Merlin hadn't got much sleep ever since the death of Uther. The blood within him did allow such extreme use of his human body, but nonetheless, there were limit still.. and he's reaching it. At night, he retreated to his chamber not to sleep, but to work on many of soon-to-be Arthur's work load. He separated those that need the young king's approval and those that he deemed insignificant enough to be taken care off by him. In this matter, What worn Merlin out the most was using his magic to do most of his work continuously, cloning himself, dividing his concentration, levitating, and the illusion over his room just in case someone decided to peek in. They would find that he's sleeping peacefully in his neat room instead of working the hell through messy papers. Those take a lot of him mentally for the duplicates, but the sorted papers by the end's worth it. These are the last of the rush hour.. he'd be free from the desk job for a while, except that he still have to attend to Arthur and of course protecting him too. His magical bloodline by itself and his gift as a seer usually allow him to sense many other magical creature from miles away, especially with how scarce they are in Camelot. Though, recently, the amount of magical being around him rose rapidly for unknown reasons. He had been worrying that there will be attempts at Arthur's life though fortunately there's nothing so far. He was too used to the scarce presence that it dulled his sense when there's too much magical being around him. He can still feel when there's a magical being entering the city, he has wards placed, but he can't be sure of his instinct for now. He had to be near the very magical being to pinpoint if it actually a magical being or his mistake again.
He was finishing organizing the stack of paper when he noticed a very familiar magical energy entering Camelot, Morgana's. undoubtedly to pay condolences to the dreadful dead king, namely Uther. As far as Merlin knows, Morgana's a nice example of an aristocrat lady despite having heard of her unpleasant role in "the prophecy". She's beautiful, graceful, clever, and such qualities befitting of a lady. He's well aware of her magical talents and the on goings of her small ounce of land. He had had his share of helping the magical outlaws and indirectly send them to her for protection. Prophecy are simply a prediction, not set in stone. There's still a chance, a small one, for her to have better role.. and as Merlin judge her, she's heading toward that small chance. Had it not been for the prophecy, he'd all but support her to take the throne, but he's still content of making Arthur a king Camelot and magical beings need. Personally, Arthur has brighter shine about him than Morgana.
From the window of his chamber, he noticed that she had made her entrance to the castle, bravely alone. Though he can just guess that her escorts are sent back to their small land in order to guard it. He's well aware that her resource were very limited compared to others, despite what he tried to send from the underground. His option of helping her was limited however. He didn't want her to gain more political power but he wished she had enough to protect her people. It's very tricky. Merlin stood up from the desk he had been sitting on and made his way down to meet her, meeting a servant who intended to inform him while at it.
Arriving in the courtyard, he find Guinevere already welcoming her sister-in-law. Merlin frowned not out of anything negative except of his own conflict. Should he or should he not bother them? They hadn't notice his presence and he can quickly slip away, though he can't help but to wish he's included in the conversation. As it is the first time The two meet, it's very crucial that Morgana and her sister-in-law to confront each other properly. Besides, he can't help but to feel curiosity gnawing at him, urging him to join them.

G u i n e v e r exP e n d r a g o nXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXQueen of Camelot
XXGuinevere couldn’t help but have a smile on her face, she was so excited to meet her new sister. Though in the mist of her excitement it finally realized that she never properly introduced herself. For all she knew Morgana was just being polite and was going along with her. “Well goodness where are my manners,” Guin said in a laughing tone, “you probably have no idea who I am and I just hugged you. I apologize for that, I’m Guinevere, Arthur’s w-wife.” It felt so weird introducing herself like that, but it wasn’t like she was going to announce that she was Queen Guinevere because that would be even more strange. Guin figured she looked like a total mess at the moment but she didn’t let the embarrassment cross her face and placed her well know kind, sweet smile upon her lips. “Though I am quite happy that you have returned to court, I am sorry that it is because of your father’s passing. I can’t imagine how you or Arthur feel about it.” Guinevere never really knew the relationships Uther had with Arthur or Morgana, she just wished it wasn’t the same kind she had with her father. It was then Guinevere noticed Morgana’s attention turning off to the side of them and munched Merlin’s name followed by what she hoped was a teasing comment. Guin was actually quite shocked to even see him out of his room, though at the moment she couldn’t really even see him. ‘How in the world did she see him?’ She thought to herself. Guinevere didn’t know Merlin that well, they had a few conversations here and there but they were all just small talk. She figured now that she was married to Arthur maybe she could get to know Merlin a bit better. Just then Guin realized that she actually didn’t know that may people in Camelot, in fact the one person she really knew passed away. But she didn’t see it as a scary situation, Guinevere loved getting to know new people, so she saw it as a perfect opportunity. “Would you like to join us Merlin?” She asked kindly, “I’m sure Morgana wouldn’t mind the extra company.”

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xWhere at: Hallways, Camelot Castle xWith: Servants xThoughts: She's here! ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ ((OOC: Slowly but surely Arthur approaches!))
Now dressed once more like a king should present himself, Arthur swung open his chamber doors and started for the courtyard where he would meet his sister. He couldn't help but smile just a bit, even with the stress of the day. It had been a long while and the last letter he sent was a few weeks ago, only providing the recent news in Camelot, including their father's ill state and the wedding. When he didn't receive a letter back, he assumed she had other pressing matters to attend to than to travel back to Camelot. Often the users of magic, outlaws by decree, fled to her lands. While she didn't have as strict laws, he could only assume she had some way of dealing with them as he heard no stories of magic incidents.
He passed several more of the castle's servants, and the amount increased as he approached the courtyard area. He saw his greatest friend and adviser, Merlin, standing just outside of the castle's grand doors. Arthur was about to call out to him, when others had. Guinevere, his bride-to-be, and an familiar voice. It was like something from the past he had missed greatly. He was torn between joining them in the courtyard, and avoiding out of concern. Part was for meeting Guinevere, who he had barely talked with at all, while the other was meeting his sister after so long.
Even in his childhood, they didn't talk much. Whenever she was within the castle grounds, she would be spending time with Uther. One of the few times they had met each other was when she had been searching for Uther and wandered into the library. He tried to converse, but she was intent on finding his father, leaving him to focus on the papers before him. Maybe it was for the best, if he deviated from his studies, he might not have gained the knowledge to rule Camelot. Arthur wasn't as concerned for his meeting with Morgana, and rather looked forward to their meeting, but the affairs of the land were sure to come up during their conversation. So, Arthur waited just inside the hall, debating with himself on what to do.

Merlin Smiled, more like smirked, playfully at the invitation. "My apologies miladies.." he said, mainly to the crimson haired beauty. "and of course your highness.. I'd be delighted to" He replied to his future queen. Guinevere's a young girl barely of age, they had barely talked, but Merlin can see a fine quality of a woman she'll be.. Not that he'd desire her or anything. After all, He's the one who recommend her to be Arthur's. He then took the role of cupid for the king and his queen.
Sensing his best friend and charge just around the corner, Merlin added "Speaking of joining, i think our most beloved might also want to join.." softly before drawing a breath for a bigger voice. "Your hi'ness do you really want to play shy-maiden again? It has been a while..." He said, face turning toward the said corner. The tone's playful but also mischievous, challenging Arthur's manliness. Two guards that passed around the corner on patrol looked at Arthur strangely before going on their way least they trigger something unpleasant. Arthur would be a nice addition to the conversation, not only that Guinevere desperately need to get along with the royal family -lest their relationship will be fully political-, but the brother-complex lady might also need a chat with the said brother.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ xWhere at: Castle Courtyard xWith: Morgana, Guinevere, Merlin xThoughts: How does he do it? ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝ ((OOC: We slowed down :/ ))
Arthur was brought out of his thoughts by Merlin, who called him out. Somehow his wisdom extended beyond just teachings if he could tell where Arthur was without seeing him, or perhaps Arthur was just bad at hiding his presence. Whichever way, Arthur wouldn't have the time he wanted to think about the situation. He'd been called out, that's for sure, so he'd need to show himself sooner or later. He sighed before straightening his attire and stepping out into the courtyard.
"If you call me out like that again Merlin, I'll be sure to have you be the dummy during my next practice, and no armor." e retorted. Maybe a few swordplay lessons with him and Merlin would treat him like king every moment of the day. "Morgana! How lovely of you to visit Camelot. I have to say, I don't recall you mentioning a trip in your last letter. What brings you back home dear sister?" His eyes glanced over to Guinevere, who caught his attention just as much as Morgana, but he should attend to guests before his fiance. "You wouldn't have traveled for the wedding would you?"

Where~On Castle grounds, Courtyard With~Guinevere, Merlin and Arthur Wearing~Dress Feeling~At Ease Morgana smiled lightly taking amusement from Guinevere's shyness about introducing herself as Arthur's wife. The younger woman must have not been use to calling herself the Queen of Camelot yet. The red head didn't blame her for not introducing herself as such, it was a very large title, one that would need filling by someone sure and confident.
"Do not worry about it. I figured you would be none other than Lady Guinevere, not many would so boldly try to hug me. Not that I mined." Morgana added the last bit just to reassure the young Queen that no harm was done by doing this.
As Guinevere spoke of why Morgana was visiting Camelot the woman merely nodded. There was much she could say about Uther but she kept it hidden, her complete hatred for the man. He had always demanded things from her, every second of everyday. Never allowing her time to herself. He was her constant ward before Arthur was born and her Mother had been stupid enough to let it happen. Uther may have acted like a Father to her but really all he wanted from her was to use her powers to prolong his life and heal him from the wounds he obtained in battle.
Her Mother was also stupid enough not to figure out that Uther was the cause of Morgana's Father's death. The two men had had a 'friendly' joust a week before Morgana's Father's passing. While jousting her Father had been struck on the leg, at first it seemed like nothing more then a small wound but for some reason over the course of a week the wound festered and caused her Father to die.
The red head held down her resentment in the form of being polite but she was always planning way ahead of all those she hated. Hopefully Arthur would not be added to the list of enemies she had, it would be a shame. For now her younger brother was not like Uther so there was still a chance he could be reasoned with, unless Uther still had control over him from beyond the grave which was highly possible.
Merlin was brought to Guinevere's attention soon after these thoughts passed Morgana over. The Queen mentioned that Morgana would not mind him joining them to which Morgana had to muffle a sigh, really did everyone think the two of the had something between them? Like dealing with the court wasn't enough when she was younger and still had to move to her own castle. Sure Merlin was handsome but as far as Morgana knew he was always too wrapped up in the advising of Arthur to ever notice her. Honestly she thought that building Arthur up was the only thing he knew how to do.
Morgana found herself lightly chuckling as Merlin called over his shoulder to tease Arthur. It reminded her of how Arthur use to hide behind her when they were smaller, how time flies. When Arthur was in the courtyard with them Morgana respectfully curtsied to him before answering. "Well Father's death was very sudden so I had no time to send you a letter. I thought it best that I arrive here quickly to help with the arrangements." She would have been happy just to have a guard dig a hole and throw Uther in it and be done with it but that wouldn't hold up very well in the Lords and Ladies court.
