19 is too old- she should be between 13-18. They are a high school student after all.
That aside I'm not sure what you have going on, as her backstory is sadly quite impossible in accordance with TiH's setting. Xeusia would have no memory of her human life, and, no witch would have been able to curse her soul into a mirror or any of that. As a Poltergeist she wouldn't be stuck in an object, (like a haunt), and the natural ability you have quoted even states that they cannot possess objects.
