NAME OF CLASS: First Aid 101 PROFESSOR NAME: Professor Cricket General information: A general overview on basic illnesses a student might run into, as well as symptoms and quick fixes to things like breaks and deep cuts while on the go! Each student is given a dummy to work on, though they may choose to partner up in fixing it. Mechanics: Roll 1 20-sided dice, what you roll is what your student gets to work with... Dice Rolls and What they Mean! 1-4 - Broken Bone 4-8 - Fever 9-12 - Heat Stroke 13-16 - Hypothermia 17-20 - Lack of Bodily Function (such as breathing, pulse, etc) - this is unnaturally so. After this, please roll 4, 4-sided Dice. Take into account their total and any repeating numbersTotal Results and their Meaning 1-6 - You do a rather poor job patching up your dummy, you might not want to try and heal anybody anytime soon! 7-12 - You do an average job, nothing extraordinary, but passable! 12-16 - Extra good work! Your student can now heal surface wounds!, but not repair HP! This means things like cuts and bleeding that might hinder another character can be patched up! What Repeating Numbers Mean No Repeating Numbers - You used just the right amount of supplies, good for you! Not wasteful at all. Repeating 1s or 2s - You didn't use enough supplies, that's rather lazy and Cricket obviously disapproves of it. Repeating 3s or 4s - You used too many supplies and that's wasteful! Naughty! Cricket might make you earn your supply rights back in a future class! If you work as a group, split up the dice between yourselves as evenly as possible. So if you're paired up, each person rolls a 10 sided dice and you add up the results to get your dummy! Then you split up your 4 sided dice to work on fixing it up! Bonus Mechanics:For every 3 times you attempt this course, your student may add +1 to their 4d4 dice roll's total to improve how well they patched up the dummy. YOU LOSE/FINISH THIS CLASS WHEN... - You are finished rolling both sets of dice and rping out the results. That means you have to make ANOTHER rp to try again!

It was a odd choice for her to attend this class. Poke had never put much stock into first aid, preferring to let others handle that job. But she couldn't deny how useful it could be. Considering how often she got hurt, it would be easier to patch herself up then to tough it out and crawl to the nurses office. Plus she could help out others, so all in all it was a good idea.
Entering the classroom, she was then given a doll by the nurse herself. Upon first glass it appeared like a normal doll. As she placed it on a nearby desk it was clear something else was wrong with the thing. Her claws hand ran over one of it's arms, the stuffing not feeling quite right. It must be simulating a broken arm.

A broken bone seemed easy enough. You just had to bandage it, right? Poke picked up a roll of bandages, wrapping it around the arm itself a few times before cutting it off with her teeth.
There, that looked good enough.
Nurse Cricket didn't look too happy as she walked by however, frowning at the lack of bandage on the doll. Her efforts were still passable, but not by much.

Returning the next day, Poke tried her luck with a new dummy to see if she would fair better then the previous class. She could tell it was a new dummy, because as soon as she picked it up she felt a subtitle difference in the temperature. Heat was radiating off the doll.
With her extensive knowledge, she determined it was too jacking hot.

The only way she knew how to cure something like this, was to cool the body down. So that meant water, right? The dragon ghoul then grabbed a ice pack from the table, wrapped it in a cloth and put it on the dolls head.
Yup, she was done. Nodding to herself she waited professor crickets word. When she eventually came over to see she again remarked on how few items Poke had used, but she still passed her.
Damn, she'd have to try harder next time.

When she returned to grab another doll to work with, Poke frowned as she couldn't see what was wrong with it. It didn't look injured, and it was still, well, breathing (how the hell was a inanimate object breathing? Was this a patchwork?)
Once she placed it on the table, Poke realized just what was wrong with it; it's forehead was very warm. Ah, so it was a fever this time...

Right, this one had to be easy. icepack over the forehead. But considering she had been using far too supplies the last few times, she guessed she would need more.
So she grabbed a armful of ice packs, and placed them all over the dummy.
This time when the professor came to check on her progress, she seemed a little more pleased, but pointed out that she used far to many ice packs, and not enough cloth.
Just..how did that even work?

(+1 for attempting this class over 3 times)
Regardless of the fact this was only a dummy, Poke took it seriously this time, knowing that if this was real then the Halloween creature (or in the rare case, a non a*****e hunter), could perish. She place the doll on the desk, both hands on the front of it and pressing down lightly. This was done a few times, before she switched to blowing air into the doll's fake mouth. She had seen this done before on the skelevision, plus her own dad had told her of this procedure.
When she was done, she stepped back to see Nurse cricket, who was quite impressed with her handiwork. However she had used too much force on the doll.
But hey, at least she was happy.

When she returned to grab a new doll, she realized this one had the opposite problem to the one she had before; it was freezing cold.
Whelp, it wasn't hard to figure out what she had to do here.

(+1 for attempting this class over 3 times)
What this dummy needed was a blanket. Lots of blankets. Grabbing as many as she could hold, she returned to her desk and draped them all the dummy as if she was tucking him in for the night. She event wrapped them around him, so her dummy became more like a mummy.
It looked her skills had improved, as the Nurse gave a nod of approval at her handiwork. Although she still used to many blankets, she now knew how to work with the basics. Now she could patch her own wounds up!
Well, the smaller ones at least. But it was still a improvement.
