Edward would be flying the the air above the building, a few blocks distance away, in clear sight with his shirt off, wings flapping slowly behind him. He had the wind, water, and earth elementals on currently, and his tattoos were all over his body, ready to be used at any time.

Rosaline entered the arena already sensing where her opponent was. However she seemed to enter away from her opponent a little ways. She would see if this opponent would seek her out.

Passives:
• Shadow clones and elemental clones are able to be created for 10cp, so long as the Clone technique is A-ranked or Lower. Techniques used BY the clones still cost the normal chakra and techniques used ON the clones still cost the normal chakra. The User can only summon up to 3 Clones per post with this passive, up to a maximum of 9 Clones.

• Forbidden and Universal jutsu do not count towards your Classes maximum number of ninjutsu/Genjutsu, and Learning these jutsu takes 25% less time (Rounded up in posts)

• Due to the Versatility of the Clan, Depending on the Class chosen, the Sarutobi clansmen gains the following passive:

Ninjutsu - Access to their Third Element at Genin.

• Clan members have incredibly powerful spiritual energies, granting them a Flat 5cp Regen per post (this increases to 10cp at Sanin and Higher). This Bonus doesn't apply during posts that chakra is spent by the Real user. (Chakra spent by Clones do not apply to this bonus).

• A God's Example
Those of the Rinnegan bloodline have such control of gravity that they can alter the weight of their bodies at will. This allows them to shift stats from either strength or speed into the other (up to a cap of 2) This can be done at any point in the battle and without any cost in chakra, however, it cannot be done quickly, requiring a 2 post break between uses of this passive. As these are base stat changes, they are unaffected by the stat cap each class receives.

• Distance Yourself
For no chakra at all, those of the Rinnegan can relocate Jutsu of their rank of lower by shifting it's location. Not like the shinra tensei's full push, but like, a small nudge, knocking it just past them. This can only be done once every five posts.

• Rinnegan wielders have a very, very in-depth sense of perception, similar to the Sharingan. They possess great foresight and can sense chakra, see chakra, feel muscle movements, etc. This chakra sensing is akin to the ability to sense the vibrations of movement; to feel every movement and its location, and to sense its effects on the terrain, the wind, the ground. You can accurately pinpoint the location of the enemy and their movements with this, especially if they have a large amount of chakra. The larger their chakra is, the better you'll be at sensing their movements. Someone with 400+ chakra could be sensed from miles away.

• Rinnegan Techniques are strengthened by one rank and the use of handseals have been simplified to hand gestures (i.e. closing the hand, opening the palm, clasping hands, etc.)

• Rinnegan techniques cost 25% less chakra if they're the only techniques perform in that post.

• Use of the Rinnegan's Gravity Control allows for the user's body to become near weightless, allowing gliding and even flight. Because of this, the user gets +2 that can be allocated to either stat. If the cap needs to be passed, it can.

• Is able to produce an unlimited amount of rods, which can also be used to track shinobi who are in possession of one of the rods.

Eddy would laugh maniacally in the air, flying around in a circle in the air. Unable to sense his opponent he wou;d quickly become bored of waiting on them to show up. His bersrk mode would activate suddenly, and with that came all of the passive things of the jyuugo activating. Following that, he would fly higher up that even the top of the empire state building in the clear skies, screaming out his maniacal laughter and making his presence nowhere near secretive. "If you won't come out, i'll erase your hiding spots!" He'd challenge loud enough that any and all could hear him. He opened up mouth and fired a huge blast straight down, at basically the full speed and power of a bijuudama. It would impact the ground next to the empire state building and explode, leveling not just that building, but the entire area all around.

Rosaline would be on the ground floor when her opponent activated his technique. She has already sensed it coming and so split into two separate people. The first one one would use the hidden mist jutsu to hide themselves from their enemy as the second one used the technique to deflect. She would also create three shadow clones needing no handseals and less chakra. Then when done she would move away from the spot in which she was to another location and raise her hands up to the sky. Not like her opponent could see her or anything. The clones would spread out in different areas raising their hands up just like the original. Of course they weren't actually using anything but the opponent if he could some how find Rosaline without sight or hearing see as none of them made a sound and the mist distorting the sound. He would have to find the correct ones. After all they all had the same scent and he couldn't see anything through the Mist.

Then the second one used Shinra Tensei to deflect the attack completely another way saving both of them. Once the Mist was activated, creating shadow clones was next and so she did that. Then she guarded one of the first Rosaline's clones. The clones the second Rosaline had made spread out and paired up guarding those with their hands up. The chances of the opponent even finding anyone was slim but on the chance he some how ran into one of the pairs, good chance it wouldn't be the right one. The opponent would only be able to see three feet in front of himself. Both Rosaline's could still sense him, if he got to close she would fire a jutsu at him that he would never see coming or even hear.
