Ty blinked, surprised by the psychic-type's response. The offer was gracious, certainly, but it was the idea and the feeling behind it that really made her reconsider. She didn't have to worry about if Indigo was lying to her and the Mewtwo certainly didn't need to be assured - she knew. And if Indigo trusted her, especially after all the pokemon had already been through involving humans, how could she have said no? She had already proven her trust in Ty by having revealed herself to her, so what right did she have to not put her trust in the Mewtwo? It would have been denying them both of what they truly wanted if she left now.
With tears welling in her eyes, the girl relinquished herself to the feelings building up inside of her once more This time, however, instead of hurt and betrayal, it was a wave of intense affection toward Indigo. She ran to the Mewtwo and threw her arms around the pokemon to embrace her, breaking down into unrestrained sobs. Passionate, happy sobs. "Thank you," she told the pokemon breathlessly. "I wish...I wish we'd found each other sooner."
Perhaps if they had, Tymiko thought, she might have been able to keep herself from having hurt Yuri. She might have been able to have kept from losing control. Maybe she would have even managed to keep Indigo from having felt the pain that was so clearly felt behind the Mewtwo's near-pleading. They had each other now, though, and it was just such a strange and somewhat comforting feeling to know that someone out there hurt as much as you for the same reasons and that you didn't have to be alone in experiencing that pain. Misery loved company, after all.
