For me, I'd say my favorites are:
Daffy Duck, Wil E. Coyote, Marvin the Martian, and Taz. I love how offbeat and yet, still relatable these guys are. They're flawed, but their flaws (impatience, arrogance, and just trying a bit too hard) make them oddly endearing to me.

If I had to choose least favorites, I'd say Tweetie and Roadrunner. They're not bad characters, but they don't usually hold a lot of appeal for me.
