Personality: Very caring and focused on doing Right. He isn't afraid to seem a bit goofy or nerdy, even when he feels embarrassed by it, but when it's needed, he can drop all of that and turn into a very determined warrior, ruthlessly willing to do whatever it takes in the defense or protection of his beloved.
Guardian would have been a healer of sorts, able to handle only the more straightforward or simple of wounds, while nameless, and carries that need to help and heal even after named.
Naming Action?:
He was hers from the moment he saw her, ready to do whatever she said, ready to follow her to the ends of the swamp, to the edge of the mountains, and far, far beyond if she just spoke the word. He followed her, watched her, and cursed that he was Nameless, for how could he dare to speak up for her company without a name?
And she was trouble, wasn't she? She had that way about her, the way that always found trouble even when she wasn't looking for it, but she was good at twisting out of it again, and he would never, ever have beaten down her spirit by forcing her to be more careful. So he watched over her from as far as he dared, until it happened.
Until he stood over her prone form at the end, the both of them covered in the blood of those that would have eaten her and the battered foes crushed under his strong hooves. As she slept, the result of a wound during the fight, he checked her over to make sure she was as okay as she could be, and then rose, standing near and still, a strong, silent statue.
When she woke, he had only one thing to say. "I will always watch over you."
