You could try sugaring. Supposedly it's not as bad as waxing.

I know how leg hair is. Being spanish my hair is dark, thick, and goes back quick. sad
And for some reason it likes to grow faster around my ankles. I always kid around with my boyfriend and tell him I'm turning into a poodle. xP

Mine grows to visibility in about 3 days.... and it's pretty dark thick stuff... it's evil. And normally I don't care but n summer I tend to care due to, ya know... shorts and such....
