Magnus is both Jyuudaime Kage Lord Akira “Shadow Kat” Nara’s and Head Medic Shinobi and Sannin, Lady Cassandra Origina-Nara’s son. That introduction alone is the story of my life. I stand forever in the shadow of the two greatest living people in the Fire Nation. So much is wished upon me by them both, but to an extent. My sensai, Yumi Uchiha, is the only one that treats me like any other shinobi. It could be due to the fear of ending up like his brother that was known as the Prodigal Son of Hanzo Uchiha until driven by madness. I inherited both my parents skills, but prefer to be a Weapon user. I don’t know much of the world beyond the Leaf gates. My cousin, Jin Sung, is always traveling places in the hopes to take me along someday. It was after him that I decided to take up Weapons instead of clinging to the Shadows or immersed in medical research. Magnus doesn’t strive to be the greatest or be the best. He just wants to be known alone outside of his father’s shadow and legacy. He wants to be himself in this world working to fill desires yet to be discovered by him. Someday, I will prove to my parents, that I can protect and earn the right to be respected just as they are.
