speed by a substantial amount, as well as their perception, as it increases their connection to the natural energy network for a limited time.
This, unlike the regular Sage Mode, can be charged instantly.
Only Summons may enter this state, pets cannot. This does not stack with normal Summoning Sage Mode, its one or the other.
It follows the following charge up chart:
Gennin: +1 Speed
Chuunin: +1 Speed/+1 Strength
Jounin: +2 Speed/+1 Strength
Sannin: +2 Speed/+2 Strength

These bonuses apply to you and one [1] of your summons you currently have out.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSAMURAI CLASS

Samurai have mastered their code: discipline, honor, mercy, loyalty. They are the most honest of women and men, with honest motives and intentions. Samurai have always trained to be at touch with their values more than anything. They live off of code and conduct; they let it guide them. The Samurai remain proof that while humans have natural morals and emotions, they can also design their own virtues as a way to meet a more peaceful and merciful existence.
Like all other shinobi, though, they are trained to fight. They let their calm minds guide their blade. Their sword, their main weapon, is a second body to them. But their bodies are tied together in harmony. Their connection to their sword is unbreakable. They are masters of the blade. And they can, and will, rip enemies open.

XXXSTRENGTHS
SWORD MASTERY -- The Samurai Class easily rivals, perhaps even trumps the taijutsu class in physical combat. They are the true top dogs of close-battle; the Taijutsu class has their hard bodies, their balance of super strength and speed. The weapon class has their crazy speed and versatility. But the Samurai?

The Samurai's skill with the sword is inhuman. Sword fighting with them is like trying to beat a super computer at math equations. They do not make mistakes. They know the perfect way to respond to every strike by the enemy. This is because their training releases a constant field of chakra around their body to where they literally witness time at a slower pace. Samurai can see the enemy's physical attacks in slow motion, because the range of this ability expands just far enough to where they can predict these close-range attacks. Because of this, they will never falter in physical combat. They simply do not make mistakes. They can parry pretty much everything. Your super bursts of speed mean nothing to them. They cannot be defeated by stats, because they are the most skilled. Samurai are essentially the counter class to other physical classes. Other physical classes are left almost useless versus them. While many try to take their foes by surprise, and while many others simply try to be stronger/faster, against a samurai this does nothing.

XXXWEAKNESSES
LONG-RANGED ENEMIES: Samurai cannot deal well with long-ranged opponents. Although they almost completely neutralize other physical classes, ninjutsu users have their way with them. Samurai just aren't built to deal with that sort of long-ranged onslaught; their specialty is close-ranged superiority. Because their speed is only relatively above average, it's hard for them to close the distance on a target, and as they chase the enemy they can basically just get whittled down and picked on from afar. However, this weakness is easily countered if you have techniques that close distance.

XXXBONUSES
You can master two taijutsu styles
You can master an infinite amount of weapon styles, but they must all be for your main weapon; a certain type of sword. This can be a broadsword, claymore, longsword, shortsword, katana, knife... as long as it's a sword. You must pick one type of blade to be your main weapon, so you're not well versed in the use of all swords. Your main weapon's styles and techniques are boosted by a rank.
Your secondary weapon (the other one carried around with you, which can be of any type) can have two mastered styles of its type
Like weapon specialists, Samurai can use low level techniques (genin and academy) with one hand so that they don't have to weaken their hold of their weapon while they perform jutsu.
XXXLIMITATIONS
You may only carry two weapons. One will be a sword, the other is up to you.
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
You may learn two elements, but the second element can only be learned up to Jounin rank

XXXUNTAPPED POWER
With the Samurai's untapped power, your sword becomes a living manifestation of your discipline. The Samurai are all about a calm mind reflecting your elegant use of the sword, and this personifies it. First of all, your sword swipes are performed significantly faster than usual. Second, your sword strikes lead the enemy into opening their guard. They're infused with a chakra that tricks the enemy into thinking the sword is swiping from two different directions at the same time, unable to tell which direction is the real slash. This special disciplinary form, however, is marked with a purple glow around your body and your sword. It can be done for five posts every battle, during which time it's a nightmare to physically battle a Samurai.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXASSASSIN CLASS

The shinobi of this specialty lurk in the shadows. They do not let themselves be known around their enemies. They don't fight honestly. Whatever the weapon is; whether a silver tongue, a poison tipped blade, an object looming over the target's skull... the assassins will always find the perfect price for the enemies life.

XXXSTRENGTHS
ALMOST UNDETECTABLE -- Assassins are extremely hard to spot. If they want to hide from their foe, then whether you like it or not, they'll likely succeed.

INHUMAN SPEED -- The assassins are, without a doubt, the fastest class. They can move fast and delicately, not even making a bump in their step as their speed stretches landscapes. This is their main strength in battle. It makes them capable of dodging nearly anything.

XXXWEAKNESSES

DOJUTSU -- Assassins cannot really hide from people with dojutsu. That's one of their biggest strengths, gone. Also, targets with dojutsu (or anything really) that increase their perception and their ability to predict an enemies movies can easily counter the assassins speed.

XXXBONUSES
Can fully learn two ninjutsu elements
You can learn up to four physical styles, but they have to be based around speed
You can coat your weapons with poison for optimal results, but the poisonous weapon must be approved in the custom weapon thread
XXXLIMITATIONS
You get one Element at Gennin, and the second at Jounin
Ninja of a higher rank can sense your presence, though they won't know your exact location. Even ninja with dojutsu cannot detect you, however, if they're a rank below you.
Please note that this stealth only applies when you're actually fully hiding yourself, it doesn't mean that if you're crouching or something no one can find you.
You can only learn ten genjutsu.


XXXUNTAPPED POWER
The assassin's untapped power unleashes a dark black fog into the field. This fog is not very large or expansive; it only extends to be about as wide in radius as your average smoke bomb. However, you can control how it moves. It moves at 2/3rds of your speed, and from within this fog, you can travel anywhere instantly. You are connected to this fog. It can't be blown away or destroyed by anything. This fog is your realm of control; within it, you're unpredictable, deadly, invincible. It does require handsigns to use, though, and your body is covered with a black aura before you release it. It lasts for three posts, and can only be used once a battle. You cannot use any S-ranked techniques from inside of this fog.

Sages are Masters of a Single element, with their numbers never going past 2 sages for each element (A master, and a student). Born with a Singular Element, and massively more chakra than others, the members of the Sage class are generally seen as monsters due to the incredible power at their fingertips.

XXXSTRENGTHS
CHAKRA --Members of the Sage class have increased chakra, and increased chakra efficiency. This makes them exceptionally deadly in long, drawn out battles.
NO HANDSEALS -- Because of the ease of use for elemental jutsu of their element, the do not need hand signs for jutsu of their element.

XXXWEAKNESSES
STATS -- Very average stats. Unable to compete at all with the physical classes. Since they rely so heavily on ninjutsu, classes with high amounts of speed can easily counter them by simply dodging their jutsu.
ELEMENT RELIANCE -- Enemies with high defense against ninjutsu of their element, such as by using an element the sage is weak too and good chakra conservation can easily wear down this class. Without their ninjutsu, they're pretty easy to fight, so if you can take that out of the game by intelligently defending against it, you have the advantage.


XXXBONUSES
As listed above: +50 to your base energy, No hand-seals for jutsu of your element
Not listed above;
Sage Classmen are able to freely manipulate the element they use
Sage classmen have a -3 training reduction on all ninjutsu of their element
Sage classmen have no limit to how many ninjutsu of their element they can learn

XXXLIMITATIONS
This class cant learn more than 10 genjutsu
Two more posts are required to learn taijutsu style stages
You only get 1 Element.
You can learn 2 styles of any type, weapon or taijutsu
You can be an elemental sage of any element from a bloodline, however it's only from one element. So if you pick Terumi you have to specify boil sage or lava sage. Additional bloodlines/clans can grant you a sub element, you just can't be a sage of that element.

XXXUNTAPPED POWER
Sages are able to gather a pool of 50 energy of their element to use what is considered an 'ultimate' technique of their element. This custom technique will be of SS-ranked power, though it is slightly stronger than other techniques of its rank. This technique must be approved by the guild captain, and may be used only once per battle.
