As she walked away, she rolled her eyes, deciding that she didn't even care. If Sera wanted to be a complete and utter jerk, so be it, though she knew deep down she'd probably still help if needed-- not like that would ever happen.

Nonetheless, as she made her way back to the water after checking that Lovey followed closely, she pulled out her phone and sent a text, just to let someone else know that the girl was on the beach and clearly not well. They could take care of it, she was sure, and while she didn't want to care, it still wouldn't be right to leave things completely unattended. Not with the way things seemed to go, here in Kodo.

That done, she set off, leaving the girl to her own pathetic life.

Sera was both grateful and relieved when the other girl walked away, though the demon inside her twisted the reasons behind it; it was for the best anyway, it said, because obviously there was no way she would want to ever be seen with the likes of her. Handless and scarred - it was disgusting. Unattractive.

The girl wilted where she sat.

Jasmine, completely oblivious (not that she'd care even if she wasn't), remained at the shoreline.
