Admittedly, Quiet moon - or Hush, as she liked to go by sometimes, had always been the kind to wander away from responsibility. Her first clutch of children had gone the ways of a compass when they had grown large enough, with the exception of Dawn, who was headstrong. Her second clutch had been a bit of an enigma, easy to stray - not that it bothered her.
But now, she was comfortable with motherhood.
In fact, she almost craved the comfort and love that children had, growing up and just flourishing in to the adults they became. There was a bit of a hollow feeling about being an accomplished mother.
Hunh.
Thinking about this further, she laid near a small water's edge, almost lost to things around her.

Sorry for the lame start :'D
