Andy grinned triumphantly and nodded. "And he even had fun!" She said, giggling again as Kipat announced his lesson of the pinky promise. When Mrs. Linda asked where she lived, Andy pointed at the intersection ahead of them as she began to drive again. "Take a left up that hill, there. And there should be a park at the top. At the park, take a right, and my house is the last one at the very top." Andy explained. She lived pretty close, but it was still sketchy to walk alone in the dark. Especially with her expensive music equipment in tow...
After just a few minutes of driving, they pulled up in front of her house. The front was small and gated, with lots of glass windows. It was a greyish color. Her father had insisted on the gate. Since he built a lot of things inside, he wanted the extra security. There was another floor to the house that hung further down the hill in the back, but you couldn't see that from the front.
Andy took another moment to thank Mrs. Linda for giving her the ride, and then turned to Alex and Kipat as she opened the door to climb out. "See you tomorrow, Alex! And you too, Kipat! Thanks again for hanging out this evening!" Then she turned to go towards her gate after closing the door. She punched in the code on the little security box, and slid the gate open, re-latching it behind her and continuing on into the house.
