                      Background Info: Yumi Uchiha was the son of both a prostitute and Hanzo Uchiha. The man, upon birth took Yumi as his own so the child would not have to suffer what the mother suffered through. He took him under his tutelage where Yumi grew powerful quickly; specifically when his father at the time was the Hokage. His Genin year, came to no full excitement other than the Chuunin exams where he showed the power of the Sharingan and the Leaf village to the nations through his Taijutsu and Genjutsu taught by his father.

                      A Chuunin year, Yumi gained his full tomoe and control of his Sharingan and also gained power as a Sage of Demons when he proved his worth to the previous Sage. But despite the years of being Chuunin, it was interrupted by something that had helped awaken his Mangekyou. When Yumi went to go and train with his elder step-brother who he assumed was going to help him out, Yumi was attempted to be killed by him. Where, he did his best to combat and fight his brother who if it was not for his father coming, would have died hat day. Ever since then, Yumi had a true burrowed hatred towards him.

                      His Jounin year, was no easy feat. He gained it shortly after recovering from his battle against Tadashi, where Yumi was tested once more to see and perform his combat skills for the new Hokage. Sadly, after his father saved Yumi, he had disappeared and was not to be seen for quite some time. But Yumi's fame had grown. Showing that hew as able shinobi after time that would prove to be quite a huge threat to anyone that dared to attack the village of Konoha. He even, created a specialized operation force within Konoha called "The Will of Fire". An organization that would be the last to remain should Konoha be invaded as well as the organization that does what the ANBU cannot. They were to be the highest form of warriors within the village. Except sadly, he gained the news of his father's death after a battle with the Mizukage at that time. It wounded Yumi beyond repair, and he gave his father a burial next to his mother in at his home. Letting him rest in peace finally in his life.

                      His Sannin year, was Yumi's greatest time. First, his childhood and best friend gained the throne of Hokage. He also, heard that one of his other childhood friends gain a prestigious position at another place. Yumi himself didn't not gain such prestigious title. Sensei... Leader... And husband. True, the Uchiha took the leap to eternal love. He met Akane at first platonically. Remembering her on the field of battle they were friends from afar. But that changed when she requested Yumi to help her out with her house. Every other visit brought them closer and had Yumi look at her ever so differently. To where, he'd request to take her out for dinner. Coffee. Rather anything to be graced with her presence. Such presence brought about a relation between them. One that signified when Yumi was about to leave home after working her apartment and bumped into her just as he was about to leave. Their eyes and soul connected as soon as their bodies that night. Which brought about a relationship that seemed like fantasy. Perfection. Wondrous. And finally an eternal bond.

                        • Katon: Shuriken no Jutsu (Fire Release: Shuriken Technique)
                        A relatively basic katon, this one uses chakra to coat a metal shuriken or a kunai with fire. It is done so that the user first throws the shuriken, then exhales from his or her mouth a small flame that ignites the chakra-coated projectile. If the attack succeeds, not only will your opponent be hurt by the shuriken or kunai, but he will also suffer from burns.
                        Note: Only one projectile at a time.
                        • Katon: Fukumen no Jutsu (Fire Release: Veil Technique)
                        A stall technique which really only helps genins in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katons. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinities. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.
                        • Boiling Point
                        Gathering chakra around themselves the ninja will begin to sweat if they haven't already during the course of the battle. They will then compress their sweat into layers using their Katon chakra to increase the temperature of the sweat bringing it to boiling point very rapidly. On command the jutsu will be released and torrents of boiling steam will explode outwards knocking back taijutsu and thrown weapons along with blocking most jutsu. The exception is Raiton which just flows through the superheated steam with ease.

                        • Katon Housenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique)
                        Description: A jutsu that sends multiple blasts of fire from the mouth, usually with one target in mind. Shurikens can also be hidden inside the flames, creating an element of surprise.

                        • Katon: Hidoko no Jutsu (Fire Release: Bed of Fire Technique)
                        Description: Defensive or offensive, this just is simple enough to have many uses. Heaving a mighty breath, a shinobi will spew an oily substance in front or even around them. It will rush forth like liquid and ignite as soon as the user wills it. The effect is obvious enough, resulting in a carpet of flame in whatever manner the user provided. It could be in a cone laid out in front of them as an opponent is rushing forth, or it could be scattered across a weapon.
                        • Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique)
                        Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
                        Note: Genin can use the technique for up to two posts, Chuunin for three, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.
                        • Katon: San (Fire Release: Three)
                        Description: At this stage of learning, users of this technique are expected to be quite adept at controlling the flow of chakra in their body. It is by this that they are now able to both create ample amounts of chakra and distribute to both hands (still only two fingers per hand). The actual heat effect of this technique, though, still hasn’t changed much from Katon: Ni. Also, awkwardly enough, the user is still unable to have the technique travel throughout one whole hand.
                        • Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Sphere Technique)
                        Description: Quite different from the other various other Katons in Leaf’s arsenal, this one instead is a defensive jutsu. Quite easy to learn, it is also performed much differently from other jutsus. Using the body as a heat source, the user molds chakra to amplify it and make it entirely visible. Then the user expands it, using more chakra, and takes on a red, spherical shape. This shield is used as a defense against both ninjutsus and taijutsus. It isn’t very powerful, though, and can only parry at most one technique before deactivating. A drawback to this jutsu, though, is based on the body’s temperature. If the user performs this technique late in a fight they risk fainting due to both a drastic change in body temperature and already stressed body levels.
                        Note: The user must remain still while using this technique.
                        • Katon: Shi (Fire Release: Four)
                        Description: Much unchanged from Katon: San, the most noticeable change here is the strength of the heat effect set off by the user’s fingers. Now able to melt through various objects of higher density than glass (not including metals), the only drawback is that this intensity is only attainable through one hand at the moment. One could compare the effect of this technique to being stabbed with a searing hot kunai. Essentially, this is just a much more combat effective version of Katon: Ni.
                        Note: This technique cannot be stacked with Katon: San wherein both hands can be used at the same time with one hand stronger than the other.
                        • Katon: Taika no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fireproof Technique)
                        Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a natural resilience to flame and has come to know the pros and cons of their own techniques. With this knowledge in hand, they are able to not only guard themselves against fire and high temperatures but also anything around them. Expelling chakra at a constant rate, it acts a shield or buffer against all forms of heat, completely preventing them from harm. But by freely imparting this chakra onto a person or thing, they are able to pass on that very same shield. There are, however, limitations.
                        Note: The use of this technique lessens fire jutsu of the users rank and lower to cause -1 rank less in damage, and does the same to whoever the user passes it on to.

                        • Katon: Ketatamashi Makai (Fire Release: Piercing Hellstrike)
                        Description: By using both hands instead of just one, the user can turn a Katon: Housenka no Jutsu into a thin compressed spear of heat and flame. The user then grabs the spear from his mouth and hurdles it towards the opponent, hopefully impaling it through their body. Even if it misses, this spear will cause the opponent to lose their breath because of the heat, and may cause 2nd degree burns and dehydration. This will also evaporate any water it comes within 2 feet of.
                        • Katon: Neshou Bunshin (Fire Release: Burning Clone)
                        Description: Welling chakra up, the user releases it into the air around them after a series of hand-seals. This creates clones of fire, disguised to look exactly like the user. The clones have the user’s stats. When destroyed, the clones burst into flame, capable of creating first degree burns and lighting clothing/leaves/paper/etc on fire.
                        • Haisekishou (Burning Ash Accumulation)
                        Description: Haisekishou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the needed handseals, Asuma will expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when Asuma clicks his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.

                        • Moushou Kaseiken (Fierce Flame Fist)
                        Description: A fabled level of mastery, this version of the Kaseiken almost completely revolutionizes the previous. Rather than flames wrapping around a users fist, the fire instead engulfs the user completely and generally makes the user look imposing, even demonic. But these flames are much more than show. Now that the flame that was previously surrounding only the fist is available in such large amounts through the entire body, the destruction of the attack is also multiplied five-fold. However, this is a make or break technique. At this stage of mastery, the explosion itself can be controlled enough so that the user is not harmed, but the amount of chakra it takes to both control and create such force immediately user to fight at his limits.

                      • Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
                      Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
                      • Raiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Static Force)
                      Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearbye things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.
                      • Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
                      Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

                      • Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
                      Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.
                      • Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous)
                      Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.

                      • Rensa Raikou no Jutsu (Chain Lightning Technique)
                      Description: A useful technique generally used in an attempt to take out a group of enemies by surprise. Forming electricity into both hands the Cloud Nin launches a continuous stream of Lightning at one opponent, if the technique hits one person it immediately launches itself at the next non-friendly person in range. The lightning chain specifically targets water that is found in the body, so bunshins are generally left untouched unless it's a Water Bunshin. The original number of targets this jutsu can initially hit is three.
                      • Inbikiri Seeji no Jutsu (Lightning Sage Technique)
                      Description: The user must maintain concentration for a minute (1 post) as user concentrates on sending electricity through their own muscles thus stimulating themselves to become stronger, faster and more flexible; this raises your base stats by +1/+1 beyond the cap.
                      Lasts for an entire fight before needing to be recharged.

                      • Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique)
                      Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. This creates a confusion among the opponent(s) while creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Kawarimi is useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.
                      • Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
                      Description: A user of this skill will have the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can often be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distorted form of anything ( No such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge will be dispelled when the user would be touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

                      • Aerial dodge
                      Description: This is a very basic in air maneuver. After focusing chakra into their feet in mid-air, the user will suddenly release it and spin-off to one side 5 ft (10 for genin, 15 for Chuunin, 20 for Jounin), which allows them to dodge an attack in mid-air. this technique is extremely useful when up against straight-forward techniques such as the Great Fire Ball and Water Dragon jutsu.
                      • Nin Shiki Kaado (Secret Information Cards)
                      Description: A technique which conceals information of an individual on a card. The information burned on the cards with chakra and can only be revealed by the user's chakra. Of course, this technique can also be used to store information on a different object and hide it, like a wall, a door, or scroll. This technique cannot be used to burn information to a card that your character does not actually know, or has known at some point in his or her life. In other words, if your character is to put information on a card about a shinobi, then that character must have met this other shinobi (or studied him through some other means), and learned from him exactly what it is the other shinobi can do before that information can be put in the cards

                      • Sparking Fireball: Hibana Hassha Suru No Jutsu
                      Rank: Chuunin/ Jounin
                      the user does the ordinary fireball technique but instead powers its up with lightning chakra so that it creates a blinding light around the actual attack. electricity sparks in a gyro motion around the said fireballs. It takes two chuunin to perform this jutsu or one jounin.
                      • Hikuhiku Eda no Jutsu (Twitching Limb Technique)
                      Description: An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his hand, making the chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.

                      • Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)
                      Description: This technique originated in the Sand and was actually utilized by the Suna shinobi Yashamaru in a failed assassination attempt. By focusing chakra into projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken, the ninja can make those weapons hover in the air before sending them at his target with the same force he usually uses to manually throw them. Conceivably, the shinobi would be able to attack his enemy with much more ammo then he can hold in his hands. The hover effect can last up to three posts.
                      • Blinding Blast: Kuramasu Bakuhatsu No Jutsu
                      Rank: Jounin
                      After making the handsigns and slapping ones hands against the ground. A blinding blast of electricity which surrounds the actualy fire blast explodes outward blinding enemies then following up immediatly with an explosion of fire. making this jutus extremely dangerous for the obvious effect of blinding followed abruptly with a fire blast. The blast originates from the user, causing them no harm in the process.
                      • Chidori
                      This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, increasing their speed for the duration of this attack by 1. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

                      Description: A technique created by Yumi Uchiha for covert operations. This specific techniques takes the Academy leveled technique to an entirely different level. Unlike the regular Henge, this particular technique does fall after the user gets struck. It would take substantial damage ( A-rank or greater) level attack, to diffuse the "transformation".

                      This is caused by the user firing off different Tenkensetsu points within their chakra system periodically. Every once in a while, an assortment of Tekensetsu point will fire off and keep the illusion standing in addition to making an individual with ocular or chakra sensory abilities confused. Due to the chakra being changed, the original look of the user's chakra system will be ever changing. Bringing any recognition, exceptionally difficult if not impossible.

                      Note: Although the technique will mask the user's chakra signature, it does not mask that they have a technique being utilized.
                      Note 2: This technique does not mask any damage from being taken. It is solely utilized for advanced covert abilities.

                      Using the copy and counter features of the Sharingan, the wielder may not only cancel a genjutsu they are under, but may even turn it on their opponents, leaving them trapped in their own illusion.

                      • Tsukiyomi A-Rank
                      A powerful genjutsu used by the Sharingan wielders to achieve amazing results. If the opponent makes eye contact, they will be locked in an illusionary world; one that the Sharingan wielder controls. In this world, the opponent is at the total mercy of Sharingan user, as they are able to submit the opponent to any form of torture they can imagine for what seems like 72 hours, though this is really only a few seconds in real time. This genjutsu is incredibly hard to break without an outside force acting upon the victim. Although, a high ranked Sharingan user may break from this jutsu quite easily. This jutsu lasts for up to 3 posts, with each post acting as 1 duration of 24 hours.

                      • Amaterasu S-Rank
                      Amaturasu is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks. This move may only be used twice per a fight with a 5 post cool down between each usage.

                      This jutsu is an off-shoot of the Amaterasu jutsu. Instead of being used for offensive purposes, this is used as a shield capable of blocking any move, devouring it before it hits the user.

                      Hayabusa Otoshi (Peregrine Falcon Drop)
                      Description: While at an elevated position, the user will grab their opponent from behind. Firmly locking them self to their back, they will lock their ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back pile driver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

                      Konoha Kage Buyou (Leaf Shadow Dance)
                      Description: Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest.

                      Konoha Reppuu (Leaf Violent Wind)
                      Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user moves low to the ground and spinning kicks to sweep the opponent off their feet.

                      Konoha Senpuu (Leaf Whirlwind)
                      Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user charges at their target and spins their body to do a flying round house kick on those opponents within range of attack.

                      Sennen Goroshi (One Thousand Years of Death)
                      Description: Though it is called "Leaf's Ancient Supreme Technique", Sennen Goroshi serves more as an insulting shock technique rather than a skilled Taijutsu technique. The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.

                      Description: Like the normal Senpuu, the uses their quickness and agility to deliver a series powerful spinning kicks to their opponent.

                      Konoha Shoufuu (Leaf Rising Wind)
                      Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user with do a swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon the opponent is wielding.

                      Shishi Rendan (Lion Combo)
                      Description: The user first performs Konoha Kage Buyou to maneuver their opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If they are unable to make a clean strike, they will strike anyway as a feint, to draw the target's attention and defense to one area. He can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to the opponent's chest.

                      Description: The user first uses Kage Bunshin to create several clones. These clones and the user launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, laying their heels into the target's shoulders and head.

                      Bunshin Taiatari (Clone Ramming Suicide Attack)
                      Description: The user first uses Kage Bunshin to create several clones. These clones launch themselves at the opponent. Another clone will launched the real user at the target. This fast speed allows the user to get in closer.

                      Gouwan (Strong Arm)
                      Description: The user will first build up a high amount of chakra to their fist and then release it in an instant creating powerful strikes.

                      Konoha Dai Senkou (Leaf Great Light Rotation)
                      Description: After charging their opponent, the user will unleash a powerful kick which will spin the opponent away.

                      Tsuuten Kyaku (Bruising Sky Leg)
                      Description: Using monstrous strength, the user will raise their leg in a high arc and bring it thundering down causing massive damage to whatever it impacts. If one of the kicks or strikes were to connect, they would kill a normal ninja.

                      Asakujaku (Morning Peacock)
                      Description: The user first opens the sixth Celestial Gate Keimon, which gives him access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, they will approach their opponent in a distinctive stance. When near enough, the user will kick their opponent and launch them into the air. They will then strike them multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan to develop. The opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura.

This justu can olny be used in a near death state, and causes the user to fall into a coma for the next 72 hours. The user can force them self themself into a near death state with self mutalation, once doing this the user make a long string of hand signs finishing by reaching into their own chest and pumping thier heart with their hand this is very difficult to do and can result in death the user will take a chance everytime. Roll a 5 sided dice if it rolls 1 the user dies. The user once doing this pumps his own heart with a mass amount of Charka boosting it power to pump blood, and powers the cell into the user body to regenarate at an alarming rate for the next 2 posts, healing the chest wound instantly after the user pulls out their hand, Chakra is now directly flowing though out their whole body causing it to become much stornger the muscle expand and compact the user soon burns all fat cells in their body turning them into pure muscle, next dead cells are converted into oxygen causing blood to flow even faster, as this is happening the marrow in their body is tripled in production and conpacted making the bones as strong as steel. The user skin now also seams to thicken by 1/4 of an inch and coated with chakra, nest the user may open gates to cause the effects of this jutsu to multiply the user even may open the final gate without the consqunce of death but if the 8th gate is opened the user will be asleep for even longer now about 2 weeks with another chance at death, roll a dice 1-5 if a 1 or 5 is rolled the user dies automaticly. This jutsu total effect can last up to 15 posts but at 10 posts the user has antoehr chance at death. Roll dice 1-5 is 3 the user dies. if not the effect last the full 15 posts.

                      Description: Developed by Yumi Uchiha, the Ryukei Qigong Tashinko takes on the training he got from the Strong Fist and the Mirror Image Taijutsu Style; plus a the little old styles that are known as retro in the shinobi world today. Developing the strength and destructive power of the Strong Fist with the quickness and somewhat 'Chi' oriented Mirror Image Style, this technique was developed.

                      This technique is the greatest of Yumi's creations due to the depth that the technique holds. It is a technique which uses the users chakra and a strong mental mind to project their chakra to be something like an invisible force to strike down their opponent. This is achieved by collecting the rotational force of one's motion until it forms unto a needle, forged by their own ki (Chakra). It will take one full post of complete concentration to bring forth this fine bit of chakra delicacy when the user is below that of a Jounin, but by the time they reach an experienced Jounin level, they will be able to utilize the technique at ease. But they still will have to keep a focused mind and be stationary before releasing the technique. Meaning it is best to get in close and utilize the strike if one wishes to utilize it without taking a moment of preparation.

                      At the point after collecting the required 'Chi', the collected atmospheric force (Chakra) would then be directed from the circular motion ( The regular flow of the chakra system within the body) into a straight line (via punch), where it is sent barreling into the target. Or in other words, the user will be able to strike their opponent through a wall without putting damage to the wall, yet hit their target with the equivalent strength that the user has.

                      Training

                      * Training for the Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō, is difficult as the technique proves to be extremely hard even though it is one move. It takes meditation and constant training of projecting one's chakra to be able to utilize it perfectly in a combat situation. The training is thought up by Yumi who created it. Placing ten pots tied to a string by the handle and then hung off a tree limb, they will represent how far you have before the technique is complete. Basically, hitting only one pot being beginner and hitting all ten and breaking the tree that holds the pots is mastery.

                      -At Academy level, the user will have to do 3 Posts of mental training and focusing their chakra to be as fine as a needle before even learning the punch. After which, the physical portion of the technique comes into play. Where they will then strike at the first pot, after focusing, and see if they can hit the second pot behind it. So in essence, they are not actually making physical contact with the post at all... It is purely the focus of their chakra, their strength and mental prowess. 10 Posts to master this level

                      *Upon Completion: The Academy student will notice a little change in their chakra control. They will also be able to hit just inches from their target and the punch be felt at a mediocre level and would be nothing more than a small slap to an opponent. As one can tell, it is basically useless to utilize at his level but the concept of it is still within the learner. Unfortunately, they will not be able to hit through any objects.

                      -At Genin level things begin to get a little harder. They now, will have to hit through the first one without touching it, and hit the other third pots behind it. This height of technique causes for more mental training and chakra control focus keeping that fine point solid. (4 Posts) Upon training, they will have to focus on hitting the third pot utilizing the same method of not putting actual contact upon the target. 10 Posts

                      *Upon completion of the technique: The trainee of the technique will start to notice a bigger difference than before on their chakra control. They will have an easier time on learning techniques that require chakra as well as having a better time using this in combat. Though, to utilize it, they will have to focus un-disturbed for one post before releasing the strike. Upon striking the opponent with the technique, they will be able to hit their opponent with less than half the strength of their own strength. They will be able to punch through very thin things utilizing the technique but it will be nothing more than a nuisance as the strike will feel like nothing more than gingerly pressurized air.

                      - At Chuunin rank the trainee is now truly understanding the aspect of this technique. With their more experienced bodies and more extensive chakra, they can push their bodies to further limits as they learn to strike through Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō. Training at this level, they are required to punch through 5 or more pots. But before they can, they still will have to meditate, extend their ability to control chakra within themselves as well as extent their mental prowess. 5 Posts After getting a better sense of control and extending their mental capacity through meditation, they are now ready for the physical portion of the training. Where they will have to strike at the fifth pot without hitting the first pot. 10 Posts
                      -Special Note: To be able to hit through the other ten pots, they will have to post 5 more times. Each additional 5 posts will mean the strength of their 'Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō' will get more and more phenomenal. Meaning that though you can skip and stay with only hitting 5 pots and move to the next stage, your strength through 'Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō' will be nothing to a user who can hit through 10 pots. Extra work indeed gives more incentives.

                      *Upon Completion: The user has now a great deal of chakra control. They also possibly have more depth to their thought process as they are no longer children, have experience underneath their belts, and are definitely or in tune to thinking at a higher level now that they have meditated for so long. Depending on what level the trainee has stopped on, the power of their Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō at this level varies. A 5 pot user will have half of their strength if they physically punched the person being felt, while a ten pot user will have a little more than half their strength being felt. They will also be able to punch through very thin walls and hit their opponents with the power of a Taijutsu-based Genin.

                      - At Jounin level, the trainee's are no longer babied. They know what they must do to achieve higher levels of the move and know exactly how to do it. First, is meditation. (5 Posts) Then the punching of the pots which is much more difficult for now they will have to punch through all ten pots and hit the tree with the force of their punch. This will be a test to see if they should move on to the final stage or not, and actually learn the power of 'Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō'. Depending on their training from the previous stage, they will determine how long they will have to post. For example, to learn this it is 10 Posts to gain this stage completion. But for every pot the user did not complete in the previous post, they gain an additional post.

                      -Upon Completion of this Stage: At this stage the user has exceptional control with their chakra. Being a Jounin and wielding this technique at this stage provides relative ease with techniques that exhibit chakra. They will now be able to start baring the fruit of their training. The user, depending on how many pots they did during their Chuunin years, will be able to now launch their opponent with just about all of their strength if the fist connected. To the users that trained to hit all the pots previously, they will now be granted the ability to hit through walls and strike their opponents with the strength of a Taijutsu-based Chuunin.

                      - Sannin; the level where mastery is always found. This will be were the user is able to utilize 'Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō' at their will. They will be able to strike and hit their opponent with relative ease at a distance if they can get this technique underway. First, like always, takes the meditation portion of their learning before they can claim to know his masterpiece of manipulating Chi, Chakra, and the user of a solid mind. ( 5 Posts ) After which, once again comes the physical portion of the technique. Where the user, if they are a Taijutsu-user, should be able to make the tree they have trained on basically explode from the force. By performing their strike towards the first pot, the user should hit the tree behind it with full power; as if the strike was hit by their own fist. But one still has to train to bare the final fruit of their troubles. 10 Posts Again, those that choose to skip out and take the easy route earlier, will have to make additional posts to learn the technique.

                      -Upon Completion: At this stage, you have mastered 'Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō' . The strength you now yield through this technique will enable you to strike your opponent from a distance yet have them feel your true strength as if it actually connecting against them. By now, if you strike through a solid object, your punch will hit your opponent with no decreased strength level unless you chose to skip out on the full training earlier. Also, the completion of this technique gives one last nasty ability. Being that you are projection your chakra and 'chi' after concentrating it in a fine point before release, if used in extreme close distances the strike can be lethal. By focusing on punching through the opponent, if able to use in close quarters, the user will be able to use the technique on hitting the opponents inner organs; exposing the organs or the insides to being struck as if their insides were exposed and they got hit by the users full strength.

                      Special Note: Needle cannot penetrate chakra-based defenses, unless there is a one to two rank difference between the defenses. i.e Needle being S-ranked > A/B ranked chakra-based defense. Can never penetrate an S-ranked defense.

                      Background Info: Rose has a story, like many in the shinobi world, in where you rise from the top from being at the bottom. Weapons that were feared not only because of the legendary metal within them, but because of the strength of the user that wielded them. Zhang, in all his pretentious glory, would often visit a escort who at times... performed in a brothel. It was a woman he was in love with, but because of the social standards he had to keep his honor and would not engage in the woman outside of those walls. At least, until after one night of fiery passion, procured life. Life, that made Zhang re-evaluate keeping his glory and respect, while a woman he loved held a child that was of his own creation; how can he act honorable, when he can't even act honorable before his family? Putting his pride and honor aside, he took the ridicule of the 'unholy' matrimony and brought their love life to surface. Using the funds he gained throughout his years of service, which unfortunately was cut once the knowledge of who his wife was, and purchased a home for his family. This wasn't all that bad... Celeste halted from being a brothel woman, and became a teacher in etiquette, tea ceremonies, ballet , and a opened up a studio for rather high classed performances despite the history of the owner; adding to her share of the money that had been so severely depleted after their love came to surface. One may curse her past but they could not curse her shows, which were deemed nothing less than a work of art.                         • Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
                        Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
                        • Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique)
                        Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.
                        Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. It cannot be used to flee.
                        • Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
                        Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
                        •Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)
                        Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.

                        • Raiton: Raikou Arashi no Yobigoe (Lightning Release: Thunderstorm Summoning)
                        Rank: Chunin
                        Requirements: Lightning + Water, 2 People
                        This jutsu requires two people to use. One user gathers electrical energy between their hands, while the other at the same time gathering water vapor in the air to form clouds. The user then sends the gathered lightning chakra into the air where the vapor collected, creating dark clouds and causing a raging thunderstorm with lightning, thunder, and rain. If used by one person it takes two posts to set up. One to gather the water vapor in the air, and a second post to gather the lightning chakra and send it in the air. This jutsu is mainly used as a set up for other jutsu that need more water or need more lightning.
                        • Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique)
                        Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
                        • Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor)
                        Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact.
                        • Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique)
                        Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.
                        • Kumo Tate no Jutsu (Cloud Shield Technique)
                        Description: After flashing a series of hand seals the shinobi uses chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him into a thick, chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud. These barrier blocks particular weapon attacks that are coming straight ahead, and will also block ninjutsu-based projectiles that are at the same power as the shield.

                        Description: Developed by Rose Liang, to those shinobi who take greater pride in creating jutsu's that are team based, this particular technique is perfect for those that have the Raiton element. When a group of Raiton elementalist come together, by placing either their weapons (i.e sword, kunai, etc ) or hands ontop of each other and emit an equal amount of chakra, the area within the jutsu getting performed gets a blast of electricity that depending on the amount of shinobi present, can get rather lethal. Note: Only one user needs to know the jutsu. They are the catalyst for where the raiton attacks go. )

                        * C-Rank ( 3 Raiton Shinobi Required ) - With the power of three shinobi, the surrounding 10 yard radius will be struck. The struck opponent will have to, for 3 posts, roll PA dice 1-6. If they get 4 or 6 the entire body will face being paralyzed.
                        *B-Rank (4 Raiton Shinobi Required ) - With the power of four shinobi, the surrounding 15 yard radius will be struck by raw Raiton energy. The struck opponent will have to, for 4 posts roll PA dice 1-6. If they get 4 or 6 the entire body will face being paralyzed.
                        *A-Rank (5 Raiton Shinobi Required ) - With the power of five shinobi, the surrounding 20 yard radius will be struck by raw Raiton energy. The struck opponent will have to for 3 posts roll PA dice 1-6. If they get 1, 4, or 6 the entire body will face being paralyzed.
                        *S-Rank ( 6 Raiton shinobi Required ) With the power of six shinobi, the surrounding 25 yard radius will be scorched by raw Raiton energy. The struck opponent will find themselves not only paralyzed but also finding themselves in a heart related issue throughout the remainder of the fight. Until they gain proper medical treatment, upon rolling 1, 4, or 6 they will have a heart tremor that will put their chest through intense pain, make breathing exceptionally difficult, and movements take double the energy required to do them.
                        • Electric Tsunami: Denki Tsunami No Jutsu
                        Rank: Jounin/Kage
                        Just like the tsunami technique except that the front of the enormous wave is charged with lightning making the initial hit from the tsunami twice as dangerous. This technique can be performed by two Jounin or one Kage/sannin
                        • Shina's Touch
                        Description: A move believed to be forever lost in legend, but technically possible had one the ability to manipulate enough electrical chakra to do so. Concentrating enough chakra to just the hand one could place it on the opponent's chest and regulate the heart to beat slower then the human body needs to survive. At first the target doesn't even notice that such a technique has even happened and continues moving like it's nothing, however after a little while the target begins to falter about and then collapses as he feels his entire body coarsing with pain and exhaustion unable to get back up. 2 minutes later the victim falls into a coma and then dies afterwards. Although it has never been performed since the days Shina herself was alive one claims all one needs to do to survive such a slow and painful death is to have Hekirikite no Jutsu performed on the victim, re-regulating the heart to it's proper setting.

                  • (* ) Raiden no Moui (Raiden's Fury)
                  Description: A technique often used for the sake of demolitions purposes, the user flashes a number of seals and finally ends the series with an odd looking seal that auspiciously looks like the seal that the Yamanaka use for their own techniques. The user of this technique now must keep his eyes set on one specific object that he can see through this seal for the next two minutes, if he moves or does anything else but aim during this period the technique is cancelled. After this, the skies suddenly open up, and a huge beam of white lightning strikes where the user was aiming, decimating the target and causing powerful shockwaves to affect the area 500 feet from the point of impact, most likely decimating anything with a foundation. One can generally tell that this technique is occurring by the fact that the skies turn black, thunder begins sounding, and it starts to rain during the time of preparation as well as a sudden increase of heat.

                  • Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
                  Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
                  • Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
                  Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

                  • Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
                  Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
                  • Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab)
                  Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.
                  • Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)
                  Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.

                  • Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
                  Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
                  Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
                  Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
                  Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
                  Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.
                  • Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor)
                  Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time.
                  • Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique)
                  Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.
                  • Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation)
                  Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu
                  Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.
                  • Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken)
                  Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.
                  • Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
                  Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.

                  • Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique)
                  Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.
                  • Suiton: Suise no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Torrent Technique)
                  Description: This technique is somewhat comparable to the Doton Doryuu Taiga, in that the user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed and can carry opponents away with it. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, or the user's Mizu Soujuu is up to the task, the size of the torrent can be quite large. Otherwise, the torrent is smaller and more specific, able to target one opponent or straight line of opponents.
                  • Suiton: Suigadan (Water Release: Water Fang Bullet)
                  Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target, preferably right below it.
                  • (*) Doiru Suiyari no Jutsu (Drilling Water Spears)
                  Description: Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to surprise attack them (though a Mist Shinobi with Mizu Soujuu and enough power and control can use this technique without the water.) Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water comes forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them (in the case of elemental techniques) or deflect them high (in the case of projectiles and weaker taijutsu attacks).

                  • Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique)
                  Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering.

                  • Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
                  Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) become magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make.
                  • Aerial dodge
                  Description: This is a very basic in air maneuver. After focusing chakra into their feet in mid-air, the user will suddenly release it and spin-off to one side 5 ft (10 for genin, 15 for Chuunin, 20 for Jounin), which allows them to dodge an attack in mid-air. this technique is extremely useful when up against straight-forward techniques such as the Great Fire Ball and Water Dragon jutsu.
                  • Chakra Hikari no Jutsu (Chakra Light Technique)
                  Description: This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it can’t harm anyone it’s useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place.

                  • Saihen no Te (Hand of Debris)
                  Description: By manipulating the users chakra around small surrounding objects, once can create a hand attached to the ground for defensive or offensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary; however the largest it can get is 5 feet tall. The hand can not move from the position on the ground, but it can bend and grasp. The main drawback though, is that the hand is only as strong as the materials used to make it, so while a hand made mostly out of stones and pebbles would be hard, a hand made mostly out of leaves would be easily broken.

                  This technique is an improvement of the "Hand of Debris". Now, instead of just a hand sprouting from the foundation, there will be an arm springing forth composed whatever base the started the jutsu from. ( i.e water, concrete, etc.). And the strength and malleability of the arm is based on whatever the arm is composed of.

                  This arm can be used for offensive or defensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary but the length of the arm can go as far as 10 feet in the radius and height in which it was spouted from. It can bend, grasp, slam, and do just about anything that any other arm can do except be more pliant depending on the that which it is composed of. ( X )

                  • Kugutsu no jutsu (puppetry technique)
                  Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.
                  • Kugutsu Hensou (Puppet Disguise)
                  Description Though it only lasts for five posts you may transform your puppet into something just like how the henge jutsu works for the human.
                  If you will turn the puppet into a object like a sword and actually use that "sword" it will feel like the puppet though if the puppet had a sword then it will feel like the puppet.
                  • Kugutsu Fukuwajutsu (Puppet Ventriloquism)
                  Description: This jutsu allows you to use the mouth of the puppet to actually speak, this may be used to confuse your opponent if you are hiding or to hide and deliver a message.
                  • Hitokugutsu no jutsu
                  Description: This technique allows the user to make a puppet which can contain and use chakra. This is done this by making a living human into a puppet. This puppet will maintain the same chakra its original body held when alive. If the original ninja was highly skilled, its puppet can retain these abilities as well. Even the ninja unique body traits will be passed on to its puppet form. Thus you can still use all the original jutsu the ninja once utilized.
                  The human puppets can no longer learn jutsus for they are dead.

                  • Chakra String jutsu
                  Description: Allows the puppeteer to create threads of chakra that may attach to objects. You may use this to guide a SINGLE weapon besides your puppet towards a target.
                  This may also be used as a sort of blunt whip to tie up the opponent.
                  • Bladed chakra string
                  Description: At this point the chakra strings are just sharp enough to cut through wood. These may be used in conjunction with the chakra string jutsu or the kugutsu no jutsu making the strings bladed.
                  At chunnin rank the blade can cut into iron but not through.

                  • Sōen: Hitomi Gokū (Puppet Performance: Skillful Achievement with a Human Body)
                  Description:A puppet performance technique where chakra threads are attached to various spots on a person's body; the head, torso, both arms, and both legs. The person being manipulated gains the ability to not only use their own techniques, but the skills of the puppeteer as well.
                  • Invisible strings
                  Description: By learning to suppress the chakra in the chakra strings you make it invisible. This is useful if you are trying to make a puppet attack from behind or attach your string onto your opponent.
                  The sharingan and Byakugan eye can easily detect this and it only lasts 5 posts.
                  • Sōshūjin (Manipulating Attack Blades)
                  Description: This allows you to thread your chakra strings through several weapons and launch them at your opponent. Not really flashy but it may be useful if your target is fast
                  • Chakra no Tate (Chakra Shield)
                  Description: The puppet's arms will either open up or join together and then chakra will form a shield around this. The blow is sufficient against any jutsu up to the rank of a chunnin.
                  • Senju Soubu (Thousand Hands Manipulation Military Art)
                  Description: After preforming the correct seals the puppeteer extend his/her puppets arm. The arm will form a seal on it and out of that seal more arms will burst out and try to punch or grab the target.

                  • Puppet: Dance of the Kunais
                  Description: First you use Sōshūjin but hide it behind your puppet. Your puppet runs at the enemy and at the last second jumps back letting the enemy take the hit of the kunai. Then the puppet jumps up and hits the enemy from above with what ever weapon it has.
                  • Kugutsu: Wild dance
                  Description: Intentionally dismantelling the puppet into parts you unveil if it has any hidden weapons and these parts are used to strike out at the enemy. The puppet may form and reform at any time during this attack.
                  The bladed strings are useful to create a higher threat.
                  • Kugutsu: Wild dance
                  Description: (i got this from seeing Kankuro fight with parts and my student who uses a puppet which she dismantles)
                  Intentionally dismantelling the puppet into parts you unveil if it has any hidden weapons and these parts are used to strike out at the enemy. The puppet may form and reform at any time during this attack.
                  The bladed strings are useful to create a higher threat.

                  Description: By focusing the chakra into the eyes of the puppet you may temporarily use this to look at the target. Though you may only look through the eyes of a puppet one at a time because multiple views may cause you to have headaches.

                  Description: This technique allows the user to make a puppet which can contain and use chakra. This is done this by making a living human into a puppet.                   • Kanraku Kibun (Sinking Feeling)
                  Description: This makes the mind of the person getting hit think that he or she is stuck in the middle of the sea and is starting to sink and despite their force they continue to do so. The person hit feels rather exhausted afterwards.
                  • Kani Hokou (Crab Walk)
                  Description: A fairly simple jutsu but can ruin many strategies, this switches how the brain works on moving and causes those hit by the genjutsu to walk around like a crab.
                  • Doro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mud Clone Skill)
                  Description: This jutsu creates the illusion of bunshins that try to reassemble themselves after being hit. They are, however, complete illusions incapable of any real action, and are often used to tire down the unsuspecting opponent.

                  • Aranu Atsubottai Kyouatsu no Jutsu (False Heavy Pressure Technique)
                  Description: Using it one can apply a constant heavy pressure from just a touch. Like the thumb that stopped the human tank Shinobi.

                  Description: This genjutsu starts with the ground shaking under your feet. Then all of a sudden you start seeing small fish jump at you. They are very dangerous piranha's once you fall you see yourself in a pool of murky water surrounded by them. They start to eat away at you and when you think you are dead you awaken and the genjutsu stops.
                  • Kioku Fukikesu (Memory Wipe)
                  Description: A spying genjutsu that makes the target forget whatever they saw recently. This may only be used twice on a target and then they become immune to its effects. ( X )

                  Description: Developed by Rose Allamora Liang, he took the legends of what those gifted with the red eyes, and made them into reality. Using the ocular powers, clones ( 3 ) of pure chakra will be created. They hold the same similarity of a "Shadow Clone" except for a key difference:

                  1) The jutsu can create a visual image of the user or that the user knows with an an exact copy of their chakra signature. ( For example, the Ranmaru user utilizes this technique, and creates the clones. As long as that Ranmaru user has seen the chakra pattern of another, they can create a clone to look like them and hold the same chakra pattern which can fool even the Byakugan eye.)

                  Limitations would include:

                  1) The inability to perform any techniques outside of what the user knows.

                  2) Can only have at maximum, three clones at a time. Any more, puts too much strain on the eye.

                  Description: This drops a person in the middle of an ocean. And leaves them feeling stranded entirely alone. There are no terrors in this ocean though, except for the fact that you see nothing but water for miles around.

                  Description: "Oculus" utilizes the powerful illusionary powers of the Ranmaru's Eyes to create a powerful, misguided illusion against the offending opponent. Initiated by touch, triggered by hand-seal (Snake), the user creates a powerful illusion to all portions of the brain. Essentially, the user creates an environmental image where the opponent's team mates turn into enemies, and the enemies turn into team mates.

                  [i.e] Rose is combating Jack and Jill. He places the illusion on Jill and Jack gains the all the characteristics of Rose, and Rose gains all the characteristics of Jack. [ Vocal patterns, voice pitch, looks, etc. all transfers. ]

                  What makes this technique so vicious is that due to the illusion being an ongoing technique, the illusion will make any reference that they may be in an illusion erased.

                  [i.e] Jack utilizes a technique that a puppet users, such as Rose, would not be able to do, thereby possibly triggering to Jill who her team mate really is.But within the illusion, Rose would make the technique "fit". Or in other words, the technique Jack made would be flipped to be coming out of a puppet or something that would fit his abilities.

                  • Shindan (Diagnosis)
                  Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.
                  • Kiyomaru (Cleanse)
                  Description: It is not always possible for a medical-nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.
                  • Shiatsu (Massage)
                  Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical-nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.
                  • Teikouryoku (Power of Resistance)
                  Description: A medical-nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical-nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical-nin. This technique improves as the medical-nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons.
                  • Tekishutsu (Extraction)
                  Description: When a patient’s body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical-nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

                  • Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor)
                  Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all medical-nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.
                  • Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique)
                  Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. This is the more advanced level of Chiyute no Jutsu, used by Chuunin and is required to advance to level five. A Chuunin has learned to use Chiyute no Jutsu with greater control and efficiency and it is now possible to treat deep serious injuries that might otherwise result in death from bleeding.
                  • Summon Medical Tools
                  Requirements: Scroll
                  Description: This technique allows a medical-nin to summon some of the tools of their trade. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking ninja can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation.
                  • Zesshi Nensan (Fanged Tongue Acid)
                  Description: A very corrosive acid which is expelled from the mouth. It is capable of being projected far distances, with the strength to even dissolve rocks. However, being as acidic as it is, it must be spat very cautiously from the mouth, making it a very slow attack that will not succeed unless your opponent's speed is hindered.
                  •Ondochousetsu (Temperature Control)
                  Description: Normal body temperature can be disrupted for one reason or another and this technique is used to restore it. It can be used to treat abnormally high or low body temperatures either by using chakra to infuse the patients body with heat or by using chakra to siphon off excess heat. It is not required for the medical-nin to continue to use this technique in order for it to be effective but unless the cause of the abnormal body temperature is solved then it will occur again over time.
                  • Chakra no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel)
                  Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill.
                  • Souzou Dokubutsu (Poison Creation)
                  Requirements: Summon Medical Tools
                  Description: Just as there are many naturally occurring substances that can be combined in order to heal, there are many naturally occurring substances that can be used to harm. Using their knowledge of plants and minerals a medical-nin is able to mix together a variety of drugs and poisons that can range from disabling to deadly. It is not always the case however that it is used to harm. This skill is required to create anesthetics and other drugs required to treat patients. Chuunin are able to create poisons that can be ingested or used to coat sharp objects but more advanced poisons such as skin contact poisons require a Jounin.
                  • Chishio Tensou no Jutsu (Blood Transfusion Skill)
                  Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical-nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical-nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical-nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue.

                  Description: Using this the user can conceal their chakra and body, but as soon as the user attacks they are visible again. The user can NOT attack in this form. Could be used for stealth missions. [ X ]
                  Kyounkan Ritsuzen (Assassin's Horror)
                  Description: An eye technique. Also, a Genjutsu. Once the user looks into the enemies eyes with the Blood Red Eye time slows down for that enemy it seems as though you are moving at a high speed, or the enemy has been slowed down. This genjutsu cannot be Kai'd out of. A-Rank
                  • Yomi (Underworld) A-Rank
                  Description: A genjutsu that involves the eyes. If the user's opponent looks at the user's eyes, he or she will be casted into a genjutsu without even knowing it, unless he or she could tell when they are in one. This genjutsu can only be described as living hell. After looking into the users eyes the surrounding area disappears and a fiery dark land that never ends forms around them, In this genjutsu the user can attack the enemy in anyway. Though, a mastered Ranmaru User that has not enough chakra can pass out, only required for those of Jounin and higher. This genjutsu cannot be Kai'd out of.
