It was a standard rainy day across the rolling cityscape of Amegakure, in other words it was raining, like duh. This extended even to its outer reaches, near the boundary of its wall, like in the small and rural/classic stylized district of Shugal. The houses her were wooden not unlike a standard classic Japanese town with low income, the residents friendly and finding joy in their simple living even before the suggestive influence of the illusion grid. The atmosphere was a big part as to why the oddity that was Xochitl liked spending time here, it gave her opportunities to socialize and learn about other people. That’s why she was spending time in granny Mimi’s restaurant and break stop, a place people can to socialize out of the rain, have some tea and something to eat, play games etc. Xochitl’s preference to the location extended to shortly before the change in power and ever since, she been forced into spending less and less time here which was disappointing. In on of the further back rooms that was usually used by children, who there happened to be also a few of present. It was a simply traditional wooden floored Japanese room, a few pillows scattered about and trays and other apparatus. A wide matt took up a good amount of space of the rooms centre, various basic children’s toys and games scattered about or in use with the current occupants.
Xochitl was a little off to o e of the rooms walls, furthest from the door and near a closed window doing her own thing for the most part. She was balanced on one of her tentacles which extended like a tail and curled on the ground beneath her, another spiral curled a wide distance around its length to keep her steady. Her legs tucked in to the point her heels met the tendril holding her up, leaning an elbow on her leg so she could rest her chin on that palm as she read a book(Yes is it the exact posture in her picture). On her lap was a book that someone younger might read, a tale of Momotaro written with text a the level of a ten year old and a few pictures to keep it interesting. The quiet sounds of her reading aloud to herself to practice her speaking but more for her reading comprehension, flipping a page occasionally and certainly lingering on the pictures. It was nice and for the most part peaceful here, even if the kids could get loud or distract her or engage with her it was something she didn’t mind…. there was no danger to her with children and the ones in this area were used to her. Occasionally she would look up to see what the children were doing when they got more excitable, offering a passive smile if they looked back before going back to it.

Description:Of recent attempts to capture an old science experiment of Amwgakures has perpetually fallen through. Due to the targets elusive nature and highly destructive bloodline, engaging her in open or infrastructural areas comes with great risks and cost that go well beyond the value of a single vagrant. The purpose is to capture or even kill the target of absolutely needed, while keeping destruction to minimum, thus sending a single skilled person seems like the smart option. It is known that she is very smart and slippery, holds a variety of nin-jutsu to the point her full abilities in said scope are unknown, information on her bloodlines has been provided and areas she tends to hang out. If unable to succeed in either of these task, sufficient information into her habits or pathways/potential hiding places based on accurate estimations are also accepted. Allowance of extremely costly infrastructural damage, specifically with in use facilities during this operation is no allowed and if the appears to be aiming for such tactics, unless it can be prevented, you must fall back. The target is extremely wary means if you fail to capture her, she will be on the look out for you in the future which will make finding her more difficult. )
