Sagebomb Eviesee645 Once again, these aren't just any Large Milkweed Bugs in the picture, they're MY large Milkweed bugs, Milkeisha and Lactara, also they had just laid some eggs. Nice. People think Im crazy when I walk through a collection of box hives with no protection on. But I mean as long as you leave them alone they leave you alone. When I was working in CA we had a olive tree with a hollow trunk that some wild bees had made a nest in. It was one of my fave "Learning opportunity" spots. I would walk the kids close enough so they could see the bees constantly entering and exiting (and maybe feel a little concern, but not too much) then tell them to stay relativly still as I go squat down right next to it with my head less that a foot from the hole, and proceed to tell them about wild bees. Yeah we were definitely not leaving them alone XD the professor only required that we wear eye protection, but most of us stopped wearing the full suits after a few weeks and got down to just the hoods. That's a really awesome experience to see them in the wild too!

I updated the first post for clarification against genus (Since genus is not species specific). IM a stupid animal science major I was thinking bovine also Lol
