Title: Bonds Information: Call it friendship, call it camaraderie, call it a legal obligation. The nurturing of relationships is one of the most fruitful types of narrative. Helping a friend out in a kitchen, helping keep their business alive, being there for them after a bad break up, building new friendships...building new rivals...building new nemesis's. Confronting those nemesis's and exchanging conflicting beliefs in fierce wholehearted heated debate and getting to know the other through their opposition on a new level. Every paragraph made strengthening an existing relationship with an rpc, rewards XP equal to one's body rank plus [1], maximum . Those interacted with may also be considered to be running this narrative with you albeit their posts are separate from your own. The narrative is considered completed once the parties part ways for another day.
โก|| The Healing District [Hospital]
Set safely within the far back district within the whole of Arashigakure, the healing huts seem quaint, especially as a group of buildings separated along several points along a rode behind a gated entry way, but they are no less impressive than the hospitals in any other shinobi world. Various different buildings lead to sometimes large and sometimes small underground complexes where the sick are healed and separated based on what is needed. A residency where those in recovery can do so in the face of the sun exists within the healing district. There is also an area dedicated to various different types of research and education effectively making this place Arashigakure's premier medical school, as it were.

Sitting in the (just now) neatly organized office Kagerou shuffled through several pieces of paperwork. The mid afternoon sun shone in through the windows, and outside, one could see bright blue sky with the occasional wisp of a cloud drifting by. It was a bright, cheery day, one that went well with the pleasing smile that graced the surgeon general's face.
The scene was a sharp contrast to the medical diagrams laid out before Kageoru, each one telling a grim story. However, that was precisely why she had called Maeko in so early in the morning to run tests. Tests were run this morning, giving Kagerou a few hours to verify their results, so she can reach out to Maeko at this time, when the sun was still shining and birds could be heard chirping through the open window. Whether the bright, relaxing atmosphere would be taken as depressingly ironic or help the patient lift their mood, it was at least better than nothing.
Upon Maeko's interest, well-tuned fingers would softly gather the papers together as Kagerou's lively red eyes would kindly land upon the teen. "Welcome, I've been expecting you," the well-worn, polite greeting came out with the softest undertones of a melody, breathing fresh air into the predictable lines, "Please take a seat."
xXx There appeared in the darkness, a crest of some foul evil. A mask of pure bone, a fight atop a wall. Maeko was out of control. Theyโd attacked a child and now they were going full tilt towards some woman with a pair of shields.
xXxโAAAAAAAAAAAH!โ She screamed, her heart was pounding out of their chest, it felt like adrenaline had just been released. They were drenched in sweat, the dream running from her mind, gone in the blink of an eye. It had been a nightmare, yet it had felt so real. With a rub of their head, theyโd turn, grabbing a glass of water. It had been left on their bed side table, and with a couple hearty gulps Maeko sighed out. โMaybe...it was just the tests, stress from them. Yeahโฆโ Their green eyes would drift to the clock that sat upon the left wall, ticking away eternity. The curtains were closed and darkness kept the room shrouded. Soon enough theyโd pull open the curtains and raise the blinds. Letting the beauty of the day in. It was almost time for their meeting with Dr. Kagerou.
xXx After several minutes, theyโd pulled some sweats on and a tank top. After a quick bathroom break, some personal hygiene and a good hair brushing theyโd slip out of their hospital room. Theyโd make their way to the doctorโs offices, and finally to Kagerouโs own office. Theyโd rap their knuckles on the glass of the door, before slipping in, giving the pretty doctor a small smile. โGood afternoon, Dr. Kagerou.โ Maeko would even bow, before taking the seat that was offered.
xXxโAny news, Doc?โ Theyโd ask, eyes moving across the desk before them. โI sorta had a strange dream earlier, scared me awake.โ
Dance of the Larch: Absolute Defense [ A ] This is a supplemental technique. The user first prepares themselves by channeling chakra throughout all of their bones. Then, when the user is struck with a tai or bukijutsu technique, the user is able to have a plate of bones first protect the area which was struck equal rank to the strike provided. Then, the user launches a counter attack, which converts the opponentโs strength stat which they used the technique into the speed of which the bone blades rise out of the user to impale the target. Can only be used up to the rank the user has access to. Cost one activation to block the strike, and another to launch the counter strike. If the user only has one activation left, then the block will occur, but not the counter attack. If the user has no activations left, then this ability does not work. This stance last for 6 post. Head tilted ever so slightly down, but eyes raised up to survey Maeko with something akin to keen interest but with more depth and meaning, the pretty doctor gave a pretty smile. "Yes... News," Kagerou smiled and nodded. She placed her hand atop an mri of Maeko's brain. However, considering Maeko's update just now, the elder kunoichi decided upon a different course of action than planned. Gentle eyes never leaving Maeko's, the doctor asked, "Would you like to talk about your dream before I discuss the results of the test with you?". Her head cocked slightly to the side in a casual gesture meant to convey curiosity.
At this moment, Maeko appeared put together and in control, the image of a young girl, strong and vibrant. However, darkness was always easiest to hide in the light, and though she did not know this girl to be the cunning type, she did know her to hold some secrets of her own.
