Shikayumi would walk past the guards of the ANBU HQ with the clearance given to them by the Shogun. Despite being their temporary home, before the mission, the looks given off by the village's shinobi felt unwelcoming; like eyes drawn to a pair of endangered animals in a cage. Shikayumi would stick close to her cousin until they were inside.
Once indoors, Shikayumi would gesture for Magnus to sit down so she may heal any wounds he may have had. Using her healing hands technique she would clean any cuts, and bruises, he might have had. She got to his rib cage as could feel the damage she caused by her shadow-palm strike. She paused for a second, "I'm sorry for that," as she healed the damage she inflicted to save him. After about ten minutes the aura around her hands faded. "There, all done." she said with reassuring smile.
Magnus joined his cousin a little later after having a chat with Raph. Given the cold shoulder irked Magnus more than anything even when it was complete not necessary and unprofessional. Magnus wondered what the Kazekage was like if he would allow for such unprofessional shinobi to stand in his ranks. The sand was so alien to him from the gentle breeze of the Fire Country. The smell of grass was just a phantom in these lands just has the shell of the Leaf was on their outer appearance. It was hot here, but that didn't bother him, at least their wasn't an abundance of wetness to throw off his body. Magnus noticed as he walked through the village on the way here, the looks of the people around them. How that looked as if they were being invaded and yet they like to call themselves 'friendly'?
This was the land of change for Magnus and his cousin, change flowed naturally like the wind through the lands of this called Wind Country. Magnus knew the wind as a friend, a sibling, and an imitate playmate. These people, living here their whole lives knew nothing of the wind and its ways. For them to be like this, it had to be something else pulling their strings from behind the scenes. Magnus thought on this as Shikayumi looked over his body. "Its not necessary Yumi, my body is made of paper. I don't pertain injuries as you might, but thank you for the concern." He gave her a soft smile. "But, I am worried about you. Are you...okay? With what happened?" Magnus said as he was referring more about Mitsu than what happened in the leaf.
"When we go, we might have to avoid him for the time being, we at least have an ally I do believe, if she still is alive that is. After we recoup, I had an idea on strategic entry points into the village. I can't shadow travel as you do yet, my shadow clutch isn't that powerful yet. I can offer an aerial entry way. As of right now, no one knows we denounced the king and came under the banner of the Wind. We could gain entry easily."

"...Right," Shikayumi responded in a very withered voice. A lot had changed in the last few days; friends being wiped from the earth, friends betraying friends, and friends taken hostage before her very eyes. She was starting to struggle when it came to finding light in this world. "I'll be fine," she lied sincerely. She could let the scars left by Mitsu surface in front of her team.
She listened to what Magnus had to say about infiltrating the village. Although he still had much to learn about war-time strategy he was still considered a genius for his age. "An air drop would give us an advantage. However, its too dangerous to do in the day, and the lights in the village could spot us at night. Plus, if that boy with the swords is present, he would shred us apart in the sky."
Shikayumi stood up as she pondered over to a dusty old map on the wall. She pointed a few meters north of Hokage Mountain. "Here, behind the mountain is a hidden route used to evacuate the village in times of danger. Guarded by a small handful of our own ANBU, we can subdue the guards, and enter the village disguised as ANBU of the Leaf." Shikayumi then turned to Magnus, "these ninja are still part of our home; wee will not be killing them unless it is deemed necessary. Understood?"
"Understood. Haruko is the Anbu Captain and I hope she is still one of ours. That same hope I want to extend to the rest of the Anbu, but if push comes to shove, I can't guarantee their safety. My speed excels, as you know, I could get to any of them before they could alert the greater military to our entrance." Magnus said as he looked over the map in great detail memorizing strategic location, places to avoid and places to escape to. "I will have to reframe from using the Jyuubi, but the Jyuuha is none lethal. It delievers a paralyzing poison that I use to subdue opposition." He said as he form a tiger sign with each hand as the Jyuubi and Jyuuha shot forth from his body and into his hands. The Jyuubi a black broadsword and the Jyuuha a gold one; he placed them onto the table.
Magnus continued to go over his arsenal of weapons left to him by his father that they could utilize in this operation. "I also hold, Kirin Gale and Scarlet Thunder in my possession as well. Gale is non-lethal, but Scarlet is lethal. I also carry paralyzing senbons and Blue bonnet syringes. With the poison of the non-lethal we will have about 10 minutes to subdue them before they are completely paralyzed, but it also wears off 10 minutes later. So as soon as the paralysis takes affect with will have that 10 minute window to inject them with the blue bonnets. I am also out of wasabi pills and will need to make some more for me, you, and Raph. I can get right on that after this." He stated as he went over his gear.
"Alternately, I have master the genjutsu of my choice and can distract the mass of them at once with other burning plains or bringer of darkness as well. But, while that can grasp all of the Anbu at that entrance at once, it would be expending chakra. It would be faster than waiting for paralysis to take affect, but we wouldn't have to expel excess chakra on yours and Raph's part. I am a weapons' specialist and I use very little chakra as it is. So, we have three options to chose from." He said as he took back his gear and desummoned his weapons.

Entering, Raph would begin to listen to them as they conversed with how they were going to take care of the infiltration. "....." He stayed silent and stuck too it. waiting for the time they would head out.
Shikayumi heard the door open behind her, only to reveal the third member of her team. She would simply nod, acknowledging her thanks for his presence. "...And so, once we infiltrate the back lines of the village, we'll have approximately sixty hours to carryout our mission. ANBU shinobi are never requested to remove their masks, so once we subdue them they shall become the ideal identity. "Magnus, I'll leave you, and the Sand ninja, to survey the outskirts of the village. I'll overlook the kage's office myself. I don't want to put you two into a dire position, and your speed will be more effective outdoors."
Shikayumi moved away from the map as she presented the two shinobi with a list of names. "Magnus, you know most of these shinobi; I want you to shadow them during our time in the Leaf. Keep your distance until you can confirm their allegiance. Understood?" If any one Leaf ninja were to reveal their presence in the village, then it would jeopardize the entire operation. "This brings me to my next point. Do not kill anyone once inside the village. If you do, it will change our operation time from sixty....to zero." Shikayumi paused briefly as she looked at the two younger shinobi. "Any questions so far?"
Magnus shook his head and looked over to Raph. "I believe we are ready when you are Yumi after a day of prep. Are we clear to prepare for the upcoming operation?" He asked.

"Good, just one last thing..." Shikayumi would pull out a handful of military syringes; each filled with a respective dose of Blue-Bonnet Toxin. "These syringes are filled with a very heavy anesthetic that will put your target out cold. We will be using these as an alternative to killing neutral targets. Magnus, i'll leave you in charge of showing the sand shinobi the basic fundamentals of our medicines as well as the culture of the Leaf." Shikayumi would pause briefly before explaining herself. "It is important for us to act like leaf shinobi if we are to be confronted by leaf shinobi."
With that being said, Shikayumi would give them one hour to prepare for the journey to the leaf. In the Sand HQ, there were a series of Suna uniforms designed for infiltration. Colors ranging from browns, tans, and black, they would easily blend in with the tree branches of the Leaf. Shikayumi would grab one just about her size as she went into the other room to change.
In the dimly lit room she used to prepare for the mission, she began to lay things out on the bed that she would leave behind, and things that would be coming with her. She fastened her dual holsters tightly on her hips as she began loading them with the tagged kunai of her choosing. She left her headband, and her scruffy leaf vest on the bed as she began sifting through the pockets. One paper in particular slipped out of her chest pocket; a photograph of her first team. There stood Michael with his lovable grin, and then to his left, a very secure, very young, Shikayumi clutched tightly on Mitsutada's ear. He was probably trying to touch her inappropriately no doubt. It was a photograph of them guarding the gate one summer afternoon, back when there were little worries to her name. She sat at a desk in the room just looking at her past before jotting down a note to herself on the back of it, and placing it in her chest pocket.
Once Shikayumi was ready, she would wait near the front for the other two shinobi.
