Natural Ability: Temper Tantrum - A World Serpent's emotions can affect a small area around them. Extreme emotions can trigger brief localized earthquakes, sometimes creating a spiderweb of cracks in the ground or knocking over breakable objects for maximum dramatic effect. If nothing else, World Serpents have presence.
