The village was in deep sleep just like it's citizens and few of those that protects this village. Save for the occasional patrol, partiers and the still hospital, there was barely any whispers in the village of Konohagakure. The sun was not up yet and the clock shows 3:02am. Cool air of the approaching dawn. Inohachi was in the hospital in a dark room. Her hands were shaking as she was glancing around, looking for something. The door read 'Medicine' and next to the door, you must have access to get into it and Inohachi was in the room. Being a medic, she was allowed and cleared to do so. What the administration didn't have in mind was that Inohachi had gone down the hole or not just yet. Grabbed few medications, she shoved them into the bag and closed the door. Inohachi poked her head out and glanced down the hallway and the other direction, no one was there. For a gal that was big, she was moving fast and made it out of the hospital. Inohachi let out a sigh of relief as she turned the corner but wasn't paying attention as she accidently ram into someone. Fell back onto her butt, her strap for her bag slipped out of her shoulder and the impact had the medicine fell off the bag. If he was quick, he would caught that it was strong painkillers and opioids. Scrambled to get them in the bag as soon as possible, she glanced up and saw a familiar face. Roku. Her head went back down as she zipped her bag this time and got up. "S-sorry! Must've be-been tired from the late night shift... I-I should go home." Inohachi attempted to walk around Roku to get to her destination quick.

Roku had been volunteering in the hospital as a means to learn how to do basic first aid. After the Zaishin invasion, it was rather clear how quickly people can die if the proper first aid wasn't administered. The teen often worked the night shift as he preferred the slower hours in the middle of the night. At the conclusion of his shift he left the hospital. On his way home he quickly realized he was missing something. The teen patted himself down and sighed to himself as he realized he forgot one of his scrolls he had been working on. This was when he ran into Inohachi. Roku immediately attempted to prevent Inohachi from falling back onto the ground, however he managed to fall just short. He knew she worked at the hospital at night, but never saw her much. As the medicine fell out of her pouch, Roku found his eyes looking over the various medications. It was rather odd for her to be taking that outside of the hospital at this time. "Let me walk you home Inohachi. It's late." Roku would say with a smile.

Greeted with a smile, he offered to walk her home. Inohachi quickly turned and shook her head at him, "N-No. It's late..." She trailed off for a moment, thinking of some excuse to use to keep him from following her or asking questions if he saw the medicine. He didn't ask so he must not see what the medications were thankfully. "S-should go home. We need sleep." Inohachi managed to come up and hoping that Roku would taken the bait and agree that it was indeed late and they should head home as as soon as possible to get some sleep in.

Roku thought back to seeing the pills before deciding on answering Inohachi's suggestion of going home. "Oh no it's alright. I gotta check in on my tattoo shop anyway and make sure they got everything closed. It's on the way to your side of town anyway." Roku would say with a smile. In truth, the tattoo shop was in the downtown area so it was perceivably on the way to anywhere really. "Anyway, it's a nice night. Might as well catch up. Haven't seen you in a while Inohachi." The teen would continue before stepping off in the direction of Inohachi's home.

With a nervous and hidden swallow, it seemed that Roku was not letting up on wanting to walk her home, saying that his tattoo shop was on the way. That could be it or was there something more. Nervously, she gripped her shoulder bag's strap rather tightly as it seemed she wasn't going to shake him off. Inohachi nodded, "Y-yea, been busy," stammered the porcelain skinned female. Her heart was fast and beating against her chest as her legs trembled but she was fighting every being she had to seemed 'normal' in her walking. Maybe it could come off as tired. Quickly, she wanted to change the topic to him so that way he won't figure it out. "H-How you b-been?" She asked towards Roku, eyes not meeting him and at her feet while she was walking.
