((OOC: I'm sorry Culie .-. maybe you'll hit a point where you'll feel like you can jump back in!! ))➳Melissa nodded and said, "Alright, alright, I suppose you're right." She said, agreeing to dessert after the real food. She followed, grabbing a tray herself and heading to the section that held a little dish of noodles and different sauces and spices. She scooped some noodles into a bowl, and covered them with marinara sauce before setting the bowl onto her tray. She grabbed a Coke as well, and a little breadstick that sat by the pasta. Melissa eyed the dessert table longingly, but forced herself to follow Akiro to the table he motioned at, and wait for the delicious sweets.
As they walked, Akiro looked a little startled all of a sudden. Melissa wondered what was going on in his head, exactly. Could both Akiro and Ariko hear each other when the other was in control? She realized that even though they had known each other for a couple of school years now, she had never actually found out much about them as a race. "So.. uh... How exactly does being a doppelganger... um... Work..?" She ventured, phrasing the question a little awkwardly, and unsure whether they cared to talk about it or not. She knew the question was pretty out of nowhere, but for some reason the way he had startled for no reason had peaked her curiosity.◄

◤Right, my little pooh bear, wanna take a chance?
Wanna sip this smooth air, kick it in the sand?
I'd say I told you so but you just gonna cry.
You just wanna know those peanut butter vibes.
My, my simple sir, this ain't gonna work.
Mind my wicked words and tipsy topsy slurs.
I can't take this place, no I can't take this place.
I just wanna go where I can get some space.◢
