Luke frowned slightly, "We already have a room, so don't worry about it."

Lord Fabre turned abruptly, a deep frustration in his features. "Then cancel it!" he demanded.

The trainer rolled his eyes, mouthing a silent oh my god. "What do you want to do?" he said, looking to Rosie and speaking quietly. "Don't worry about him; he'll get over it eventually regardless of what we do."

"Uh... well." She started, reaching a hand up to brush some of the hair away from her cheeks, feeling the sharp gaze of Luke's father on her now.
She wasn't sure what to say, "W well, you're leaving tomorrow, so you won't see your dad for a while." She told Luke.
Aaahhh! but that was even if Luke wanted to spend time with his father.

He shook his head lightly, "You don't have to worry about that. If you're not comfortable, we don't have to stay here."

Maybe she was over complicating things, she probably was, but how could she not.
From how she was looking at it it seemed like his father had a bigger opinion about where Luke stayed than Luke did.
"Mm." she shook her head "Its okay, we can cancel the room."

He tilted his head slightly to a side, unsure of the resolve of her reply. He wasn't about to force further discussion on the matter with his father glaring like that, though, and so he acquiesced to her decision, "Okay."

She took in a light breath, trying to calm the heat in her cheeks now that a decision was finally made thought he glare from the older man wasn't helping.
"Um, are pokemon going to be a problem?"

A shake of his head in assurance, "No." He looked to his father briefly, wearing a flat expression. "They better not be."

The man in question sighed, "Yes, yes, I suppose I can tolerate that much - so long as they behave themselves."

Oh she hoped she made the right call, she really did. A hotel would have been much nicer, it really would have, but this seemed... better? maybe? somehow in the awkward general unfriendliness this was better...?
She would have hated to see how much harder that glare could have gotten had she chose to stay in the hotel too.

But when the pokemon were in the clear Rosie put a smile back on, with a relived- "Of course, thank you."
