Her answer didn't surprise him in the slightest. "I believe you." He said, and it was true, he did. He didn't know what she was, though Trynt had suggested that she might be a Reaper, considering just how very human she appeared, though there was no weapon or familiar in sight, and she hadn't used any kind of Harry Potter like wizardry on him (more info garnered from the weapon).
"Because it would be stupid, and you don't strike me as the stupid type, darling." Of course, now that she had answered his question, and she had answered his, it was her turn again....
But he asked her another question anyways, because <******** the rules.
"What do you know about the horsemen?"

Hel crossed her arms and grinned, very self assured. She cocked her weight to one side, a hip jutting out as she rested like that, getting more comfortable for a conversation. Her grin only widened. Well, good. Someone who knew she wasn't stupid, ha! Take that, Mac!
But as he asked her the question, Hel clucked her tongue, and wagged a finger at him.
"Nuh huh. It is my turn!" That being said. "If I wanted you to escort me around your...island...for a day, could you?"

God she was a sassy little b***h, he'd give her that. It was almost comforting in a way, to see just how very human she was, but like any human, a woman especially, being talked down to didn't sit very well with Finn Connor.
But what could he do about that, really? She had been kicking his a** up until this point, and he wasn't about to step his foot in it and end up back on the infirmary on Deus because her attitude was beginning to grate. So instead, he chuckled at her response, still leaning on his lance in a very casual manner.
"You asked, darling. Don't get huffy with me just because you don't like the ******** answer." He smiled, then and let out a dramatic sigh when she asked him what his question was again.
"...I want to know if you can send a message to a horseman for me." He said, changing it up slightly because who knew how much longer they really had to go back and forth like this, though information on the horsemen would have been great as well.

Oh for ******** sake.
Finn stared at her for a good many long seconds with a deadpan look in his eye. Was she being serious right now? He was fighting with every inch of his being not to grind his teeth at her, before he finally reached up with one gloved hand, to pull the eye patch up and over his head, revealing beneath an empty eye socket, with scars around and inside. It was ugly. It made him ugly. That's what he thought, at least, and before he threw the small piece of his vanities salvation away, he dropped his eye to it, to the symbol on it's surface, rubbing his thumb over it.
And then he tossed it in her direction.
"Anything else?" His words were clipped, and short.
Like ******** she was getting anything else.

Inwardly, Finn was seething, while outwardly he chose to show nothing but his usual cold exterior, though even his anger was only momentary and already he began the work of smoothing out his rankled nerves with thoughts meant to calm. This wasn't a big deal. He had more eye patches on the island. She was just some monster anyways and even without an eye, he was probably a far better sight then some of those she had to deal with on a daily basis.
That last one wasn't quite as comforting, for some reason.
Smirking only when she decided that what he had given her was good enough, he barely considered his words whats so ever before saying them, as speaking before thinking was apparently his specialty.
"Her name is Shaheen. Tall, blonde, winged, crazy...I've been told that she's likely a part of the war clan. If you could find her, please, and just let her know that I'm pretty ******** tired of her messing up my things, and would appreciate it if she would stop, I'd....well I certainly wouldn't be grateful, but I'll be less inclined to hunt her down and see if we can't find a way to make the remainder of her existence....less then comfortable."
He was betting a stint in a weaponization chamber would do her some good. Even if it didn't work on horsemen, it would surely do something to her.

Good. Done. He supposed that made his time in the Haunted House slightly more productive then it might have been if he hadn't encountered anybody at all. Talking to this creature, whatever she was, had proven at least interesting if nothing else, and if she could pass on his message, then that was just about as good as giving it to the horseman himself.
Better, if it meant he didn't put his a** on the line in the process, actually.
Hel got a cursory, "Thanks." And a nod, before he began fishing in his pocket for the pendant required to portal him out of there.
His fingers had just clasped around the pendant when she was tossing the eye patch back at him, a surprising move, though only a flinch in his muscles showed that for a moment, he thought about trying to catch it, before it landed on the floor.
"Keep it, sweetheart. I've got ten more just like it back home." He took a step back, desummoning his weapon while giving her a wide smirk. "Just don't go telling all your friends that it's a trophy from your last sexual conquest." With that he turned, and headed off, making sure he was around a corner before opening up a portal and heading through.
