The Fish
Summon Information
The Fish and Sharks hail from the deep, unforgiving depths of the Water Country. They live so far outward and so far below the surface that it's impossible to reach them without entering the summoning lands specifically. Most of them prefer to outright kill the opponent, sparing no time or expense for their kills.

Chuunin-Level Techniques
xxxxxx• Shark Fin
The summoner outstretches their arms, and rough, fleshy blades erupt from underneath their skin. These 'fins' can block blades, and can slash into an opponent quite easily. Once the technique is used, the attachments last for five posts.
Jounin-Level Techniques
xxxxxx• Baited Shark
After a short delay, an almost ethereal fish will begin to swim around the ground under the opponent. One post later, a gigantic shark--one of the available summons--will erupt from the ground to eat the fish, hopefully taking the opponent with it. The Shark does not remain after the technique is used.
xxxxxx• Shark Skin
The user's skin becomes rough for five posts, resisting regular sword slashes. Bare hands will be sliced up upon contact with the summoner's skin. Chakra-enhanced abilities will still do normal damage to users of this ability.

Sannin-Level Techniques
xxxxxx• Shallow Sea
Using their affinity with the summons, the summoner will temporarily summon the homeplace of the summons; the Shallow Sea. The first post is spent gathering and using the chakra--no other chakra based attacks can be used in this post. The second post, a tremendous tidal wave crashes over the battlefield, engulfing the entire area in ten feet of water. While underneath the surface, the opponent feels like they're being hindered by the water, while the summoner can move freely--even walk on seemingly nothing. Fish/Shark summons cost 2/3 of their regular chakra cost if they're summoned in these waters. The Shallow Sea lasts for five posts before disappearing.

The Koi is the very basic summon in the fish/shark hierarchy. It--literally--has no use in battle. All it could do is ram face-first into the opponent, but in terms of utility purposes, it's actually incredibly useful. Because it can speak in our language, it's excellent for relaying messages and scouting through the water.
