[PRP] The Repercussions from Loss

"We're coming Katy! Just stay right there!" Flynn called back to the little girl.

However, the sudden sounds of alarm from the Pokemon made the soldier freeze in his tracks. Uniceros barreling in front of the others to stand before them in a ready position to fight, the fire horse snorting at the growls.

The man's blue eyes widened as a large shape came charging towards them. "It's an Ursaring!" he said in surprise. They had those in Grande Ile as well, he was quite familiar with them. The man held his sword ready, but Uniceros was the first to take action. The Pokemon opening its mouth to send forth a mighty blast of flames at the bear, the same color as its mane and tail. Fire Blast.

While the flame hitting the Ursaring did slow and stop the bear, It did not quell its rage, if anything it made it even more intense.

Blinking quickly, taking a step back as she lifted and arm up against the brightness of the flame, turning her eyes to Flynn instead stepping over next to him.
"Can you handle this? Kiss and I will go find Katy and get her to safety." Rosie told him.
Wild Pokemon, while dangerous were usually easily handled, in comparison to human trained pokemon. Uniceros seemed to have things handled in this battle, Rosie had no intention of ganging on up on the pokemon by adding her own.

She wasted little time after telling Flynn her plan to start moving, though she barely got a step before the Ursaring shot a look at Rosie, then turned around and bolted back into the trees, vanishing behind thick brush as it bustled back toward the crying.

"What..." the pokemon had just ran, Rosie had time to ask a shock of fear jerked her forward "Oh my gosh Katy! Kiss! Greal! Go go!" She didn't see Kiss anywhere, but at her word the deer pokemon leaped up and through the brush in an instant.

"CHUUUU!!" The darkening forest lit up with a crackle of violent electric shocks and a horrible roar of rage, the small girl screaming in from the forest.
"Thats Kiss!" Rosie told Flynn, hurrying forward to take the path the Ursaring took.

When they arrived the humans would find Kiss Kiss standing in front of a tiny girl with brown hair and dirty clothes, She was curled into a ball, holding her ears and crying inside of what looked like the edge of a den,
Kiss was on all fours with her tail lashing out angrily, electricity shooting from her cheeks.
This did not stop the large bear, as she advanced with an enraged Roar and swiped at the Raichu.

Kiss screamed at the team, leaping up to try and avoid the claw.

Flynn blinked at Rosie as she told him her plan but something didn't feel right... "Wait!" he started, reaching his hand out towards her. But then the Ursaring saw as Rosie started to move away, and then took off like a shot.

The man blinked in surprise at the Pokemon's sudden departure, but soon he and Uniceros were both running with Rosie and her Pokemon once the realized the direction the bear was headed.

Flynn froze as he accessed the situation upon arrival. The girl was there, curled up in what appeared to be a den. Rosie's Raichu standing between her and the Ursaring which was fighting her viciously.

Uniceros' nostrils flared at Kiss's words, and the flame horse rushed in. Making a charge at the Ursaring and lowering his head to ram her in a Take Down attack.

"Something's not right here," Flynn murmured.

Kiss Kiss landed, once freed from the onslaught of the Ursaring thanks to the Rapidash.
Frowning as she stepped back closer to the little girl.

Flynn wasn't the only one to notice that there was something not right. "This isn't a normal battle, this doesn't..." She watched as the bear turned with a howl of pain, her claws driving at Uniceros viciously, trying to break free from him and seriously maim the horse.
"Its not using its normal attacks, this isn't an encounter at all." No, this was life and death to that pokemon.

It didn't take long to put the situation together, Rosie's hands balled into fists before she looked over at Flynn. "Those cubs..." She told him.

"Rai! Rai rai!" Kiss called to Rosie and Flynn.

Flynn nodded at Rosie's words, seemingly have come to the same conclusion she had. His eyes then traveling over to the little girl.

However, his attention was ripped away when his Rapidash bellowed in pain as claws ripped at him.

"Uniceros!" Flynn called, gripping his sword tightly. However, the horse was still in the fight, striking the Ursaring with his hooves repeatedly. He was holding his ground, for now at least.

"Stay here..." he then told Rosie, and started slowly making his way to where Katy was, keeping a close eye on the bear Pokemon.

The Ursaring howled, bucking back when hooves smashed into her body.
Her eyes caught sight of Flynn making his way toward the den, eyes shooting wide.

Rosie was told to stay, she blinked, watching as he made his way forward. "But I can-"

In a fit of panic the Ursaring used all of her power to throw the Rapidash off of her making a tumbling charge for the human male, throwing her thick arms at him.

"FLYNN!"

The Ursaring reacted in the way that he had expected. The Pokemon was trying to protect the girl.

Ready for it, Flynn ducked as one paw was swung at him, and deflected claws with his sword as they were swung again. The man gritting his teeth as he had only barely managed to keep a hold of his weapon due to the sheer force of the blow. The Pokemon had a terrible strength and he knew he couldn't stand a chance in a fight against her in such a rage.

"We don't want to hurt you!" Flynn shouted at the Pokemon. "Or the girl! We just want to take her back to her family!"

The Ursaring did not expect the man to dodge her, so when her paw was met with nothing but air, then the flat of a sword, she staggered forward, catching herself on her claws before she could fall, panting heavily against the pain from the burns and the bleeding hoof marks.

Her anger did not seem to simmer, as he lifted her eyes to the blond man, and glaring with a deep hatred.
At his words she let out another bellow, rearing up once again to lift a claw high for another attack when-

Donk!

A pink ball hit the Ursaring on the side of the head, popped open and with a flash of pink light, suddenly vanished as the pink ball dropped to the ground.

"Hurry!" Rosie suddenly jumped down at Flynn's side, grabbing his arm and pulling him, blue eyes flicking over to the heal ball that now wobbled on the gorund.
"That won't hold her for long, hurry!"
She tugged Flynn, and rushed toward Katy.

There was obviously no reasoning with this Pokemon, and the man felt pity for the beast, knowing it had to be upset for losing its cubs. However, Flynn prepared himself as the Ursaring got ready to attack once more... only to suddenly disappear.

The man blinked in confusion, taking a moment to realize what had happened when he saw the ball on the ground. When Rosie suddenly appeared at his side though and tugged his arm, he was quick to move with her. Running to where Katy was lying, Flynn scooped her up into her arms. Holding tight to the little girl as he made to get away with her as fast as he could. Without a doubt they were likely to have a very angry Ursaring on their heels once she figured out what happened.

Katy let out a little startled sequel, but once she found that she had been picked up by a man she clung to him as they started to hurry back through the forest.

Rosie couldn't see Grealhorn anymore, guessing he was having to pick his way through the trees in a different direction, She trusted him to keep up, Kiss Kiss would not have that problem, Keeping up with Rosie as she ran after flynn

They would make it back to the tracks by the time the sound of the pokeball popped open behind them, and the energy pored out to release a confused looking Ursaring.
Another couple of seconds as she seemed to put the situation together and a bellowing roar was let out.
There was no doubt that she would catch up to them.
