Rose's thick lashed eyes flickered up as the words coming from, at least gauging from what he saw from his ruby eyes, the leader of the Wind military force. Unfortunately he came in on the tail end of the discussion but judging by the content that was replied by that Kazekage, Rose could only surmise that it held relation to the very reason that Kya had sent him here. Were the people of the north that powerful that villages needed assistance? It was definitely something to think about. Or furthermore, at the very least see the level of those that seemed to threaten the very foundation of the shinobi world's freedom.
Rose would remain mostly silent and continue leaning against the wall to await his turn to address himself and place the proposal. Distracted only from gazing at his manicured nails by the authoritative tone of a male not of full upper rank. Something that was noticed by more than just him as, despite his speech, his people remained rather rooted to their spot. A soft giggle emitted from him but he remained silent and continued to wait his turn. As well as to understand this situation better than just what rumors that have trickled throughout the villagers.
But it will get back up and kill you.

The puppeteer can, every five posts, unleash a massive lion head at the target with a sealing jutsu inside of it. This is essentially the only sealing jutsu puppeteers can use. It costs no chakra to release, as it's considered a tool. It can be released from the body of any A ranked (or higher) puppet, and if the lion's head manages to latch onto the target with its sharp teeth, their ability to use chakra will be sealed and they're at your mercy. This cannot be escaped with substitution, because it cancels the technique if it hits you. It is essentially Chiyo's ability.
