Non-played characters. Someone has to play them, and they have to be somewhere to keep the story going. Whether it be for personal character development, or a mission. They are disposable characters that are played by the crew... for you. Current crew member playing as NPC's: Jai Bait... Now onto rules for NPCs. They cannot be used rashly, and must go through rules. These rules are what follows:

❖ NPC's cannot kill RPC.
❖ NPC's know every jutsu their rank and below.

NPC Purpose: To make sure everyone's life is as miserable as his. Somehow he is able to sense the negativity in a person's heart and actively seeks that to empower himself. His dream is to become the host of the 9 tailed bijuu, the embodiment of evil.
Comment: It would be fun to have some kind of transformation through his clan or bloodline that resembles a miniature bijuu. At jounin rank a Yamikonton can grow four arms which could resemble a bijuu form and at jounin an Uchiha can have susanoo which can resemble a bijuu. Since he is not jounin rank, it could be written that he has a Mangekyou transplant which he stole from his impatience of being low ranked at his age and overuse of his eye(s) is what led him to be blind and defeated maybe?
