The Kech Marah, which literally translates to Rulers of the East, are a new and powerful organization created by the rightful Emperor, Shinsei Karnata, to realize his goal of manifesting the Nine Saigon, which he and his agents will use to conquer and rule the known world and beyond. Entry to this organization is a closely guarded secret, and the only way out is death.
