With a powerful desire to save lives, they too understand that life must also be taken. As there are those who must be defended, there are those who must be defeated. This is the way of life, and the way of death. One cannot exist without the other.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION
The Walkers have an unmatched understanding of chakra, breaking it down into its most base components, Yin and Yang. They use them both to create and utilize techniques of dazzling power.

• Walkers utilize a special chakra system of Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang do not possess any chakra strengths or weaknesses. Any stat boosts that effect chakra raise both stats.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• [CQC Masters] Just as with Samurai, years of training has honed the Walker's sense, slowing down CQC combat. This does not make the Walker faster in CQC, but instead slows time to 1/5 its normal speed, allowing them time to react to almost anything at close range.
• [The Beauty in All Things] Due to an all but unmatched understanding of chakra and its usage, Walker's have learned to literally see chakra formations in everything from people to trees. It does not allow them to see things that would normally be hidden from sight like an Assassin, but instead is mainly to tell if a jutsu is being used, and what the jutsu is capable of.
• [Balance] If a Walker finds himself relying to heavily on either Yin or Yang, he can even out the pools by adding them together and splitting them evenly.
• [Way of the Fist] Walkers can utilize two taijutsu styles at a time. They both cost nothing as well. The Walker can also benefit from the stats of both.
• [Elevated] Walkers, oddly enough, can hover off the ground and move like this. They cannot fly, but instead as stated, hover a few feet off the ground.
• [This for That] The Walker can shift their own stats, moving 2 points from one stat to another. For example, if the Walker moves 1 point to speed, he loses 1 point of strength. This can be swapped in battle, but has a 2 post cooldown every time it is done. Costs c-rank to do.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES


Mantra 10 Yin/10 Yang (A Rank)
A mantra is a word or hymn, repeated to aid the Walker's concentration, granting them unique bonuses for short periods of time. Each one is different and cannot be stacked. They last for two posts
- Mantra of Air: Kuki > Adds Fuuton Elemental Affinity to strikes
- Mantra of Earth: Chikyū > Adds Doton Elemental Affinity to strikes
- Mantra of Flames: Honō > Adds Katon Elemental Affinity to strikes
- Mantra of Lightning: Kaminari > Adds Raiton Elemental Affinity to strikes


Fists of Fury 30 Yang (S Rank)
Upon entering their fighting stance to being this move, 7 copies of the user will appear around the target as long as they are within 10 yards. These copies and the original will then proceed to attack the target. The target will think that all 8 are causing physical damage, but only 1 is actually real. The real danger is that the user can instantly switch between any of the copies they have created for the duration of the jutsu. Lasts 3 posts.

Dashing Strike 20-30 Yang (A-S Rank)
The Walker runs at incredibly high speeds becoming a blur before seemingly teleporting to their target to unleash a powerful punch infused with Yang. The destructive capabilities of the Yang can cause any chakra construct of the same rank (30 Yang is equal to 30 Chakra, so S rank) to rapidly break apart. However, if the fist comes in contact with a chakra construct of the same rank, it loses the Yang infusion.

Breath of Heaven 25 Yin/25 Yang (SS Rank)
The Walker will point his palm out towards the target, putting his index and middle fingers upwards to the heavens. A beam of light will appear from the sky, and a moment later, a beam of energy will slam into the ground in a 25 foot radius, removing whatever it touches from existence.

Exploding Palm 20-30 Yang (A-S Rank)
The Walker charges their palm, causing it to give off a faint glow before slamming it into an unlucky target. The resulting blast of Yang shreds what it comes into contact with before exploding and expanding outward.

Sanctuary 30 Yin (S Rank)
The Walker designates a 20mx20m area on the battlefield as his sanctuary. Inside this box, he can instantly teleport, allowing for truly devestating attacks if an enemy is foolish enough to enter what is often referred to as the kill box. Lasts three posts. When the user teleports there's a marking showing where they show up a tenth of a second before they get there.

Salvation 50 Yin (SS Rank)
The Walker is surrounded by a bright light, encasing him in a shell of protective energy that makes him immune to any damage for a single post. This can only be used once per battle but cannot be broken during the post it is used.

Long Arm of the Law 10 Yang to 30 Yang (C-S Rank)
Instead of relying on physical contact to deal damage, the Walker instead releases jets of chakra from his palms of varying lengths and strengths to strike enemies who just seem to stay out of reach.
10Y - 1 foot chakra burst
20Y - 3 foot burst
30Y - 5 foot burst
50Y - 10 foot burst, can curve before it reaches maximum length

Determination 10 Yin (C Rank)
For the next two posts, the Walker is immune to pain, fear, guilt, and sorrow. Attacks will still cause damage, but the Walker will not even flinch. During this time, Genjutsu a rank lower then the Walker will not have any effect either.

Transcendence 20 Yin (A Rank)
Focusing on a single point, the Walker can teleport to any location that he can see, as long as it is not within 10 feet of an enemy ninja.

Avatar State 30 Yin/30 Yang (SS Rank)
The Walker's piece of resistance, the Mona Lisa, the Ninth Symphony. A Walker will only resort to this if he has no other choice, or truly feels overwhelmed by an opponent. Channeling energy throughout his body, the Walker become the embodiment of balance. Glowing lines will spread across his body in the form of tattoos that are styled to users preference. Their eyes will roll back, showing only white before they begin glowing. In this state, all of the Walker's techniques have had their costs reduced by one rank, and Transcendence has had its cost completely removed. This form also grants access to the Walker's finaly ability Unity. Unity allows the Walker to bless nearby allies, increasing their stats by +1/+1 for as long as the Walker is in the Avatar State. This state lasts for 7 Posts, and can only be used once per battle per month.

They speak of catastrophe in the north. Of flails of god and those who possess the world. But even they do not truly know of demons or enemies. Only I know him. Only I ever have. I fear soon they all will too. ]


xxxxxHISTORY


The history of the north is well known to most now. They were oppressors of the south, and aristocrats of untold power and beauty nigh forgotten today. There was Falsalasar in the beginning. There were Lydians and Guienere, there were Heilands. They grew as tribes and raiding parties, as a unit of people. They perhaps were not the monsters that some would paint them as truly, but instead they were a people of a different kind. The north is a harsh place, and that bred harsh people of thicker skins and rougher natures. As a rule of life, a law of undeniable cruelty and insurmountable truth, only the strong can survive.

None embody all of these things better than the Vladian.

Of them there was never truly a power that outshined the rest, nor was their people a strong one. No they were the least loved of all, the least respected, the least feared. When the southern man killed Falsalasar, however, everything truly did change for the north. The Vladians, you see, were barbaric by nature, fighting among themselves moreso than among the other tribes. They were gifted with bloodthirst, berserker rage of unparalleled savagery. But that was it for them. They were not a people who would join ranks with old enemies. Their hatred ran deep into their blood. In their very souls. They had only themselves to blame for not being prominent. Perhaps with their weapon expertise and superior physicality they could have matched even Bjorn. Of that no one could be sure. By the time he was cut down it the Vladian name was scattered in subsects, and while they were just as feared it was wildly known that Sorana would never be the object of a Vladian conquest, nor would the south. The shinobi knew to stay out of their territory, and the Northmen did the same.

Until they didn't. It only took year one after Falsalasar was removed for an otherworldly force to sink in it's claws. Of where he came no one knows for sure, but the stories do have a central theme. His name was Andrik, styled Andrik of the Blood. The first true Vladian. He came down from Mountains in the easternmost part of the North one day, as fast as a swarm of bats. His eyes glowed red with vengence and from his lips, peeled back to reveal his bared fangs, blood spilled over his chin. He held no blade but seemed intent on starting a fight. Their were screams heard, fortelling the coming massacre. Andrik cutdown a hunting party of men with his hands and teeth. There was no blood on the ground, instead all of it entering his body, rejuvenating him and hardening his body. The soldiers of the tribe met him with fervor but their blades merely grazed him. Tides of blood in the shape of blades and whips lashed out at them, cutting them all down man by man and fueling him, healing any wounds they could put on his body as they fought. Ir was a macbre night, debauchery ran true as he defiled their corpses, taking the blood from within them.

He did this until he forced every Vladian tribe to submit to him, until every Vladian woman was his. He infected them all, turning them into him, giving them the demonic power that resided within him. They too were hungry for blood, for territory, for brutality, for adultery. They unfied under him, and his four sons were his generals ruling the four corners of their world. It was not long before Andrik set his sights on Sorana. It would surely have fallen if Andrik had remained... but something within him pulled him off. He saw a vision of the future, of a world all his own. It was... horrifying to see what he would do, how boring things would be come. He felt ill, he didn't speak of it to anyone, so they assumed he was finally dying. He got up, wordlessly to look at himself in the twilight. He would win, and he would rule all. And then there would be nothing. He had lost ambition for that future, changing it willingly instead. He walked out into the cold northern seas that day, ignoring inqusition by his sons who had come to see their father. He simpy walked until his body was submerged and continued to walk. He would become stuck below the water, the firgid brittle water. Maybe he was caught in mud, or maybe the pressure was too much. Maybe he lost even the will to move as he realized the pitch black depths were just as welcome as his future. Either way he was never seen again.

His sons warred over who would lead. The kingdom fell to ruin, split again and sorana was given safety by this alone. The Vladians split, their name again just more barbarians to avoid or conquer. With Andrik gone they weakened. No longer were they even feared. They integrated into Soranan society and even some colonized the south. The world may never know Andrik himself again... but it is entirely possible that he and his demon may again inflict his brand of fear onto the world.

Demonic northmen who share commonality with the Lydians, they fight with blood and shadow, growing stronger as they partake in the life of their friends and foes alike.

xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Bloody Dragons: Being related to the Divine Beasts, the Genuire are draconian in their own right. Many of them actually develop the traits of a Divine Beast. This ability in particular allows for Genuire bloodline users to perceive natural energy due to their connection with the spiritual and animal forces. It is a long-range perception that can judge incoming masses of chakra and can also project their energy through these channelways, allowing them to send techniques across long expanses to attack enemies from afar. This is an ability mostly good for assassination. This cannot be used to detect genjutsu, but it can tell that a technique is being used. It also cannot release you from genjutsu. In addition, the Vladians have senses that have been heightened to the point where they are able to hear smell and even see far more precisely. This ability does not, however, make them so sensitive that they are more weak to sensory attacks, they are just more keenly aware of everything.

• My Coven; My thralls: Fresh corpses and dead bodies, or anyone drained of all of their blood become vessels of the will of the Vladian who claims them. They only retain their stats, and can only use up to two physical styles. It takes 50 blood points to summon, and you can only have one. They will be pale and have red eyes and go away after combat. They will be perma dead after they die, and have 0 free will. You also don't get a summon for this.


• As a Vladian, blood is your main tool of choice in combat. While you have chakra, blood is your true energy and life pool. You may use your blood points to boost the power of your bloodline techniques, but weather or not it is worth it is up to you. Having a certain amount of blood gives you certain benefits explained below. One blood point is lost per post outside combat.


-20 Blood: -25% Chakra
-10 Blood: -1/-1 stats
0: You fall into bloodlust, needing to feed to stop yourself from killing those around you.
1: Bloodlust ends.
150: +1/+1 stats (Base Increases)
200: One rank damage reduction.
250: +10% more Chakra
300: The cost to regenerate your wounds falls to half.
350: 5% Chakra Regen per post when not attacking.
400: You will regenerate even a fatal attack instantly for the cost of 50bp. Cannot be turned off or reduced. Also gains assassin class stealth.
450: Access to the Transfusion technique.

550: +10% More Chakra (20% boost when added to previous boost)
600: +1/+1 stats

In order to gain blood points you must feed on others, or obtain their blood. Consider that one pint of blood is 50 points. You may feed on RPCs only once per week, up to a max of 50 points if they are willing. You can feed on unwilling targets, however possible, as much as you want however, and you can only take blood from fresh corpses. Be realistic about the blood you recieve from wounded opponents bleeding. Also, to the extent of your rank, you can manipulate blood based on the amount that you have within you. Every 50 points ads about the amount of blood in a human body to manipulate.

xxxxxTECHNIQUES

Blood Well Passive
As longas their is blood within, you can heal by spending blood equal to the heal. Minor wounds will heal for free, such as cuts and bruises, Deeper wounds, cuts, broken bones and the like, will take 10 blood points to heal. Missing limbs cost 25 along with missing chunks of body.

The Rite of Blood 10 bp per post
This skill will turn you into a pool of blood, sentient and with a bonus 1 to strength. This skill can allow you to form parts of your body into blood as well as partially reform. It makes you, far harder to kill as well.

The Swarm same as above
Turns you into a swarm of bats, increasing your speed by 2 while it is active. You can reform yourself at will, similarly to above and the amount of bats is dependant on the amount of blood points you have. A human sized swarm would be 0-50. while anything from 400 up could be an amount similar in size to a large mansion.

Tides of Blood C-S
The innervation skill of the Vladian, this can do anything to your blood, or swarm of bats if in that state, from making them harder to destroy to making them deadly. Your imagination and amount of blood is what determines the effectiveness.

Hemoplague C-S
The Vladian will allow their blood to push outward in a wave, poisoning the very blood of anyone who it touches. This bloody poison affects even those immune to normal poisoning as it makes their blood thin, and run from their orifices to the Vladian. This goes for 3 posts and then goes back to normal in which time you lose a total of 50 points of blood, or one pint. For the cost of 25 blood points this skill will, instead of a wave, simply infect all opponents within 25 feet of the Vladian.

Bloody Whip C-SS
Using their own blood the vladian can form a long, deadly whip. It can reach almost across a thread, aiming to rip, catch, or cut down an opponent and free the blood from within them. With 25 blood points spent on the skill, the whip can split into multiple fast moving lashes, of equal range, that move at the speed of their creator. They also, with this fee, can cut through up to only one technique of equal rank, and only one.

Shadow Walk S
In the middle of the day or even in the night, this skill will block out the sun or even the moon, causing night to fall and boosting their base stats by 1 for five posts. Under this darkness, for 10 blood points they can teleport anywhere, as long as it isn't within twenty feet of an opponent. This marks the location they are going with a feeling of malice a second before he arrives.

Haze of Red S rank chakra and ten blood points.
A skill requiring at least 200 blood points, the Vladian will seem to radiate blood from their pores, affecting an area of 100feet with a red haze of thickness. This skill scrambles sensory skills and can move at a speed equal to half of the Vladian once created. Inside this haze, the Vladian has a plus one to strength and can slowly attempt to assault enemies within it by having blood enter their orifices, wounds, and then eat away at any and everyhting they touch. For every post inside, you gain ten blood points from all those, friend or foe, within. This lasts a base of three posts, but can be extended by paying 10 blood points a post.

Compulsion SS
This skill requires you have at least 50 blood points. If you can look into the eyes of an opponent you can put them in a state where, for two posts, they will do whatever you say, short of killing themselves. You must be at at least 25 feet away for this to work however.

Transfusion SS
The user of this skill will first be within 20 feet of an opponent and then aim a hand at them. If they dont get out of range within just a few seconds, than they will feel a wrenching pain them as blood shoots from their mouth, nose and ears. Two pints will be freed and rush to the Vladian.

My Children SS
First, a swarm of bats will seemingly rise from the skin of the user, their eyes red with blood as they decide the fate of their opponent is sealed. They will produce enough bats to cloud the very skies above them as they fly and screech. These bats will fly at the speed of the Vladian, manipulated by them to try and slash and bite at the people in the area. This lasts four posts, unless they are destroyed.

Blood and Bone SS
With the chakra paid, and 50 blood points put in, the user will fill the entire thread with a massive amount of blood, which shoots out in a massive omnidirectional wave. This, due to it's dual cost, will also ignore the first jutsu that hits it. This blood is left behind until it is otherwise destroyed.


xxxxxADDITIONAL COMMENTS
To be clear, their bloodlust is high. When someone spills blood until joinin rank they will need to either leave or attack, requiring to partake in it. Even at highest ranks they find it tough to ignore the call of their hunger. They also tend to be quite charismatic, and very persuasive. They are, in essence, vampires who don't fear the sun or sparkle. You will never age as long as blood can sustain you.

xxxxxHISTORY
Those of the Tenseigan are members from the clan known as Ōtsutsuki clan. is an ancient clan originating from another world, having arrived to the Earth over a thousand years ago. Several members of this clan have heavily influenced both the shinobi and the world at large with their actions having shaped the world into what it is today. Some members of this clan have unusual anatomy such as horns, they also tend to have paler complexions. They are the progenitors of notable clans such as the Senju, Uzumaki, Uchiha, Hyūga, and Kaguya clans. They are also the originators of puppets. At some point in the past, the Ōtsutsuki left their home realm. The reason why they left is unknown, but presumably for seeking more power to strengthen themselves.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Tenseigan their eye is that of a blue pupil surrounded by a blue and white flower-like iris that radiates brightly. The ends of their finger tips are black and their skin has a very pale hue to it. They also tend to have horns but it is not mandatory for one such character to have this trait.

• If an Implant is obtained, the cost for their techniques become stamina based and you are able to use them for 2x their original cost.

• Due to years being spent training and selective breeding taking hold, they are very quiet when they move on their feet.
• Physical Gods - +3 to any stat of your choice that is interchangeable.
• Mastery of the Body - +1 To All Taijutsu/Weapons Techniques. (This does not apply if your taijustu class.)
• Able to stack two styles but only two. The stack does NOT go past the hard cap but may exceed the soft cap.
• Life Sensing - Being the physical aspect side of the Rinnegan, side branch bloodline, you are able to see both life forces and chakra and have a perfect 365 degree of vision.
• Truth - You have 6 Truth Seeking Balls and one staff. They are indestructible.




xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
• Heightened Eyesight - Because of their years spent training and natural selection through evolution and the soldiers being bred for specific warrior purposes, all members have both a heightened perception and reaction time that is far superior to even doujutsu possessing ninja's. Their perception is on par with that of saishin byakugan.
• Stamina no Chakra - As with all Stamina, it replenishes itself if one is not exerting oneself. If they use no techniques they regain ten stamina per post not spent using a technique. However, if in sage mode, you will regenerate Tenseigan Sage Stamina instead of normal stamina.
• Master of the Techniques - Because they spend their entire lives being masters of all fighters, they have no limit on the amount of styles they can learn. They have trained to the point of being masterfully fluid in all their moves and are unpredictable in every movement.
• No Chakra Fer You - Because you have no chakra and you have stamina. Your counts are different than others. At Gennin you have 100 Stamina. At Chuunin you have 150 Stamina. At Jounin you have 200. At Sannin you have 250. And at Kage you have 350.
• Supreme Energy Negation - By expending stamina for one rank equal to that of the chakra spent by the opponent, the user of this passive ability can negate any technique used by their enemy.
• Tenseigan Ultimate Byakugan - Every hit you land saps 10 energy per rank from your opponent that is than absorbed for your use and converted into stamina.





xxxxxTECHNIQUES


• TenseiKai
As you cannot use chakra, but your eyes are that of the byakugans shinsei, you are able to see the genjutsu affecting you and as such, you may pay equal rank to negate the genjutsu. Can only be used twice per battle.

• Barrage - D
When you strike, or attempt to strike, an opponent, you may seemingly speed up your actions and slow time to strike an additional three times to the same area or surrounding area's of their body.

• Trip - D
A rather simple and childish move, the user times himself with an opponent's leg movement and simply sticks out their foot at the right angle to trip an opponent and make them fall face-first into the ground. The art in it comes from its speed and fluid motion, which blend together to make the move nearly impossible to see by an opponent, especially one that's distracted.

• Phantom Feint - D
Description: The idea is that as an opponent thrusts themselves at you in close range, you move to make it seem like you're moving forward while in actuality you sweep over to their side. When done properly it would appear to the opponent that you'd vanished completely, if only for a moment, giving you the opportunity to strike or grab them from the side.


• Here I Am Again On My Own - D
The user, who gets close enough to the opponent, is able to thrust forward at the opponent and the moment before impact, disappears into an illusion and reappears behind the opponent and strikes.

• Traveling into the Veil - D
By expending stamina, you are able to transfer your own body image, becoming an illusion where you once stood by entering the veil, and reappear anywhere in the thread by exiting the veil. This cannot be used to eject yourself from a village or countryside.

• Veil Prison - D
You are able to admit people to your own prison dimension. If you grab or touch the opponent you may transfer them to the veil. For this particular technique, no damage happens to them in the veil. They cannot be killed there and they do not need nutrition or lose energy. You may only hold them there for 5 posts, afterwards they will be ejected from the veil back in their own village if you do not release them.

• Chakra Block - D
Being able to see other's life system and their own gives them the ability to strike an opponent and when they hit them can block their ability to use chakra out of that limb. This lasts for five posts, and requires a cool down of 2 posts after usage.

• Blade Swarm - C
When the person uses their weapon and reaches five inches from the target area, the user is able to make the blade disappear into an illusion and make it reappear at another target area on the victim before striking.

• Sleep - C
When the user strikes a certain area of the opponent, they may exert enough energy to force them to fall to sleep. The area hit for this to work must be the torso, neck, or head.

• Disarm - C
If attacked directly from the front the user can disarm their opponent and their weapon is sent flying away. This can only be done if the opponent actually has a weapon.

• Instant Bile - C
After striking an opponent's stomach or back they send the user sends a strong force into their victim's stomach. The agitation will instantly (as the name says) make the opponent vomit and cause temporary dizziness and fatigue after doing so. They will be unable to see more than one of their opponent or stop puking until turn two.

• Limb Immobility - C
User grabs an incoming strike with one hand, or just grabs the limb in general, and then sharply twists said limb by squeezing it and applying great pressure. This sudden message delivered by the sharp adjustment in pressure of the pressure points, combined with the pressure being placed on the limb by the grab, cause it to become immobile for three posts.

• Tendril Strike - C
Four short tails protrude, three feet in length, from each arm. Each one able to reach out and grab the opponent or be used to utilize taijutsu or weapon. These tails come from your own body and can give you that slight bit of extra reach.

• Ultimate Swarm - B
The user is able to move beyond their normal speed for a small amount of time, within this time is equivalent to one move. If they strike, the strike becomes a tri-strike that happens side by side with equal power in each one.


• Spasm - B
A technique used to disable and inflict pain to those who are more muscle than others. By applying enough force to a main area, torso, neck, or head, of the body. The entire body will then lock up and spasm for two posts.


• Cutting Master - A
The user is able to cut or punch smoothly through whatever the target surface is, by being keen masters of physical fighting styles, they know that every rock, stone, and person has points in their muscles or zones that are easy to cut, an example of this is diamond and the end fibers of muscle and connective tissues of bones, they are able to slice through it with ease as if it were a hot knife through butter. Lasts 5 posts, 2 post cooldown.



• Truth Seeking Balls - A
Truth-Seeking Balls are spheres of malleable black chakra composed of all five nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release. Each is about the size of a fist and hides within the power to completely obliterate a forest. For the cost of negation, you may have one of your balls absorb the technique, however you can not store more techniques than you have balls and only one technique per ball and they cannot use said techniques but if the user wills it the technique ceases to be.

• Human Pretzel - A
When the user grabs the enemy they lock multiple enemies together in a bundle of limbs or one opponent in the lock.They become in a pretzel like form and escaping is impossible for up to two posts.

• Five Point Heart Exploder - A
User curls the fingers of one hand into a claw and strikes the area of an opponent, the force will precede to the chest and explode the heart. The intense strength bursts from each point on the user's fingers and palm, and the combined force causes the opponent's heart to literally explode from the power.

• May A Maelstrom of Death Approach Your Door - A
Ten short (8 feet) tails sprout from your back and assault the enemy viciously. This is meant to be combo'd with taijutsu, whipping the enemies over and over while catching them during their openings. It's a brutal physical assault that will basically prevent the enemy from ever even wanting to get near you.

• Oh... You Blocked? - S
If the user blocks before an enemy's attack they can unleash their greatest counter. They slash once with their strongest arm instantly and to the enemy it will feel as though they were slashed seven times. The strength of this technique is undeniable, those hit by it often never find the will to continue fighting. If they block with a weapon it will shatter obviously.

• Ougi Tenseigan: 16 Trigrams 1 Palm - S-rank
One of the most powerful techniques in the Hyuuga's Arsenal that is now converted to that of a Tenseigan master wielder. If an opponent is within 15 feet of the user, they are able to use this technique. The 16 trigrams formation will appear, and the user will lunge towards their opponent with extreme ferocity. If the opponent is caught within the first palm strike, their body will feel like it was held down by one ton weights, making it incredibly difficult to dodge the rest of the combo. Any opponent that takes the brunt of this attack will suffer a tremendous amount of damage. Their body will be tattered and broken, and their strength will be next to none. It's ultimately retreat, or die.

• Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion - S
The user focuses his stamina into one of his Truth-Seeking Balls and grasps it in his hand to create a powerful silvery typhoon. The power of this gust is on par with Planetary Rasengan and the clash between the two techniques was enough to break through the Moon's exterior crust.

• Golden Wheel Reincarnation - S
The user focuses a tremendous amount of stamina into one of his/her Truth-Seeking Balls and grasps it in his hand to create a giant golden sword of pure energy, capable of easily slicing the entire moon in half with a single swipe. The blade reaches upwards of 30 feet and is 3 feet wide.

• Localized Reincarnation Explosion - S
The user focuses his energy cloak into one hand and creates a green orb that passes through the target's body, absorbing all but one of their chakra and leaving them unconscious. This attack was able to reach the moon's surface, creating an explosion and causing massive damage to the moon, which resulted in a formation of large meteoroids moving towards Earth. This technique was also able to engulf Naruto's Rasengan. It moves at 3/4 your speed.

• Veil Collapse - S
You may control the veil. You are able to physically collapse the veil to the size of a grain of sand or to that of a giant palace.

• Ougi: 8 Trigrams 1 Palm - S-rank
After getting within ten feet of their opponent, the eight trigrams symbol will appear. The initial lunge of the technique is ferocious, with the user receiving an additional +1 to their speed that extends past the cap(for the single lunge only). The first strike is so fast that it leaves an afterimage in the user's wake, making it an incredibly hard attack to dodge if the opponent isn't prepared. If the first strike hits its mark--a Master Stroke to the heart--the opponent's feet will be locked in place, leaving them almost completely helpless to the ensuing punishment. Their body will be almost completely ripped apart with the sheer force and power of the Tenseigan palm strikes. If any opponent takes the complete brunt of this attack, this has been perfected upon in which it now targets the muscle fibers, and if it hits, the damage will radiate and tear every single joint and muscle in the victims body as well as exploding all but one of their energy points, you absorbing half. Leaving them unable to move and in extreme agony. This technique will no longer kill them, but they will be in a whole new world of hell.

• The Moon - SS
The user is not as adept as members of old, however they have gained the ability to break apart small pieces of the moon and bring it down on top of the battlefield. This technique is wide enough to wipe out an entire village and takes one whole post of preparation and may only be done once per week in real time. After this technique is used, the waters of earth and the wind may change along with small fractions in climate weather due to the moon being broken apart.




xxxxxTenseigan Sage Mode

The Tenseigan Chakra Mode is a heightened transformation unique to those who possess the Tenseigan. When anyone activates this mode he gains a cyan-coloured chakra shroud with six magatama markings on his collar, dark markings over his eyebrows and lower eyelids, and a single horn shaped like Kaguya's extending from his forehead. The shroud constantly radiates flickering flames of stamina, and his clothing and hair continuously billow upwards as if caught in a strong breeze.

• Base Power
The user gains 50 stamina at gennin, 75 at chuunin, 100 at jounnin, 125 S and 150 at SS that is separate from their normal pool. All stamina techniques must come from this pool. When this pool depletes, they are unable to re-enter this state for 5 posts.

• Upgrade
You now take one rank less in damage.

• Base Physicality
You gain a bonus of two stats to use that are only applicable during the sage mode. They are interchangeable. Your reflexes and perception heightened even further. You may exceed the hard cap but only for three posts per sage usage.

• Regen
You may heal body parts or organs lost during combat for 50 stamina per part.

The Hero throws a right punch with enough force that the wind pressure sends anything made of liquid flying away. Lesser Jutsu are blown back at the target.

Detroit Smash (デトロイトスマッシュ Detoroito Sumasshu) D-SS Rank
The Hero preforms that same attack as Texas Smash except this move is with a downward punch instead of a straight punch. The punch is powerful enough to create a shock wave large and powerful enough to clear the weather. It is designed to blow away large storms or jutsu that create clouds.

Missouri Smash (ミズーリースマッシュ Mizūrī Sumasshu) D-SS Rank
The Hero runs towards an enemy while keeping his hand flat and hits the enemy on the head while running past them. This resembles someone being clothes lined.

Carolina Smash (カロライナスマッシュ Karoraina Sumasshu) B Rank
The Hero runs towards an enemy while keeping his hands in a cross position, then in a downwards cross chop to the enemies head.

New Hampshire Smash (ニューハンプシャースマッシュ Nyūhanpushā Sumasshu) B Rank
The Hero blasts himself towards his enemy and smashes his body into the enemy, crushing and injuring the enemy with his great weight.

Plus Ultra! A-SS Rank
The Hero summons up all of his power into his right hand, concentrating all of it into a powerful layer of energy that coats their hand. Then, with all their might, they yell 'Plus Ultra', slamming their fist into their target, launching it into the sky at high speeds. This punch receives a +1 to Strength at S Rank (+2 at SS Rank).

Two people were born into the world, one from a prestigious family that lived in luxury and the other in the slums to a dying father, living in poverty. These people met due to an odd strike of chance as the poor child was adopted into the rich child's family. These two could never get along as the rich child would get everything handed to him and the poor child would have to continue taking everything to get what he wants. On one fateful night during an expedition, the rich child's father was given a bow and arrow from a rather old decrepit lady, one who was near the edge of death. He would take the arrow and lock it away in his study only to have it stolen by the poor child. The poor child did not know of what he had stolen and aimlessly fired the arrow straight through the rich child's heart to kill him and end the continuous feud they held. But rather than dying, he started something, created something that will forever change his family's bloodline forever, down to the current year of 20XX. The poor child, feeling jealous of the brother's newly found power used the arrow on himself and became something different, something abnormal and beyond the food chain. With a new revitalized body, he would continue the endless cycle of hatred from his side and lead generations upon generations into a new world order while the rich brother aimed to resolve problems the world over.

This is a healing/damaging bloodline, it aims to heal allies and become a nightmare to enemies.

It can take hits for you and depending upon which one you choose, you can have a very powerful ability bestowed upon your Mirage. Your Heavenly Mirage has two paths it can choose from to go down, whichever one you choose is the one you'll stick with forever.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES


                    Both Heavenly Mirage's can use Live, Turn, Cure, Fuse, and Revert for free once every five posts, not having to give up chakra to use the technique. The strength of it is only up to B-rank, no higher than that for free. ALL techs of this bloodline do not effect damage that they cause to each other, ie. you unleash a barrage of punches on someone and fuse them to a rock, you can't turn that rock into a lion to give the fused target mobility.


XXXXXXFIRST PATH: SHINING DIAMOND



          XXXXXXX Shining Diamond moves as fast and hits as strong as you. Shining Diamond has the same rank as you.

          Shining Diamond's ability is to restore or revert objects or organisms to any previous state. It can repair damage, heal injury, revert chemical changes and complex structures to their raw components. It may also fuse objects, such a person with a rock or technique inside of a ball for example. Other examples of the restoration include trapping an enemy by restoring pieces of a broken crate around him; exposing an someone formerly bound to an object; and tracking by restoring an object, forcing it to seek out and reattach itself to the main object it was detached from. If this ability is used while the user is in a foul mood, its target may be warped, improperly restored. Shining Diamond can not heal the user, retrieve things erased by void or black-hole-like techniques, nor restore life to an anything. It CANNOT interact with any of the opponent's techniques.




XXXXXXSECOND PATH: GOLDEN WIND


          XXXXXXX Golden Wind moves as fast and hits as strong as you. Golden Wind has the same rank as you.

          Golden Wind is capable of changing or converting inorganic objects into living organisms (flora and fauna) by transitioning through a form looking like Golden Wind itself (An object takes the form of its head before changing into another living organism like a cat). A pen can be turned into a snake, a bullet into a beetle and so on. The user frequently produces small life forms (frogs, snakes, flies) and plants which he apparently has control over, he can also do this to larger objects as well for more chakra. He needs to touch something with its hands to trigger its abilities. When any of these are attacked indiscriminately, the creation will not be harmed at all; instead, the opponent receives the pain they would have inflicted, which has the possibility to kill them. Golden Wind can bring objects to life for free outside of battle.

          Golden Wind's ability can also be applied to opponents, causing their thought processes to greatly accelerate. This was employed in battles to cause opponents have their bodies be unable to catch up with the mind. This also increases and amplifies the reception of the senses in one's body. For example, any pain that is felt would seem to last longer than usual due to the heightened senses.

          Golden Wind's ability to produce organic components of the body (e.g. transforming bullets stuck in someone's body into the very blood vessels and organs they destroyed) - evidently, these transformations are permanent. Unlike Shining Diamond, however, the user can also heal themselves using the ability. As it was not originally designed for healing, the process is quite painful.





xxxxxTECHNIQUES

XXXXXXGOLDEN WIND


          • Raibu (Live) - C-SS rank - Golden Wind can bring life to objects and turn them into living organisms through physical contact. The size of the object equals the amount of chakra used to bring it to life through Golden Wind (ie touch a tree and turn into huge giraffe, A-rank chakra). All objects that get turned make an indent of Golden Wind's face before changing into the object as an indicator.

          • Junban (Turn) - C-S rank - Golden Wind can produce organic components of the body by turning inanimate objects into those components (like transforming bullets stuck in someone's body into the very blood vessels and organs they destroyed). The transformations are permanent and unlike Revert on the other side of the spectrum, Golden Wind can heal himself and others, but it hurts them. A lot. The amount of chakra put into the technique, is the amount of effectiveness the technique will have. if used to heal severe injuries, goes on a three post cooldown. If used to heal higher level injuries in combat, the pain debilitates the user, making them unable to use any other techniques that post. The user can take a medium-sized rock and turn it into a still beating heart or take leaves and turns them into blood cells inside of the body or use it to replace torn tissue and damage cells.

          • Uchikudakimasu (Shatter) - A-rank - Golden Wind's punches become a complete nightmare for the next 5 posts. For those posts, any punch that Golden Wind connects with the opponent will unleash the rejuvenation and healing factor to the opponent's brain. Seems like a benefit right? WRONG! It causes the brain to rapidly accelerate in thought, making it so that the body is unable to catch up with the mind. These strikes will also make the senses accelerate and amplify to an alarming degree, small cuts will feel like deep gashes that last for hours, broken bones will feel as if limbs were severed for days.

          • MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA...! - A-rank (40 to use this with Shatter) - Golden Wind moves at a rapid speed and unleashes a flurry of damaging and severe punches to the opponent that can turn most shinobi in mush. Unlike Shining Diamond, the only technique that can be used in conjunction with this is Shatter and thats only if you use double the chakra.

          • Golden Wind Requiem - SS-rank - Golden Wind evolves temporarily and becomes Golden Wind Requiem. In this state and within 10 feet of the user (the range is only 10 feet), GWR nullifies the very aspect of cause and effect, reverting all things back to zero. All attacks done in this range by the opponent will start things but never finish, always reverting back to zero and creating an endless loop of cause but no effect. This technique lasts for 4 posts before disappearing and can only be done twice during any battle situation. There are prerequisites, Golden Wind will pull out a golden dagger seen by all and stab himself to evolve, then release a golden-like aura that will rapidly surround itself and the user like a vicious flame. Within that time, you need to escape or risk being caught in the loop. If GWR kills you in the loop, then your death will loop endlessly. It puts you and Golden Wind in a near death state and can only be done once during any battle situation. The perquisites take place in two posts before complete activation where it will spread fast to the range, you have two posts to escape before being caught. Attacking outside of the space will have attack go through without being effected.



XXXXXXSHINING DIAMOND


          • Naosu (Cure) - C-S rank - Any physical contact made by Shining Diamond can be healed rapidly, broken bones, damaged organs, a hole through the chest, a severed head. Physical contact needs to be made between Shining Diamond and the object in question. The rank of chakra put into this technique equal the amount of healing that can be done, and the same amount of chakra needs to be exerted every time this technique is used. The user CANNOT heal themselves with Shining Diamond, but they can heal others.

          • Hyūzu (Fuse) - C-SS rank - Any damage dealt by Shining Diamond can fuse an object against another object by using the same amount of chakra as the opponent's rank and also getting close physical contact with them. The punches need to land in a situation where the opponent is laying onto the object in question and every part of the body needs to be struck for complete fusion, partial fusion is also fine too. To break out of anything your fused with, you must expend the same amount of chakra used to put you there AND have strength that's past 4 all around. Fuse is literal fusion, your fused to the rock, meaning, if someone breaks a piece of the rock where your hand is, your hand is literally broken off.

          • Modoshimasu (Revert) - C-S rank - Any damage dealt by Shining Diamond can be reverted back to its previous state, if the user is in a foul mood, then the object will be warped rather than return completely to its 100% previous state. ie. smashing down a wall with Shining Diamond, then you use Revert to restore the wall back to normal. If the user is angry, then the wall will have a humongous dent in it and be bent out of shape, but completely fixed. Revert does NOT work on enemies to pull them into a previous state UNLESS its to undo the damage done to them or to allies.

          • DORARARARA..! - A-rank (40 to combine with Fuse) - Shining Diamond moves at a rapid speed and unleashes a flurry of damaging and severe punches to the opponent that can turn most shinobi in mush. At a closer range, around 2 feet from the user, the punches seem to go even faster. Also, you can stack any of the previous techniques to this one by use that technique's chakra amount (ie. to use a strong A-rank "Fuse" with "Dorarararara!" You must exert A-rank chakra twice.)


          • Blind Bull - SS rank - The user become blind with rage and fury, genjutsu literally has no effect on them because they can only see red, and you as their target, thats all they care about and want to care about. Heck, they even ignore most pain, except for death blows. This lasts for 5 posts and while this technique is active, the user's "DORARARARARARA...!" technique can be used for B-rank chakra and more frequently. The strength of the technique remains the same. Though, as a double edged sword, while in this rage, the user is unable to see anything but the other senses are strengthened, so much that they can hear a pin drop or a shinobi fidget just a little bit in the next room. They can smell what cologne or perfume your wearing. This allows for the user to still hunt you down. This lasts for 5 posts and on the last post, a final hit or miss punch is launched with all of Shining Diamond's might to knock the opponent's head clean off. If it hits, its a kill, if it misses, the tech ends either way.

Necromancers trace their origin to the original priests and worshipers of The Old God, Xhu. His darkness tainted them, changing them and causing them to absorb the dark energy flowing from his body. They grew attuned to the void and all of its dark energy. They learned to channel is power and to control its minions. As their power grew, they became hated and hunted. For centuries they endured persecution and witch hunts until they finally seemed to disappear from sight at last. But in the darkness, they knew power, and waited. In their absence, they only grew in power until now, when they once again emerge from the shadows to spread death and decay across the land.

The primary source of their corruption comes now from each other and the fabled Heart of Xhu, a mystical artifact that literally oozes evil. The Shi no Kiyoshi are born from this well of evil, the will of Xhu given physical form and minds of their own. Each Kiyoshi can ooze the corruption from any part of their body, tainting whatever they touch, usually killing it outright. It is not a poison, but instead, the essence of death and evil.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

Shi no Kiyosho are necromancers, pure and simple. The hold the very powers of life and death in their hands, wielding it to cast techniques of great and terrible power, laying waste to all life before them. They also wield the power to subjugate and bind minions of dark power to their will, forcing them to become their servants.



xxxxxRULES
• Cannot be paired with any asset considered light or "good" in alignment. You wield the power of death and darkness.
• Must be RPed properly. You hear the whispers of death and the creatures of the void constantly. As you progress in RP, it will slowly begin to drive you insane. At first, the voices will only whisper in your ear, but eventually you will begin to hear them speaking in loud voices. Not much later, and you will begin to see the shades of evil that inhabit the world. They will appear as corporeal beings made of smoke, and you will never escape them. You cannot kill them, and no one else can see them. It will feel like you are living in your own personal hell until you go completely crazy.
• You may only control one minion of the void at a time. Summoning one while another is out will cause the current one to be replaced by the most recent one.
• When not using abilities, you appear normal. Once you begin to cast abilities, you take on your true form. Proximity to Xhu and the presence of his taint within your body has changed you. You are a grotesque looking monster with boils and tumors coating your body. Your skin is pale and cracked in places, oozing a thick slime. You are a monster, pure and simple. As you continue to RP, your body will be in a progressive state of decomposition.
• Grants access to the Darkness and Corruption Sub-Elements. Corruption is the literal essence of Xhu channeled into a weapon. It causes whatever it touches to be tainted by Xhu. Living flesh bubbles and melts, trees and plant matter die, and non-living things rapidly decay (IE Metal rusts rapidly, stone is eroded away, water becomes stagnant and spreads the corruption.). It causes intense pain to any target hit by a jutsu containing it and continuous exposure for more than 3 posts will result in the RPC going almost insane as Xhu literally infects and inhabits their body. This does not kill them but leaves them in a very unstable mental state for 3 posts before fading.

• Both Light and Fire deal one rank increased damage as it purges the darkness within them.
• Rely heavily on Summons and ranged abilities to deal damage.



xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• Death Siphon: Shi no Kiyosho passively drain life from the thing around them, regenerating +5 CP Per Post.
• Shi no Kiyosho gain access to multiple minions and are also allowed to create one personal demon summon as well. They can summon both a personal and bloodline minion at the same time.
• Can passively ooze the Corruption from their body and coat weapons and objects with it.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
Desecration: The Shi no Kiyosho can choose to desecrate a weapon or object, infusing it with dark energy. Any target struck by the weapon or that touches the object will be inflicted with Corruption that causes incredible pain and a burning sensation at the point of contact. The burning sensation continually gets worse for 3 posts until dissipating. Most shinobi find the pain excruciating and lower ranked shinobi have known to drop their weapons and sit on the ground, clutching their wound.
Dark Passenger: You are never alone, even in your deepest thoughts, a sliver of Xhu's essence lingers in your mind, haunting your thoughts and guiding your actions. It will advise you in combat, and if your life is truly in danger, it may even warn you. If you don't go crazy first. This cannot alert you to a genjutsu as it is only really a figment of your crazed imagination. More of an alter ego. It doesn't have sensing and only sees what you see.

            The Spells

            Death Comes C Rank every 2 posts
            Neromancers are drawn to sources of life, seeking out the largest sources to drain. This is not true perception, but closer to a sixth sense or premonition that alerts them to sources of chakra.

            Shadow Bolt B-SS Rank
            The Shi no Kyosho launches a shadowy bolt of dark energy at their target, which explodes on contact, dealing massive splash damage to the target and surrounding area. The damage radius starts at 3 meters and doubles every rank.

            Chaos Bolt S-SS Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho points both of his hands at his target. A moment later, a ball of green energy will flow from their hands, seeking out its target. The attack homes in on sources of life, preferring its original target. The technique can be controlled after it is fired for up to 3 posts.

            Soul Siphon D-SS Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho shoots out a tether that attempts to latch onto its target, stealing life energy from it, allowing the Shi no Kiyosho to both regenerate his own wounds and kill his target. The range of the tether starts at 3 yards and increases by 2 yards every rank.

            Rune of Destruction B Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho places a rune on a nearby surface that flares up and then fades away to a faint outline till activated again. It is triggered by motion or the user can remote detonate. It explodes outward, spreading a rain of corrupt slime in every direction for 10 feet.

            Fell Armor D-SS Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho infuses their body with demonic energy, creating an energy barrier over their entire body, negating attacks of equal ranks. Fell Armor is destroyed after taking a hit from a technique of equal rank

            Death and Decay A Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho will desecrate a 5 meter wide radius around themselves, causing the ground and plants to die. Any enemy that crosses into this zone will be attacked by shadowy hands that reach out of the ground, attempting to pin them down, which reduces the speed of all enemy shinobi in the zone by 2 for its duration. Lasts 2 posts.

            Dark Metamorphosis B Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho gives into the darkness, causing their body to change temporarily as it is twisted by dark energy. A pair of horns sprout from their head and they grow a large pair of wings from their back allowing them to fly. Lasts for 3 posts.

            Well of Souls S Rank
            The necromancer creates a portal on the ground, dragging forth the souls of the damned from the deepest depths of hell to assault and harass their target. The well creates three phantoms for the first two (2) turns and four (4) phantoms in the final wave. The souls are immune to most physical attacks, save when they are actively fighting their target, when they become target able. The souls will attempt to reach out, latching onto their target, and will begin to pull them into the ground, literally dragging the target to hell if they are not stopped. Each soul takes D rank chakra to destroy as normal weapons that lack chakra do not phase them.

            Night of the Living Dead SS Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho places one hand on the ground, pulsating energy through the ground. Storm clouds will gather overhead, turning day to night, complete with a white orb for the moon. For the next 3 posts, a horde of undead will rise from the grave, swarming their enemies defenses. Every turn, 10 zombies are summoned that charge at their enemy, attempting to bite and claw them. They move relatively slow due to years of decomposition and rely on simply swarming and overwhelming their enemies. The only way to stop them from being summoned is to destroy the moon, but you wouldn't know that >_>. If the zombies from the previous post aren't destroyed they will continue to fight. Even after the technique ends, they will persist until destroyed,

            The Minions

            Dark Ritual: Ghoul Summoning B Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho draws a circle of blood on the ground or uses a premade seal to summon a ghoul from the depths of the void. The Ghoul is a relentless melee attacker that uses quick, savage, and merciless attacks to wear down their opponent in physical combat. The Ghoul's stats are 4 Speed/5 Strength and it is incapable of using any techniques. The Ghoul does one passive ability. Whenever it strikes and enemy, it inflicts them with Festering Wounds. The wound is a dark infection that saps its victims strength, causing their moves to become sluggish almost immediately. After three posts, the targets vision blurs. After five posts without any treatment, they develop a high fever and begin to froth at the mouth. At seven posts, the victim falls unconscious.

            Dark Ritual: Dark Atronach Summoning A Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho places a circle of blood on the ground or uses a premade seal to summon forth a Dark Atronach from the the depths of the void. Once per post, the Atronach fires a volley of three Shadow Bolts at its target, each one causing C Rank damage. This summon disappears after 2 posts.

            Dark Ritual: Hellguard Summoning S Rank
            The Shi no Kiyosho summons forth a terrible Hellguard, a being with 4 arms, each wielding a myriad of weapons. The Hellguard is far more experienced in combat than the ghoul and is often the go to attacker summon for most Shi no Kyosho. Its stats are slightly better than the ghoul, with 6 Speed / 6 Strength. Just as with the ghoul, its attacks inflict Festering Wounds, with the same effects.

            Dark Ritual: Bahamut Summoning SS Rank
            Arguably the strongest of all the minions of darkness, Bahamut is a force as old as Xhu and represents the primal forces of chaos and destruction. Once summoned, he takes on the form of a massive black dragon covered in spikes. As he flies, Bahamut can unleash several special attacks. The first is a roar that can stagger most opponents and knock away any jutsu of B rank or lower. Next, he can fire jets of black flame from his mouth that burn anything they come in contact with and is considered B rank in damage. Finally, he can open his mouth and fire balls of energy that explode for C rank damage. He can only use a combination of abilities these ablities seven (7) times before disappearing back to where ever dragons go when they aren't needed.

Hailing from the war torn lands far across the Oceans, the Lords first came with open arms. They were benevolent and rewarded their friends. It was only once they were trusted that their true side was revealed. They slew those that had once given gifts too, and slaughtered thousands, carving out a new dominion for themselves. They claimed that the world was rightfully their possession, and all of the things and people in it, their property, to do with as they pleased. The greatest among them even going so far as to call himself the King of Kings. But as quickly as they came, they vanished from sight, hoarding the treasures they had amassed. But now, drawn by the weakness present in the shinobi nations, they have returned to once more claim their prize and to assert themselves above all others.

The Lords do not suffer the opinions of those lesser than themselves, and have killed people who simply looked at them wrong. Even if you befriend a Lord, always look over your shoulder lest you feel a dagger stab you in the back when it suits them the most. They are manipulative and will do whatever it takes to achieve their goals, whatever that may be at the present time. Every single Lord has one goal in common, and that is to be the rightful ruler of all the world.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

You are literally the King of the World. In your mind, all things are beneath you, and therefore, rightfully yours. The most powerful among you is the King of Kings, a ruler so mighty that he commands all the other rulers of the world. You command a limitless supply of weapons in combat, using them to slay your opponents. With a simple thought, you can all weapons from your legendary vaults directly into your hard during combat, or accelerate them out of gates that you create with your mind to slay your opponents at great distances.

• You are a great ruler. You bow to no man and do not suffer the opinions of peasants. You cannot be timid or afraid. You are the rightful master of the world and all of the treasures in it. You are regal, even among friends.
• Can only be a Weapon Master
• You do not ally yourself with another Lord of Babylon. There is only one seat for a King and it does not fit two. If you run across a Lord of Babylon, you will feel a hungering desire the cease their existence as they are a threat to your rightful claim. You are also immediately aware of their presence when you meet one, even if they do not state that they are a Lord. After all, it takes a Lord to know a Lord.



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• You are only as powerful as your weapons. If they can negate your weapons and overcome you in physical combat, you are powerless.


xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• Opening a Gate of Babylon takes only a simple thought. A Lord needn't tire himself out with silly arm movements.
• A Lord is the ultimate physical specimen and his stats are naturally +1/+1
• A Lord doesn't carry his own weapons. Instead he can summon any of his custom weapons through the Gate of Babylon directly into his hands, changing weapons freely. You can even use this to change your own clothes and armor.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
The Gates of Babylon: You can freely summon an endless supply of weapons through the Gates of Babylon. When summoning weapons, a gold disk will appear where you intent to fire them from before a stream of weapons comes out. These weapons fly through the air at high speeds and upon impact with a target not only impale it, but explode shortly there after. You can also summon a weapon directly into your hand and use it in combat, minus the whole exploding thing of course. You cannot summon a weapon within 5 feet of a shinobi. Opening a portal costs D rank chakra and once open, it cannot be destroyed and disappears at the end of its second post. It can fire 3 weapons per post. You can create up to 5 gates a post. You can only summon handheld weaponry. No modern day ballistic weaponry, such as a nnintendo DS, or a galaxy note 7. You cannot summon a gate within 10 feet of another shinobi.


xxxxxTECHNIQUES


A King Doesn't Walk Passive
It is heresy for a King to be seen walking upon the ground. Instead, you fly through the air hovering up to five feet above the ground at all times. For C rank chakra every 2 posts, you can remove this limitation and fly through the air freely.

The Wrath of a Mad King A Rank every 2 posts
There are some things that not even a King can control. These things must not be allowed to exist. During combat, a Lord of Babylon can unleash a cloak of flames from his body, extending 2 meters in all directions. These flames burn and ignite whatever they come in contact with, save for the Lord. The Lord is free to move while these flames radiate outwards from him.

The Chains of Babylon A Rank
To touch a Lord of Babylon is the highest form of crime. To prevent this, a Lord of Babylon will summon 8 titanic chains to bind and pin their foe. Four of the chains will wrap around the targets arms and legs, one around the waist, two around the chest, and the final chain around the neck. The chains are anchored on the other side of the Gates of Babylon and are unyielding.

Divine Protection Varies
During combat, a Lord of Babylon can summon armor onto his body of varying rank to block a technique. This occurs instantly and only requires the Lord to think of the armor appearing on his body. He can stylize the armor that appears, as well as how much appears.

Everything Belongs to Me Varies
During combat, you can open a Gate of Babylon and swallow a technique into it. This does not cancel the technique but saves it. The Lord is then free to open another gate and unleash it upon his target. This costs chakra equal to the technique being absorbed. A technique can only be stored for 3 posts before it can no longer be used. The can be used to freely absorb any unranked projectile mass. The gate cannot be opened within 20 feet of the target.

Enuma Elish SS Rank
Only the most valiant of foes are even worthy to look upon this technique, let alone be slain by it. The Lord of Babylon will create an orb of golden energy, pulling a red sword from it. He will then raise the sword into the air before bringing it down and pointing it at his foe. A torrent of energy will immediately be unleashed, rippling across the ground. The very earth itself will them begin to crack and crumble as a large chasm begins to take shape beneath the target, swallowing them and everything near them. The technique travels out in a 160 degree arc for 100m, causing everything in front of it to drop into the abyss. The pit itself is over 500m deep and a fall would surely kill anything, let alone the mass of rocks and materials falling down into the hole as well.

xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Kasaiton are masters of high energy matter manipulation, using charged particles and heat to create plasma and concentrated laser bursts. The plasma takes on the shape of a blue flame, behaving like fire, with none of its weaknesses or drawbacks, pretty much an elementally neutral fire style, while laser is created by condensing these charged particles into a single, straight path, tightly packing the particles. The color of the laser is stylized to the users own preference. The Kasaiton use this combination of elements to wear down and degrade their enemies defenses, making them superior siege ninja as well as battlefield snipers, using their laser techniques with pin point accuracy. The more skilled Kasaiton have even begun to use reflective surfaces and crystals to bend and refract their laser attacks, making it difficult to find a safe place to hide from them, even in an urban environment. The Kasaiton also boost excellent short range defensive capabilities due to their ability to expel charged plasma from any part of their body at will, making close range combat difficult without prior preparation on the part of the attacker.

• Gains Access to the Plasma and Laser Sub-Elements. Plasma (very energetic fire for all intensive purposes) behaves like Fire with none of the drawbacks and Laser (self explanatory). The user can also choose to bounce or refract Laser attacks off of metallic/crystalline surfaces.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
Can't Touch This: Once every 3 posts you can forcibly expel all of the Plasma in your body outward, damaging and burning anything near you as well as throwing them back. For all intensive purposes, you become a living bomb. This is considered a B Rank attack and chakra can be spent to augment its strength all the way to SS. The range is limited to 5 meters though.
Living Conduit: You can fire Kasaiton Techniques from any part of your body as long as you use a full body motion when doing so, such as a kick or punch/thrust. This is only for attacks that are not required to fire from a specific body part.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES

Laser Sub-Element

The Sight of You Disgusts Me C-S Rank
The Shinobi closes their eyes for a moment before opening them again, firing a laser from both eyes at whatever target they were looking at.

Slashing Laser Arm B Rank
The Shinobi coats their arm in a sheath of glowing energy that extends outward three feet. This blade can be used in conjunction with Bukijutsu techniques and lasts 2 posts per use unless destroyed.

Crackling Beam D-SS Rank
The bread and butter Kasaiton laser technique, the user focuses a beam of energy (laser) that shoots towards its target. It gets its name from the sound it emits as bits of electricity arc off it.

Triple Laser Formation SS Rank
Three orbs of pure energy form above the Shinobi in a triangle shape and hover there for a second before spinning, much like a sharingan. A moment later, while spinning, each of the orbs unleashes a concentrated stream of laser at the target.

Plasma Sub-Element

Exploding Plasma Wave D-A Rank
The Shinobi molds plasma around each hand before clapping them together, creating a wave that fires outwards from them for 10 feet (doubling each rank).

Flashing Whirlwind A Rank
The Shinobi will create a blue orb that will float into the air before spinning rapidly. As it begins to pick up speed, it fires lasers in random directions. Every post, it fires 15 different beams making moving around the battlefield freely very difficult due to the need to dodge the beams. This lasts 2 posts.

Fearsome Burning Earth B Rank
The Shinobi will stomp their foot on the ground, turning the ground around them into blue flames for 25 meters. The plasma lasts until destroyed. It does not harm the user.

The Blue Sun B-S Rank
The Shinobi creates a large orb, the size of a softball made of compressed plasma, that travels outwards from them. At a designated time of the users choosing, the orb rapidly expands to its full size, engulfing whatever it touches, turning most biological material to ash and melting metal. Fully expanded, the orb is 15 feet (+10 feet per additional rank).

Thunderous Roaring Plasma Dragon B-SS Rank
The Shinobi opens their mouth, breathing out a dragon of blue flame, crackling with electricity that shoots towards it target. This dragon can be controlled for up to 3 posts after it is created or until destroyed.

Be Purged SS Rank
The Shinobi will coat their entire body in plasma before slamming their fist on the ground, unleashing an explosion equivalent to hundreds of explosive tags with their body serving as ground zero. The explosion extends a hundred meters in every direction and what it doesn't blow away, it simply turns to ash.

Channeling the Reaction Free to Enter
Arguably the most dangerous Kasaiton technique in existence, the user will literally change the matter of their own body, causing their skin, body, and organs to take on the aspects of plasma, turning them into a flame with a humanoid shape. In this state, the user can freely fire plasma and lasers from their body, pouring chakra into them to give them a rank. This form lasts for 3 posts and can only be used 3 times throughout the users entire life.

xxxxxHISTORY
The Iyashi are a clan hailing from deep in the mountains of the Cloud Country. They were obsessed with the stars, revering the stars in the sky as deities, celebrating them as they occasionally arced across the night sky above. The greatest among the Iyashi learned to tame the stars above, using them to heal others. There were even those amongst them that learned to use the stars to deal damage to their foes.


xxxxxDESCRIPTION

You conjure the very stars of the night sky to do damage to your foes. You must pick between the path of the Benevolent or the Malevolent. Each has its own unique powers. The techniques of the Iyashi are blinding to those who look at them.



xxxxxRULES
• You can only pick one of the two paths and swapping paths can only be done once for free and it must be done out of combat. Swapping again will be considered the same as swapping to a new bloodline and will incur a fee.
• Once you pick your path, you are allowed to pick one technique from the other skill tree.
• Benevolent Path can only be Medical or Ninjutsu.
• Malevolent Path can only be Ninjutsu or can become the Star Sage.
• You can choose to pick both paths but it takes both Asset Slots. If you pick both, you must become the Star Sage but you gain access to the Medical Sub-element.

• Attacks emit bright light, usually blinding targets who look at them.



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
Shine Bright Like a Diamond: the Iyashi can become a star, radiating a bright light and allowing attacks to pass through themselves. They can also use this to move almost instantly in one direction while they are a star, up to 50 feet. This can only be used once every 5 posts and twice per battle max. There is a 3 second period after re-materializing where you cannot attack.
The Stars See All: The Iyashi can mark an enemy ninja with a star. The star hovers directly over their head, making them visible at all times, even if they try to hide. The star lasts 3 posts. To place the star, the Iyashi has to make direct visual contact with their target and have to point directly at them. It doesn't allow your techniques to passively target as it only acts as a marker.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES

      The Benevolent Path

      Cure D-S Rank
      The Iyashi fires a star at an allied ninja, healing their wounds. The lower ranked versions heal only minor cuts and bruises while the max rank can close gaping wounds and prevent life threatening injuries.

      Divine Providence A Rank
      The Iyashi causes a bright light to envelop their target, negating all damage that the target takes but also preventing it from moving or preforming any actions for the duration of the post. The person in the field cannot move, speak, think, or do anything, they are removed from time and space essentially.

      Dispel C Rank
      The Iyashi shoots a green star at their target, removing any detrimental effects on the target, including poisons and slows. It can also be targeted at an enemy, and removes their beneficial effects, such as temporary speed boosts.

      Northern Lights S Rank
      A bright wind blows across the battlefield, healing major wounds to all allied shinobi on the battlefield. The wind causes a severe form of windburn to any enemy shinobi, stripping away skin and flesh with prolonged exposure. This lasts 1 post.

      Graviton Star S Rank
      The Iyashi creates an incredibly dense star on the battlefield, sucking in any matter within 30 meters into its core. It doesn't damage them as it is only a draw in effect. The star lasts for 2 posts unless it is destroyed, which is unwise if you are trapped in its pull as it explodes outward. This star is different than other Iyashi techniques as it is a deep blue, as opposed to bright white. It takes 7 strength to resist the pull in the middle and lessens to 4 strength along the sides.

      Curagura SS Rank
      The Iyashi summons a myriad of stars from above that slam into a friendly target, infusing them with power. It is capable of healing almost any wound short of healing a missing head.


      The Malevolent Path

      Malefic D-SS Rank
      The Iyashi waves their arm, creating three stars above them that twinkle and then streak to their target, exploding in brilliant flashes of light upon impact that will momentarily blind someone even if it misses. The stars can be made to target different things once fired but the power of the technique is split between them. The weakest a star can be is D rank. (IE, fire an A rank Malefic but make it target three different things, it counts as a C rank for each individual star)

      Star Steam B Rank
      The Iyashi fires what is essentially a star machine gun, letting loose a continuous stream of bright stars that fire straight out like bullets. A single use fires a full 30 round clip. Each star explodes with the force of half a paper tag.

      Malefica A-SS Rank
      The Iyashi creates a star in the palm of their hand that rapidly expands outward to a full size of 15 meters, growing 5 more meters for each additional rank. The star pushes out any techniques or materials that come in contact with it, including enemy shinobi and unleashes the same blinding light that is characteristic of all the Malevolent attacks. The outward blast deals kinetic damage, breaking bones.

      Fountain of Light A-S Rank
      The Iyashi creates a circle on the ground that acts as an auto turret, firing a C Rank Malefic at any target that comes within 15 meters of it. It lasts for 5 posts and if multiple targets cross into its range, it will fire one Malefic at each of them.

      A Song of Stars S Rank
      The Iyashi will summon a brilliant star above them that most shinobi find difficult to look at for prolonged periods. It will follow the Iyashi around, floating directly above their head, immediately firing and intercepting the first target that comes within 15 meters of the Iyashi. It will prioritize enemy shinobi over jutsu if both are present.

      Justice Rains From Above SS Rank
      The Iyashi raises their hand to the sky, creating dozens of stars in the sky that rain down, coating a large area of the battlefield. The stars fall and explode on contact with the ground, unleashing brilliant flashes of light, just as with Malefic. The stars are similar in size to Malefic.

      A Star Descends SS Rank
      A massive star falls from the sky, rougly 30 meters in diameter, first crushing whatever it lands on before exploding outward, destroying anything within 60 meters and knocking away anything within 100 meters with great force.
