I've signed but the problem is not that they dont want to do it, but they cant. The reason they dont have actual stuff, but fake ones (like the gunblades) is becuase of copyright issues. So even if you sign, the chances arent very high. crying

Fuku is Japanese for outfit or uniform.

It's not about the copyright issue. They can make it but change the name and have it a little bit different.

I have signed it on one of my older accounts but the host has stopped coming to her account so it's most likely a dead petition.
