Baccano!! can be sort of silly, but there is a lot of gore.
I don't know if Psycho-Pass counts as horror, but that is a really good one.
Again, don't know if this counts as horror but Speed Grapher, lots of people die.

LOL i forgot another too i finish it. it was okay i was shock that it was that one girl but i was like razz oh well.
