Seeing that the gaia forum about this is mainly inactive, just thought of creating one here. Anyone likes reading them? Perhaps we could all list our faves here or any to recommend, as many as you like. Share around!

Chrono Crusade
Detective Conan

My manga collection is over 400 volumes now, but many of my favorite manga were never released in North America. Some of my favorites would have to include Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou, Maison Ikkoku (which I own), Kimagure Orange Road, Ai-Ren, Ranma½ (which I own), Living Game, 3x3 Eyes and Nausicaa (which I own).

my taste varies but I spend a ton of time reading mangas and manhwas on my free time..

my close friends are mostly manga/comic book artists so I guess it comes with the territory... we kind of self-published our own "manga" like more than 10 yrs ago and most of my friends now are like doing freelance online work and commissions

for Mangas:
am a sucker for Ito Ogure works as well as Nihei Tsutomu

Ito Ogure for Tenjo Tenge, Air Gear and Majin Devil

Nihei Tsutomu for Blame! , Abara, NOiSe and Knights of Sidonia

I also like Kouyu Shurei's Alichino

for Manhwas:

I love Jeon Keuk-jin's The Breaker and The Breaker New Waves

Yun Mi-kyung's Bride of the Water God

Lee Myung-jin's Ragnarok is a must .. hahahaha

and for most part I have been a fan of Tokyopop, Clamp and UDON

I got introduced to some manga thanks to some friends of mine in high school. A lot of what I read was thanks to them. They would let me borrow their manga. But once I graduated I lost touch with them so a lot of series were left unfinished for me since I couldn't afford them.

From what I read my favs are Ceres Celestial Legend and Gravitation. I also liked the Devil May Cry novel (the story that took place before the very first game).

I recently started reading manga again online through an app. A friend of mine recommended Re: Life. I think it's nice. I'm enjoying it very much so far. I'm also reading Sekaiichi Hatsukoi.

I only read one Manhwa called Unbalance x Unbalance, it has really good art but perverted. It's a cute story that can be typical of an everyday K-drama, but student-teacher and harem-ish.
