All she did was touch his palms, instead of actually trying to get up with his help. He tried
so hard not to roll his eyes as he wrapped his hands around hers and slowly pulled her up to her feet. He kept a hold of her until he was sure that her feet were firmly on the ground, and she wasn't swooning or falling in any way. Then he let one hand go, and turned around.
"Good." He murmured, tugging her forward by the hand. He tugged hard enough to be able to stop, wrap the arm around her middle, and give her one very careful but comforting hug. "I'm glad you're not crying anymore. Now let's go clean and take home my loot."
