Reduce those stats on released by 1 each and then we are good. In order to make this easier though, i will also allow you to increase his speed and strength by 1 every rank up, and the jutsu he can learn can also increase to your rank aswell to compensate. Also be aware that the pet using jutsu comes from your chakra supply. With these changes this is approved.

Special abilities: The wolf, Ichimaru, has the a rare - but not necessarily unique - capability of speaking in human tongue. This is great for, above other things, warning his master of incoming attacks. Atop that, he does have two release forms.
Usually, the wolf stands at an almost small stature - in comparison to another wolf - for it is about the size of a full grown husky in its usual form. When released, however, the increases in mass as he becomes a bit bigger than the average wolf. Weighing in at 175lbs and standing at a firm five feet in height.
The third release form is made when the Juujin Bunshin technique is used. This is how he speaks the human tongue even as a wolf, for Ichimaru becomes a clone of his master, to an extent. His eyes remain a golden-yellow which is the easiest indicator that he is "the clone". Being that the wolf is so used to humanity his stats do increase for he's totally comfortable moving about within a human body.

Description: As he usual walks about town with his master, Ichimaru tends to withhold a dark grey coat with a while underbelly and beautiful crystal blue eyes. He looks like what some would deem a feral husky; small as one with all wolf features, standing at hip height(3'6") and weighing in at 95lbs.
When drawn into his released form for combat, Ichimaru will grow nearly double in size as a jet black coat surfaces and his eyes change to a brilliant gold. The wolf stands at chest height, or even head height, for some as he grow to stand at five feet. Back within compact, lean muscle Ichimaure becomes ready for what all wolves tend to do: hunt.
Beneath the Juujin Bunshin Jutsu Ichimaru becomes a splitting image of his master, Velox. Instead of wielding a set of Velox's white eyes, Ichimaru's wolf eyes remain dominant. He is like the twin brother Velox never had.

Atlas is quite the unique companion, in that he is unable to preform any normal elemental ninjutsu nor even genjutsu. (Not including the Inuzuka clan jutsu.) Instead, by sharing the same blood as Noel, Atlas is able to preform the Shikotsumyaku bloodline techniques. Allowing him to freely manipulate the bones in his body.

1) I don't mind too much the level of Ninjutsu that the dog can know, but to know even more S-rank is a tad pushing it. At most, I think that one or two A-rank additional techniques is enough.

The only problem I see right now, is a minor conflict in information. At one point, there is a statement that Atlas cannot utilize Clan techniques. But at the Ninjutsu - Taijutsu phase, Tsuuga ( which I believe is a Clan technique ), is posted. In this case, there needs to be one or the other.
