You can be anyone you want to be from a merchant, a sailor or even royalty! But beware, pirates roam the bleakest waters and cause mayhem for the unaware citizen. But, not to worry, the Sentinels will always protect us from danger and strive to keep our lives safe and perfect. Our lives are always full of color and vigor. The Market District

The Market District is where most of the hustle and bustle happens! The rows of marketplace tents stretch through the colorful streets of Marus into the eastern coastline. Here is where vendors sell their beautifully crafted wares and fine items. Other important features of the Market District are the harbor and the surrounding town. The harbor is where most merchants are docked as well as any visitors who wish to look upon the splendors of the island. The town life is just as lively as the marketplace with local taverns and restaurants to satisfy your every need. The Market District is known to attract loud rambunctious pirates to the taverns. Most of the pirates docked here are harmless and simply visit to sell their loot. The most harm done by them is starting bar fights between simpletons. Others are not so lax and like to cause commotion or even serious crimes against the Sentinels.

The Land District

This is where the locals live! You'll find the best Marusian food is made in the restaurants here. You'll also find many of the Sentinels patrolling the streets for any thief or pirate lurking around. Many rich merchants and nobility live in the homes closer to the palace. Government officials will travel back and forth between the palace and their homes here in the land district. At the end of the neighborhoods, right up against the palace walls is where the Sentinel headquarters resides.

The Palace

This is where the royalty of Marus live! This large and lavish palace is fit for any and every king and is coveted by many. It's the rich and lavish life of comfort and luxury. It's constantly guarded by the Sentinels as well as attended to by multitudes of servants. Here, the Marusian princes and princesses live and are educated. The Marusian King and Queen preside as the head of governmental affairs. Many nobles may come in and out of the castle to speak to the royals, but only by invitation. The treasury is also kept here. Other government officials with commute between here and their homes in the land district. Messengers come in and out frequently. Merchants must make their way to the palace and meet with the king and queen before they are allowed to sell in the Market District.
