My best frined of 10 years has recently been talking about me behind my back. She's been calling me things such as a "stupid emo" and a "controlling b***h." I S-Ied and now my mom thinks I'm mental and might make me go to a depression thing.

If you're sure, then just ditch her... but if what she says is true, face it and try to change if you want to keep the friendship. If what she says isn't true and she's spreading rumors, b***h-slap her and ditch her.... exactly what I'd do if my friend did that...
