Natural Ability: Shadow-hopping - With a little bit of concentration, Salomé is able to travel between 3 different areas within the world of Halloween via the shadows. For now, it's useful mainly for family reunions or if she just wants to get away for an hour or so to clear her head.
As she grows older, she'll be able to shadow-hop to more places with barely a thought. But for now, she has to stick with the few locations that she really and truly knows.
Personality: Salomé has a love for all things chaotic. As such, she delights in random noises, explosions, pantsings and the occasional random appearance of horrible monsters. Chaos keeps life interesting, okay. And, much to her chagrin (not to mention the disgust of her family), she's actually nice and it's not an act! Okay, sure, she may try to eat you, but she'll feel really bad about it later.
When she's not shaming the fine Slaadi customs of chaos, mayhem and slaughter, she tends to be exceptionally curious about everything around her and has developed a love of books and learning that would horrify her family if they ever found out.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Unlike most (read: all) Slaadi, Salomé is completely unable to lose herself in the evil madness that seems to be part and parcel of the Slaadi race in general. As such, she is considered pretty much useless and may as well be sent off to school.
Her family is really hoping that school can knock some of that awful niceness away.
FEAR Ability: Toxic Touch - Salomé is able to secrete a mild neuro-toxin from her skin when threatened. Typical effects are very mild sensations of burning followed by hallucinations and headaches.
Do not lick the toad, kids. Mmkay.
