Enchanting: Sorcerers/sorceress's are awful at casting spells. Instead, they excel at being able to put spells into objects. These objects can cast the spell for them: ie, a Sorcerer/ess can enchant a fireball spell into a stick. Providing that the stick doesn't catch on fire, the Sorcerer/ess now has a wand that can shoot fireballs... Until the spell runs out, that is.
Summon Weapon: Philomena - Tarot Deck (Deck of Cards)
Some might find it odd, but Luca's weapon of choice is a Tarot Deck. they are the size of an oversize playing card, rather thick, and very durable.

Princess Outside Pauper Inside
Ah Luca. Raised in what would be seen as a very traditional Reaper home, Luca comes across as a princess. She is stately, calm, and good in leadership positions. Those that know the princess reaper know a bit better though. Lucretia loves nothing more than playing on a skellytop, or getting (halloween equivalent of nachos). She loves her xbone-360 and isn't above wearing dirty clothes if they don't smell. Most of these habits would make her mother and father faint, but that hasn't stopped her yet.
Intelligent
Lucretia was praised as a small child for being so smart. Always on a pedestal, this has led Luca to be very, very, very intense with her studies. Her goal is lofty, if not impossible - become the lead reaper in human affairs, publish articles in the skelly-times, and be praised the world around as the greatest source of FEAR information to Halloweentown... Well a girl can dream.
Because of those intense studying habits, Luca is very intelligent.
Calm
Pressure never bothered her much. There was always pressure at home to preform properly. To be polite, to control her fear better, to learn faster, to be quieter, to be bolder... So many different, often conflicting demands have left Lucretia in a position of almost perfect neutrality. Her common expression is one of calm disinterest.
Leader
Because of her calm demeanor and intelligence, Luca has found herself frequently in leadership positions. As a child, children would naturally defer to her decisions or answers. Thus, Lucretia naturally seizes leadership positions.
Stubborn
Ancient of Time help this child, because she is as stubborn as an ox. Perhaps being placed on a pedestal her whole life was bad, because now Lucretia has a hard time using someone else's knowledge or expertise. So no, it really is her way or the highway.
Grudge Holding
Apologies smapologies. It does not matter to Luca. She will hold a grudge against you for what seems eons, with no letting up in sight. Not one to forgive easily, forgetting is even more difficult. This plays back into her stubborn nature. Grudges become even more difficult if SHE is the one who needs to apologize.
Blunt
Saying it how it is saves time and energy. After a childhood of being pushed and pulled this way and that, Lucretia has a surprising lack of decorum. Even if she can look the part of a princess, she certainly does not act like one. Yes, that dress looks ups. No, you're not going to be okay. Your ideas are ridiculous. Luca does this unintentionally, but after years of others telling her about the negativity and she hasn't changed well... Some would wonder if she does it on purpose.
When it rains...
It pours. If and when Luca loses her self-esteem or her ability to cope, all the walls tumble. It's generally bad for anyone involved. Violent outbursts, screaming, and sobbing are all par for the course of a break down. Lucretia is not one to break easily, so it needs to be something very intense to cause the princess to crumble.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
There are two major reasons. First, was to get the education she needed to become a great reaper who could explore the human world and feed back information. Second, she was sick and tired of her family's stifling environment and really needed a change, even if it meant some discrimination and hard times.
FEAR Ability: Summon Philomena! - Gambler's Chance.
Philomena, the tarot deck (deck of cards), has a unique attack style. While most fear weapons are swords, guns, etc, Luca's deck stands out. She usually draws cards from the ones that circle her. The number on the card (tarot) directly relates to the level of power.
Now this can be either really GREAT or really BAD. Luca has limited control over her fear attack, and it can really hit her with a nasty recoil in burns and paper cuts.
