Growing more concerned by each empty ally that she checked, finding no one down them. It wasn't that she doubted Northern at all, its just... what if they were hidden somewhere that they were missing? And what could it meant that they need help so badly? She had no idea who needed help or why, and it wasn't like it mattered at all, but she wasn't oblivious to the kind of place this was, and what kind of things went on down here. She hoped this wasn't a victim of violence, no one should ever have to face that.
The more she searched the more worried she was growing though, tossing a box aside to look at the space underneath, showing nothing but greasy concrete. Letting out a sight sigh, and putting the box back, she moved on to the next pile
Northern however was taking a much different approach, instead of searching like the others, she remained hovering in the middle of the street, her eyes closed and her hands pressed lightly over them. She remained like this for some time, shuffling through the many emotions that enlightened her of the words around with their feelings and responses to the environment. It was one feeling in particular that she was trying to find. Fading in and out, Northern finally heard something loud enough that it gave her just the aria she needed. "Rosie-" Northern called, drifting over toward a store front, a small collection of papers and boxes that no human would fit under. Pulling the sheets of news paper aside just as Rosie hurried over, looking perplexed, "There?" her comment was followed with a gasp, her hands flying to her mouth when what Northern uncovered was the smallest pokemon Rosie had ever seen, its tiny white body was covered in dirt and scratches, and its weak arms were clinging to a broken and withered flower stem, the petals having long browned and fallen apart underneath the emaciated creature.
"Its a Flbebe-" Rosie said, looking around to Wave Zacharie over. "Zacharie, we found her."

One of her hands went to her eyes that had gotten the blunt of the bright attack, trying to rub out the spots that were now bursting all around her vision, Northern too had tumbled away, though she had sensed the attack coming before it happened and avoided being affected by it.
"I'm okay," Rosie reassured the purple haired young man, reaching her other hand out to accept his help up. "She didn't hit me." brushing herself off and giving Zacharie a soft smile before looking back over to the little Pokemon.
Norther's eyes widened a little, looking back at Zacharie, looking somewhat surprised she pointed to herself. "Talk to her?" This was followed with a tilt of her head as if she wasn't really sure what she would say to the pokemon.
Rosie smiled again, reaching a hand up to touch Northern's head gently, "She's probably just really scared, she looks like she's hurt, and Flebebe need a flower to be healthy..." stepping back over and very carefully crouching back down over the pile that the pokemon was hiding under "... its not a good season for flowers though."

His confusion didn't surprise her, especially when she knew that humans and Pokemon communicated with each other through talking. she knew that, that wasn't to say she understood it completely. Words were just so incomplete, she didn't understand how anyone could fully understand with just words. They always seemed to manage it though... It made her kind of jealous.
Whatever energy the Flebebe seemed to have had, that last attack had certainly spent all of it. Rosie could still see the tiny pokemon's breathing, but it was heavy and uneven. Rosie wasn't sure what she should do with it, she wasn't sure if the pokemon was conscious or not, she didn't want to stress it out by picking it up, but she couldn't just leave it there.
As Zacharie spoke, Rosie looked back over at him, wide blue eyes blinking a couple of times as he shuffled out a book about flowers from his bag. Rosie herself knew a little about flowers, but that expertise usually lied with Hattie, who took care of the gardens year round in the summer and in the winter green house. Rosie wouldn't know what to look for in this time of year and where. "With any luck any of those will work. Ideally we need to get her to a Pokemon center, but the nearest one is pretty far away, I would like to make the trip for her as stress free as we can make it." Rosie looked from the book that Zacharie pulled out, then up to him "I can leave some of my pokemon here to watch her while we go look for a flower."

Pressing against her knees to help her stand, Rosie moved her hand to her own belt, pulling out three pink pokeballs. "Oh wonderful, the more eyes the better." She smiled, tossing the balls she had pulled to release three pokemon onto the ground. the first a glistening brown and pink Lopunny, tossing her ears behind her and giving the two humans a sideways glance, a Raichu with pink hearts on her cheeks and bright eyes, and last a towering pink Pidgeot.
"Pop, Kiss, Perdy, there is a little pokemon here who needs to be looked after while Zachaire and I go look for a flower so we can take her to the center." Rosie explained, allowing the pokemon to peer over at the tiny Flebebe, Kiss especially looked delighted at the adorable size of the pokemon. "We won't be long." the trainer reassured, shifting her stance to face Zacharie and his pokemon, eyebrows arching with a soft nod. "Okay, lets go."
