Chobits:The One Just For Freya

Story-
Years have passed, and Chi is living happily with Hideki. She still works at Tirol, but with Yumi as her partner. Hideki is taking prep school... Again.
Yuzuki and Minoru are doing research, still, on 'Chobits'. Their research on Chii and ordinary persocoms are over. But, inside Chi, Freya is waiting for the day she meets someone of her own.
Freya's remaining data is being transferred into a new body: the same model as Chi. Yes, the sisters will be reunited again. Now, it's Freya's turn to find love. This time, it will be the right person for herself.
It's summer, and Chi is now able to see her sister in reflections. In mirrors, wherever she is reflected, she can talk to the reflection, because it is Freya. Chii has been going daily to Minoru to transfer Freya's data into the new body, and transfer may be complete in winter.

"I'm home!" Her voice called throughout the house as she closed the door behind her. She slipped her shoes off as she entered quietly, looking at the clock down the hall. O-Oh, Nakeda-sama must be asleep... she thought to herself, It's nearly midnight... I guess he's up in his room.
Her maroon-coloured eyes narrowed as she stayed completely still for a moment, listening to any sounds of movement within the household. Looks like she wasn't going to get caught tonight! She began to make her way to the door to the basement, where she always had a habit of sleeping in. Victory for Fuiriyama, Sayuki! she cheered in her thoughts.

Meanwhile, at a local Persocom store, another fake human walked out of the basement, carrying a box of 'body parts' for the Persocom developers in the back room. After hearing a 'Thanks Hikari-chan' from one of the staff, the girl bowed in respect and walked out of the room to manage the cash register, to let the current human who was running it finish his shift for the day. She waited patiently for some customers to come, knowing all too well that no one would probably be awake at this time.

Freya sits, waiting. How long does this take? she wondered. When Will I be FREE? Who is there for me? she sighs. waiting.

The days passed slowly. The summer heat shone down upon her fake human body whenever she left the house, yet Sayuki seemed to enjoy it. The soft purple ears that stuck out of her head often enjoyed the times when she would clean them, especially when she had gone to the beach with friends. Well, where was this persocom? Right now, she was at work, cleaning tables at a local restaurant

"Mr. Ryuma, may I please take my rest now?" Hikari asked softly to the manager of the store. Given an 'ok', she smiled, walking down back to the basement, to a room specifically for persocoms that were activated and wanted a place to stay. After all, for a helpful persocom, she still didn't have an owner.

"Morning Fuiriyama-chan," a familiar voice greeted at the restaurant. She watched the persocom turn around to greet a fellow colleague, Hatekama Rukinare. Rukinare was a very odd woman, who often could hold mood swings for as long as 4 hours. Mind you, everyone at Yoshi's Ramen knew that.

"Chi?" Her cute voice rang out, "Mr. Ueda, it seems we've run out of sugar bagel rolls." She smiled as the baker nodded, asking Yumi to go run off to go fetch the newly-baked one. It had been years since Freya broke loose, yet, Chi, herself, could not deny that her twin sister was still alive.
No, in her dreams, sh often spoke with Freya, and when she looked at herself in a mirror, she did not see her reflection, but her sister, and often times at home she would speak with Freya in the mirror. The chobit walked over to a nearby window, looking at Freya in the reflection. "Freya, are you alright?" she asked softly, yet hesitantly.

Freya sighs. "no, Chi, Freya is not alright. Freya wants to be free. Freya wants to be loved, like Chi and Hideki and evberyone else. Freya wants to find the One just for her." Freya looks gloomily back at Chi in the Mirror. "How is Chi?" Freya asked, trying to be polite when she was aching inside.

Smiling happily to herself, Chii quietly replied, "Chi! Chi is very happy at work, and working hard to make customers happy! But even so, we have been going to Mama's laboratory, as well as going to Minoru-san's mansion to transfer Freya's data into Chi's twin model. Are you not excited?"

Freya was very joyful at hearing this. Soon she shall be free! "yes, Freya is very excited,Chi. How many more months until Freya is free?" she asked hopeful that it would be not months, but days until she could have a body of her own. Imagine! Being able to wealk, dance, even eat! And especially, to find the One for Freya. Yes, if only that, that would be enough.

"Chii does not know," the persocom sadly replied, "Maybe in a matter of-" Interruption. She could hear her employer calling her, who was half-flirting with Yumi in the back room. "Yes sir?" she called out. Sighing, she quickly left Freya behind in the reflection and ran to the entrance of Tirol, greeting the little children with desserts.
She actually felt a little awful, but relieved at the same time. She, herself, didn't know how long it would take for Freya to be fully transferred. No, Chii had been going to her mother's laboratory and going though transfers for several months now. How long would it be...?
